I'm very disappointed with Core Pilates. Very unfriendly person at the front desk. It was my first time in the studio and it was near impossible to get her to respond to my questions. Almost every class has a waitlist more than three weeks out. When on a waitlist, you receive a text when a spot opens up and you have 120 min to respond. Well, I got the text at 12:50am and of course I didn't see it until 6am when it was too late. I reached out to them and, with no apology, said I was bumped to the end of the waitlist. It's like I was punished. Terrible customer service and not the greatest way to treat a new client. I also find it frustrating that you have to send messages via an app and can't speak to anyone unless you leave a message or go in person. I'm glad I didn't sign a contract and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this studio. As soon as I walked in, I wasn’t greeted and was almost ignored. I approached the staff member at the front desk, who seemed uninterested in assisting me. She handed me a brochure, something I could have easily picked up from outside their door—without offering any explanation or answering my questions. I was hoping for a breakdown of the memberships and more guidance, but while my mom and I were standing there—looking over the brochure, she told us to move to the side, because “people were coming in”. Even though, no one was at the desk at the time.
To make matters worse, the instructor came over and sat behind the desk with her, completely ignoring us. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming and dismissive, and I left completely disregarded as a potential client. We again were not acknowledged when we left! Would not recommend.

The place is so small and classes are booked way in advance. Wish more Pilates studios offered in our area.

Honestly all the good classes are never on the schedule and when they are they are always full. It’s a good studio but doesn’t matter if you can’t get a class so now looking into different studios

I signed up for the Sculpt class with Alissa and had a wonderful time. I’m new to pilates and had taken 3 classes at another studio before trying this studio out (two level 1 and one level 1.5).
I arrived 5 minutes early to ensure I had time to get any needed equipment and to briefly chat with the instructor to let her know that it was my first time taking the class. She was really kind and told me that she shares modifications throughout the class time and would give me any needed feedback.
The class was the perfect blend of fun and challenge! I could feel the heat and knew that I was building strength, which was my goal! I was honestly a little surprised because I strength train 3x a week, but I guess that’s the beauty of pilates. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, it meets you where you are and you will always find opportunities to push.
Thanks for the amazing class Alissa!

I signed up today and tried out the class for the first time. It was a horrible experience the instructor didn’t introduce herself nor did the front desk staff acknowledge that I was a new client. I left the class after it was done without anyone acknowledging I was there.

I was really excited to take an intro class here. I’ve had my eye on this studio since before I moved from Houston. However, my experience wasn’t up to my expectations of what I saw on social media and took time to research off their website. Before we got into the workout Danylle explained how the reformer works and what our springs need to be on. However I went through a good chunk of class on the wrong springs, (I didn’t hear the instructions clearly) making the workout harder and I STRUGGLED. She did apologize though for not catching it sooner.
I really did like the workout but I was disappointed that after class there wasn’t any customer service aspect. Neither the instructor or receptionist discussed any of the memberships/prices or asked how we liked the class. It was pretty much “Ok, thank you guys for coming, have a great day.”
As someone who works in customer service and sales, I would’ve loved the opportunity to be presented the different choices and membership plans and what all the studio has to offer. I get that they probably didn’t want to come across as sales-y, but for you to allow a future client to walk away without any information is wild to me. We can all get online and read what’s on the website, but going that extra step, and reaching out to present what you offer would’ve made all the difference. It’s a beautiful studio and aesthetic looks great, but it’s not enough to sell it home. Another note was that I told the receptionist upon my arrival that I needed to buy grip socks from them since I didn’t get a chance to do before coming. She let me know it wasn’t a big deal since it was an intro class and that it was up to me. Um, hello okay safety first? Even research says it is imperative to wear grip socks during class.
I went to another Pilates studio (not affiliated with Core) the very next day, took the same intro class and had a much different experience. The studio said multiple times how imperative it is to HAVE GRIP SOCKS. You are not allowed to take the class without them. So off the bat my safety is number one priority. The outreach was impressive, literally from the day I said I was interested to the day I took the class. While the competing studio is a bit higher in price I felt extremely comfortable during my workout. The instructor walked by every single person, (almost a full class) and introduced herself and asked us questions about our health and fitness journey. Then, after class was finished, we were given a presentation on all the studio offers. The experience blew me away due to the effort. I hope that management at Core will read this and take this feedback into consideration to change a few things to enhance their client experience. I genuinely don’t feel that if you’re completely new to Pilates that this is the studio for you. I felt like I was supposed to know what to do prior to showing up. I hope whoever reads this has a different experience moving forward than I did.

Such a beautiful Pilates studios! I took the assets reformer class and expected it to be advanced but it was well paced class and I still felt challenged. However, as someone who was new to the studio, I was never greeted and no one showed me how to use the reformer before class. The instructor sat down on the reformer for 90% of the class calling cues but not walking around, demo-ing, or even checking on anyone's form. Mind you it was a smaller class so usually there should be more attention paid to the group. In addition, I fell off my reformer during class and pulled something in my back and the instructor did not walk over to check up on me. She, from the reformer, just mentioned she forgot to tell the class how to use the machine to get to the move safely.
I would consider coming back but would stay away from taking Amelia's class if you want the class to be more hands on and enjoy your workout SAFELY.

I seriously thought I just couldn't find any exercise that I truly loved and could do well until I found Core Pilates! I look forward to my classes, it's so amazing. The studio is clean, the teachers are friendly and the classes are fun but challenging.
I was intimidated the first time I went because I had never done a class, but they told me everything I needed to know! They helped me feel comfortable really quickly. Jackie and Jessica are my favorite teachers! They are so kind and supportive, but they also push you to challenge yourself! Take one of their classes if you get a chance.

This is far and away the best Pilates studio in the Valley. As soon as you step in, you feel comfortable and at home. There's no sales pitch (complete with clipboards) at the end of the class because the studio and the services speak for themselves. I signed up for the unlimited pass because this studio just breathes positivity and empowerment. Courtney's candlelight Pilates are a weekly staple for me. Working in Healthcare, I tend to have very stressful days I come to her classes to unwind and just breathe, and let me tell you, this woman's voice needs to be bottled up and sold as a guaranteed stress-reliever. Jackie will put you through the wringer, but she just exudes empowerment that you find yourself pushing through the discomfort and welcome the pain. Your muscles will shake and engage in ways that you didn't think possible, but that's what she brings out; your inner capabilities to do more and be more because you can.
Overall, Core Pilates is the ideal place to be 😍

This studio is amazing! I love Mckaila & Heather. They have a personable positive flow and really zero in on where the class is at and use that synergy to boost everyone's performance with encouragement. The owner is very nice and shows true appreciation for every customer. Studio is beautiful, clean, and the girls up front are sweethearts. Every body type is embraced here so don't estimate them to be superficial, they are nothing of the sort! HIGHLY recommend this studio to beginners and experts alike!

the equipment is nice the instructors are great. They do not require that clients wear mask during class and this is very concerning to me.
I will probably end my membership because of it. I wear a mask. All the other gyms I belong to require mask even when during cardio type exercise. I feel it is irresponsible that this studio does not require mask

This is a gorgeous location, with friendly/knowledgeable instructors who keep things fresh. I have been coming to Core for years. Pilates is great for the spine, bone density and to keep the body lean/flexible. Highly recommend instructors: Sammie, Gigi and Jackie.

I recently moved to Las Vegas from LA and was sooooo happy to find this hip pilates studio in my neighborhood. They're equipment is brand new, the teachers are very knowledgeable and have great routines, and they have classes pretty much every hour on the hour so I can always fit it in! Def recommend if you're into reformer pilates!!

I love this studio so much that I signed up for unlimited classes. I find it goes hand in hand with weight lifting. My squat has improved after 20 classes. My core is so much stronger that Im having an easier time bracing properly. I had a c section and it completely ruined my ability to connect with my core. Im getting that mind body connection back and Im thrilled.
If you want your butt kicked I suggest the athletic reformer class or the strength and conditioning class Sunday mornings. I love all the instructors so Im not going to single one out. You'll just have to take different classes and see what suits your needs.

I am coming up on my one year anniversary with Core Pilates in just a couple days and I cannot say enough positive things about them. This is the only workout that I have stayed with long term and it has a lot to do with the instructors. They are all amazing and very helping when you need modification. Anyone who wants to find a good workout go to Core Pilates.

I really enjoy going to core Pilates. All of the instructors are excellent and I feel like I got a very good work out without being sore. I feel so much better and stronger and taller when I leave the facility. Everyone is very sweet. Even calling in the front desk is excellent. Both my husband and I attend classes there. It’s addictive. Give it a try you’ll love it

All of the instructors here are amazing! Courtney, Gigi, Jessica, and April are a few of my favorites. Abigail at the front desk is super nice. The only bummer is this location is the smallest and doesn’t offer Cadillac like the other locations. I would have to pay an additional $30 a month to have access to those classes at another location when they’re included in the other studios memberships.

Good staff and building. Not too diificult or too easy, if you sign up for a month you can try out any number of classes and see which ones you like. The jump class is a killer light. If youre looking for a morning workout to start your day with sign up for an athletic flow class.
