This gym is phenomenal.

I’ve been coming here nearly every day throughout 2025, and you’d find it challenging to find a better staff or facility. The team truly sets the standard with their professionalism and character. Adrian was one of the first people I met, and he immediately made me feel at home, always remembering me by name when I walk in. Since then, I’ve met so many more amazing staff members such as Shelby in the mornings who treats me like family with a warm smile, Noland with his fist-bump as I start my workouts, and Kylie, Rylie, and James with their warm welcomes in the afternoons. Everyone here goes above and beyond, and it definitely shows in the atmosphere they create.

The facility is spotless, equipment is well maintained, and the cleaning crew work constantly without getting in the way. On top of that, the staff consistently and routinely check paper towel dispensers and sanitizer bottles, keeping everything stocked and ready every time I work out. I’m so glad and lucky that I made this gym part of my daily routine.

Stay away from this gym! We liked them when we started 6 months ago, however, we have had nothing but financial nightmares with them over the membership and fitness contract. We finally talked with Jessie and thought everything would be fixed. So far no such luck and ignoring me seems to be the response no matter how many I speak to or how many emails I send to terminate the contract and membership. They are even charging us for a free membership…..not free if I am paying for it! Charged me a late fee with a credit card on file and it had plenty of room for the charge! Falsifying a fitness contract by changing the terms!!

One of the most poorly gyms I have ever been too. They take forever to fix anything broken, and take even longer to replace missing equipment. The sauna here is a joke. Doesn't get hotter than 155 degrees when it's supposed to be well over 180 degrees and when you bring up anything to management they have nothing but excuses. It's sad because this gym really has a lot of potential but none of that matters if management isn't doing their job.

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION! This location is very disgusting and everything is broken. Also they let homeless sleep in the locker room and the massage chair. The locker I was using got broken into (mind you I had a lock too). I reported to the staff and they just acted like it was a normal day at the gym and would just write an incident report. Be very careful with the staff here at EOS!!! They are very misleading!!! The guy who signed me up told me it would be 1$ to join the family plan, 2 weeks later they are charging me $160.96 for an annual fee that was never discussed! Immediately after signing us up they dragged me and my son to the personal training area and the manager of that department told me they can help me reach my fitness goals… so then she went over the cost and I told her I CANNOT AFFORD THAT! Then a different manager comes over (Cole) and said he was going to wave a bunch of fees and the cost would be 70$! NETHER ONE OF THE MANAGERS TOLD ME THIS WAS A CONTRACT!!!!!!! NEVER ONCE DID THEY SAY THIS WAS A BINDING CONTRACT!! I WAS COMPLETELY MISLEAD!!! Now they are telling me I am in a contract (that I was unaware I was in!) and I have to pay 280$ every 2 weeks!!!! I called the billing department for eos they said to go into the gym and they would be able to further assist me. I go into the gym and discuss the situation with two front des members they told me I had to submit my request to cancel via electronically that there is nothing they can do and they said they can’t stand when we are told to come in to cancel member ships (apparently this happens often) I seen the manager Cole walk past so I insisted on talking with him, the young lady I have been speaking with went into his office came out and said he is too busy!! I stood there for 25-30 minutes demanding results and got no where! Cole knew I was upset and still refused to assist me even though he is the manager and he was the one who mislead me!From the beginning I was mislead. I have been a member at LVAC for two years and never once had an issue, their gym is big, machines are clean and available not to mention the staff at LVAC is upfront and honest about everything! I only joined eos to utilize their bbl room and massage chairs, their actual gym is over crowded, the equipment is dirty and it’s cramped, everyone is on top of each other! I woke up this morning with 2 charges, (declined of course) 160$ and 210$ and I’ve only been a member for 2 weeks! APPRECIATE LVAC WAY MORE THEN EVER NOW!! DO NOT JOIN EOS THEY ARE CONS!!!Eos staff are like snakes in the grass! Stay away from this facility!

This EOS location is the best I’ve seen in Vegas—I’ve been to at least six, and this one stands out for its amenities and overall setup. That said, there are some downsides.

When I first signed up, my account setup wasn’t handled smoothly, and the issues still follow me today. The gym works great if you come before the rush, but once it gets busy, there simply aren’t enough machines to go around.

The staff are friendly and very enthusiastic about the gym—sometimes almost too enthusiastic. It can feel a little like a sales pitch. When I asked for help using equipment, they weren’t very knowledgeable, and I ended up figuring things out on my own. I also requested a body scan to see if it provided any useful info, but instead of giving me insights or guidance, the training team went straight into a hard sales pitch. It felt pushy and uncomfortable.

That’s a shame, because I’d genuinely like to spend a few minutes with a coach to learn new workouts, proper form, or how to use different machines without the pressure to buy a package. As it stands, I’d rather take my chances alone than risk being cornered into another sales push.

I am thinking about checking out other gyms with additional things like basketball, racket or pickleball courts or even maybe a running track, but the price for Will Power, the many locations and the amenities is keeping me put for the moment.

I agree with the comment below Me, the women working the front desk are clueless. They are also lazy with bad attitudes. There is an ongoing issue with water flooding the women’s bathroom floor, leaving the floors unsafe and unsanitary. I had tried to tell one of the employees, yet she turned Her back on me not wanting to deal with. I asked Her for Her name, and then She covered Her name tag with Her hand, refusing to put Me in contact with a manager. I warned them before I sent a report to OSHA, which I told OSHA if they don’t handle this, he next step is contacting OSHA’s whistle blowers. I watch customers organized unorganized weights, that’s how much employees at this gym don’t do their job. The recovery equipment, is what caught my attention and had me switching gym membership from LVAC. Half the massage equipment is always broken Being sold this gym membership, not being told all the gyms are different was pretty whack. They need to hire more maintenance workers, but no it’s a typical gym owners mentality. New customers will come.

It's fine, but way too small. EoS' footprint in Henderson is unfortunately very underwhelming compared to the rest of the Vegas valley. They only have two locations, there's a third one opening up next year in Cadence, but that's it.

They've focused so much on expanding in multiple areas of Vegas, that they've completely neglected the Henderson area.

I’ve been a member here for almost 2 years. The gym itself is great — clean, lots of equipment, and solid amenities (though it does get crowded sometimes).

The training staff, on the other hand, is terrible. They use high-pressure sales tactics, prey on insecurities, and one even told me I’d “fail” without them. Complaints go nowhere — corporate just sends you to the district manager, who doesn’t listen or resolve issues.

If you want a good gym, this place works. If you want personal training, look elsewhere.

Been going to eos for a few years now and this particular one since it opened. At first the gym was great, big place plenty of machines and its right by my apartment. Very recently, I'd say before summer started, it stopped being so amazing. I won't go into all the details but there are a TON of creepy guys here (girls don't have to worry tho, they aren't interested in you) they get far too close even touch and many of them have no desire to excersice at all and shamelessly gawk at other guys. Many of the guys that used to go there stopped because of this. I've never experienced this before and nothing creeps me out more

Stay away from personal trainers unless you want to go through a tedius and time consuming process to cancel them. I didn't go through this, but know people who have. They offer a session for free when you signed up. Accept the "free" session at your own risk.

When I tried to get a guest pass, I was asked if I wanted to get a membership for my guest instead because I had a family plan and if I were to add my guest to my plan, I would get a year for free since my guest would be the fourth member of my family plan.

First referral you get a t-shirt, second you get three months, third, you get a year. As far as I know, your referrals must be enrolled within the same calendar month for the promotion to work. Since the promotion sign was on Fav's desk, I pointed it out to him and read it out loud and ask him to check when I enrolled to my account to see if it had been over one calendar month.

Fav confirmed it had been over one month, but told me not to worry because it was actually 60 days for the promotion to be valid, instead of a month. I asked him if it had changed or why the printed rules said otherwise. Fav confirmed once again that it was 60 days and I shouldn't worry about it, that I wouldn't be charged for it.

After some days, I checked my account, and it turns out that, as expected, Fav lied about the 60 days. It is one calendar month as it's printed on their signs. His manager doesn't know why Fav provided me with incorrect information, but I don't think it take a genius to figure out why Fav decided to lie.

The front desk girls are clueless when it comes to resetting the day use lockers and they will give you attitude if you ask them to reset the empty ones. People leave them locked and empty until they are all unusable.

They used to clear them out once a week and now they don't do it at all and give you attitude if you ask to reset them.

Update: Talk to the manager and they had no idea how to reset the lockers and then I showed them the video and they do not want to learn how to do it. She literally said that she doesn't have time to learn how to use these and because she doesn't use them, she doesn't want to learn. Even more attitude from her. Will be complaining to corporate. I got told by someone earlier that I could get a courtesy workout after asking if I could sign up around 9 pm. I understand that I couldn't sign up at that time and had to come back during the day. But then I came back asking for my courtesy work out and then this lady name "Kayla" said she would call the cops on me after I came back asking for my courtesy work out. I’m in Henderson for a total of 4 days. I was delighted to find this gym that accepts Silver Sneakers AND has a pool. I was even more delighted by Bryant who gave me a tour and Bella, the manager, who provides me with a 4 day pass! Do not sign any contract with this gym—especially the personal training contract. You need to be extremely cautious and firm in discerning misleading information and high-pressure sales tactics on site. I’m speaking from personal experience.

I was talked into a short-term personal training contract after nearly an hour of aggressive persuasion, including repeated “let me check with my manager” moments, multiple rounds of “special discounts,” and eventually another salesperson being brought in. I was repeatedly promised the first two weeks would be free.

When I showed up for my first appointment, the trainer was a no-show. Then, shortly after I got home, I received a cold, unexplained cancellation email for the second session—with no reason provided. Worse, I was charged for personal training during the first week, despite the promise of it being free and having received no service at all.

I was upset but still tried to handle it calmly. I called the gym to cancel the contract and membership. The employee told me the manager would call me back—but no one ever did. I’ve since sent emails, used the company website, called two more times, and even walked in again to request a simple cancellation. No one has responded. No resolution. No accountability.

As of writing this review, the issue is still unresolved three.

Save your money for a gym that respects its customers—and more importantly, save your valuable time for things that truly matter.

I started training with Neph early March. He’s a pretty cool dude! It’s always a blast when I have a training session with him. Even though there’s things we don’t see eye to eye in, he was still very understanding. The staff here is very poorly trained to deal with customers. Came to the EOS at Sunset for a change of scenery, but the experience was rough from the start. The front desk staff wasn’t exactly welcoming not blaming them though, it was 110 outside and felt just as bad inside. AC wasn’t working and the heat was brutal, but I figured, fine, I’ll power through the workout and sweat it out. Then I hit the sauna… absolute WARZONE. The wood benches look like they’re about to collapse, and the smell of urine was overwhelming. I had to walk right out. If the heat doesn’t get you, the bacteria might. This is a serious health risk and needs immediate attention. Not what I expect from EOS

I signed an online interest form on May 20th around noon and was quickly contacted. I walked in and was quickly greeted by the manager on shift. When I signed up 3 months ago I was told I could freeze my account and that I needed to give a 30 day notice, I gave a 31 day notice and now I’m told my request will take a time to process so money may come out the date I was expecting for my acct to be frozen, not only that, when I signed up 3 months ago never was I told $5 would still be collected while my account is frozen lol what is the point of freezing an account? It’s an important detail the representative failed to mention. Went in today Sunday at 330.,, the manager there, Bella is her name I think… she is early 30’s/late 20’s, she said she was the manager- was INCREDIBLY RUDE and unprofessional!! I workout almost everyday and have been a member of EOS for years. Sunset location is by far the best spot … The equipment is great and the staff is awesome! I have never been greeted by anyone so friendly and outgoing as Adrien!! He makes it a point to ask questions, know my name, and show he cares. As someone who works in an executive position for a company whose main priority is customer service, it doesn’t get any better than his!!! 🙌🏼

I’ve been coming to this gym since opening day. I appreciate everything it has to offer. Everything is spaced out nicely making it feel less crowded. The staff are amazing and although I haven’t met them all Adrien is the best! Adriens smile is vibrant and very welcoming with a positive vibe that radiates from him.

Adrian was Fantastic!!! Very fun and helpful. People friendly too, he gets excited about his workouts with you and funny. All around a great gym with friendly staff. And the facility is pretty big. Didn't feel intimidated at his gym it was quite comforting.

A great gym to go to! The front desk staff is always so nice and friendly. Kamy and Adrien are extremely helpful and welcoming. 10/10 vibes and I love the normatec leg massage! It would be great if they got the attachment for the hips too!

For the price this is the nicest gym I’ve ever been too. It feels really luxurious here and inspires me to workout more. The employees are really nice and seem like they know what they’re talking about. Adrien is really nice. He always says hi to me when I walk in.

Incredibly amazing staff! Very nice and super helpful! Rarely any workout Machines broken and if there is it’s fixed immediately. This gym is kept very clean and organized! Does get a little packed in the evening time but I’m sure it’s because it’s an amazing gym!!

I love this gym!!! Hopefully body combat goes to an hour soon!

Horrible customer service when it comes to personal training.

I have tried about 8 times to cancel my membership. I've tried to go in person only to be told to schedule an appointment.

The personal trainer Johnny Smith texted me verifying that my membership was cancelled and they still keep charging my card.

I've tried calling and emailing but still do not get a response!

I wish other members would be more helpful with this but they all just keep silent and look at each other unsure of what to do.

If you get a personal trainer membership make sure you commit otherwise they'll just keep charging your card and pretend to be deaf when you try to cancel

EoS has been a welcoming place to work out which has helped me continue my fitness journey. Couldn't have done any of it without Meli. From day 1, Meli helped set me up with a membership that fit my needs and got me set up with a trainer to aid as well!
