I canceled my agreement on Tuesday November 18. I don't want to pay the bill on Wednesday because I'm no longer going to EOS fitness anymore as I was switched to a different better GYM club. But EOS forced a charge on my bank account to pending $72.97 after I canceled the agreement last Tuesday. I want a full refund $72.97. If EOS refused to give me a full refund back then I wouldn't visit EOS anymore forever. EOS Fitness is considered a scam because EOS forced me to pay after canceling the free week agreement!

Omg 😳 I'm absolutely impressed by Harley at this location today. I had an ongoing billing issue that Jenna first helped me with but Harley's problem solving skills and execution to the issue... ABSOLUTELY WOWED ME- her professionalism & poise on the phone was so ethical & clear with how to resolve it. The three stars are for the facility, cleanliness, the staff and my PTs, who were all wonderful people.
However, the company kept charging my debit card long after I had requested my contract be terminated early, and twice provided the proper documentation to higher management.
My EOS account was "put on pause" rather than cancelled, and since the managers stopped responding to my emails but continued to charge me for membership and personal trainer fees, I've had to cancel my debit card, order a new one, and repudiate the monthly charges.
Once it was canceled, the company then texted and emailed asking for an update on my debit card. Yeah, not happening.
Long story short, it was a sad way to end an otherwise great experience at EOS.
I hope no one else has to go through this. Cheers.

These gyms are so inconsistent, and this gym is not a franchise. With that being said, a charged service should be provided at every location, which I am paying an extra fee for towel service. This gym does not offer towels. I expected towels to be here, and now I am left to dry my body with paper towels after using the sauna

Our home gym! cardio machines and equipment are not worn out and old compared to other branches. Always so clean. Sauna is clean and working. Locker room, bathroom is so clean. Staff is always professional. Even if it gets full in the mornings or evening you’ll be sure you’ll get a machine to use.

Came here from Lifetime in January. I appreciate this gym is open 24 hours and I can come in before work and get over an hour workout. Daniel is very friendly and I constantly see him being friendly with other patrons and keeping up with his job duties. Only complain I have is we need new yoga mats otherwise I’m a happy camper!

Overall, this is an excellent gym facility. I have been a member since before its transition from the previous location and equipment, which included the older Gold’s Gym machines. The staff is exceptionally kind, personable, and takes the time to get to know members, fostering a welcoming environment. Cris, in particular, has been consistently helpful, not only in his capacity as a staff member but also as an engaged and approachable fellow gym-goer. My only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure that paper towels are restocked more frequently; however, I have noticed marked improvement in this area since the transition. Overall, this is a well-maintained facility with a positive atmosphere and commendable service.

This EOS location is great, but the main reason I come here is for my personal trainer, Roman! He motivates, challenges, and pushes me to do my best. Since training with him, I’ve lost weight, gained muscle, and gotten stronger. He’s also a big part of why I actually love working out now, which is something I never thought I’d say! I’ve worked with three trainers before him, but Roman is the best! :)

This gym is very clean, and the workers are all very nice. Shelby is very friendly. Every morning she is always greeting everybody when we walk in. I also had Mantas as a personal trainer for a while and he was very informative and friendly. I’d highly recommend getting him as a PT. Only issue is this gym can get busy around 5-9pm but everything else is nice.

First time in an eos and was pleasantly surprised. It was pretty busy though, but they had enough equipment to go around.

Als impressed with pricing structure. I have a power rack at home, but there are some things that I just don’t have that they do, so it was nice to knock certain things out. And I’m still super sore!

Will consider a membership if I ever outgrow my current setup.

Of all the locations, Stephanie EOS feels like home. I’m greeted by name by Zoey every time I walk in and leave AND she never lets the gym run out of Strawberry protein drinks! Whenever I’ve brought her a concern or suggestion it’s been handled timely and taken seriously! Jen W is the absolute best instructor and rocks my world in RPM (Spin) each week, with a dedicated team of loyal riders! The renovation took some time to get used to but there is even more equipment and little wait time if ever to use machines. Everyone here seems to care about their work and workouts and it keeps me coming back! Sol keeps the place and equipment clean and tidy which is a huge perk! Thanks Zoey & Jen for the personalized experience and making me feel one of the EOS family! :)
