WaterFit with Petra Pierrot at EOS is AMAZING!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the WaterFit class with Petra Pierrot at EOS. From the moment the session starts, her energy fills the entire pool. She’s upbeat, motivating, and incredibly attentive to everyone’s needs—whether you’re a beginner, returning to fitness, or looking to push yourself further.
Petra’s routines strike the perfect balance between fun and challenging. She mixes cardio, strength, and mobility work in a way that keeps the class dynamic and engaging, and somehow makes an excellent workout feel almost effortless. Her instructions are clear, her enthusiasm is contagious, and she creates an environment where everyone feels supported and encouraged.
I leave every class feeling refreshed, stronger, and genuinely uplifted. If you’re looking for a high-quality water workout with an instructor who truly cares, Petra’s WaterFit class is an absolute must. Highly recommend! 💧💪✨

Regarding the Full capacity sign.
I like this idea, but people who sign up for a class can’t get in because of this sign , which means that there are people not signing up for the classes and sneaking in, therefore taking a person who signed up spot.
One solution might be, eliminate signing up for classes , on the app, and go to a “first come first serve” basis. Then if the room fills up, the sign is posted by the instructor, due to over capacity, and will be fair , and safe, for everyone.
Another option might be if the Gym went back to the ticket machine. The problem with that was people were still sneaking in and not signing up for class. The instructors couldnt force someone to provide, or turn in , a ticket.

Either way I really believe The Gym needs to do something. The classes are ridiculously overcrowded and people who get there early are booted out of their spots by people arriving late. Some people come late and don’t want to go to the back of the room where it is open so they jump in front of others.
Last idea would be put dots on the floor, particularly for the dance classes. If someone arrives late, and there is an open dot, they have to go to it and not jump in late and cramp others. I’d say 8 per row is arms length, approximately .

Hands down the worst gym ive experienced. They say you can cancel your contract but make it very difficult, they offered a "training" for 20 bucks for the first week, then was told I could cancel. They made everything so difficult to cancel i couldn't. None of their employees or phone lines worked to cancel it and I could not go in since I now live out of state. Now I have to take this matter somewhere else unfortunately.

Love this gym. It’s always clean, organized, and has a solid community vibe even when it’s busy. The staff makes the biggest difference; Jasmine, Roy, Mia, Tyra, and Ben as well as the personal trainers who knock it out of the park. They all bring such a positive energy that it genuinely motivates you the moment you walk in. They remember people, hype you up, and keep the place running smoothly. Equipment is well-kept, members are respectful, and the environment just feels good to train in. Easily one of the best gyms around.

I had a terrible experience at this gym 3511 St Rose Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89052 the manager or the person in charge of the contracts made me sign two contracts in one how is this possible I have tried thousands of times to get a solution and no one answers because everything is by email and no one helps you so before formalizing personal training be careful because you can't cancel it whenever you want

Terrible, they will do everything they can to take money from you, they even send letters and emails to my stepdaughter who is only a minor!!!! They are aware she is a minor and offer no solution, and authorization extra services with out consulting the parents. No one wants to give us an answer and uses diffrent company names to pull out your money even after telling the bank to freeze the transactions. Please be aware that your money is priority and will do everything in the gray area to take it.

Very disappointed with EOS Fitness. My personal training program was canceled without my permission in September, and I only found out this week when trying to freeze my sessions. When I signed up in Maryland, trainer Victoria promised me that after 6 months I’d be free to continue monthly without a contract — that promise was not honored.

I really like my trainer Misato and want to stay with her, but management is pushing me into another long contract instead. This feels misleading and unfair. EOS should honor what they promised their members.

I've been a member of this location since it's inception. The location suits me well since I'm only about a 5 minute drive away, so getting there is really convenient. For the most part, the fitness center is more than adequate, however, the Spa Facilities (wet area) which includes the Pool and the Jacuzzi are clearly not maintained properly. The quality control is non-existent or very poor. The Jacuzzi is out of service quite often, and when it is, the time it takes to get fixed is ridiculous. As of this writing, the Pumps have been out of service for 3 weeks now. I'm told that the "service provider" is aware of it and is awaiting for the parts. This is happening way too often.
I rely heavily on hydro therapy because I suffer from neuropathy, and the Jacuzzi is the only reason I go to EOS. And for it to be out of service for 3 weeks is totally unacceptable.

I submitted the above review several weeks ago and today is October 01 - 7 weeks now since the pump in the Jacuzzi at EOS St Rose stopped working. In which industry, in which world, is this down time for equipment, acceptable.

The saddest part about all of this is their lack of concern for corresponding with their members. I've since emailed my concerns to 2 District Operations Managers: STEVE ALBERT and NINA CASTOR and neither one of them reached out to me as a courtesy to explain why its taking so long. Another District Operations Manager, MELIA TOAILOA just would not leave a phone number for me to contact her.

It is so frustrating to drive to EOS and see the "out of service sign" at the front desk. It's almost permanent. And the repair dates keep getting pushed. Is there no accountability with the so called support staff. They ought to refund 2 months of my membership fees. Absolutely ridiculous.

I attended as a day past guess. The gym was large with most equipment you could want. I noticed an rpm cycle class running with a schedule of other classes. Thr single day pass price was a bit steep ($20), but I still enjoyed the workout. I used the life fitness equipment to do cycle cardio and a variety of weights.

Been going here for 3 years and it’s a pretty good gym overall. Nice set of equipment. Usually when I make new workouts I’m able to do it here since it has all the equipment I need. Good selection from their fridges too in case I need an energy boost. Good staff too. They let me use their charger once when I needed to charge my phone.

This place needs a new GM who cares. I've only stayed at this gym for convenience since I live so close. I've been a member of this gym for a little over 2 years, and clearly, the management doesn't have any sense of urgency for the paying members. There are always machines that are down, filthy air ducts, the sauna is always dirty, multiple treadmills are always non-operational, bathroom toilets/stalls are closed off often, and there's always at least 2 massage chairs that don't work, EVER. I would have left this gym a long time ago if it wasn't just right up the road from me.

My senior mother joined EOS for the pool and was told she’d get two free personal training sessions. Instead, she was unknowingly signed up for ongoing training she cannot use or afford. Despite promises it would be cancelled and refunded, the charges continue. Very disappointing and unfair, especially to seniors who trust staff to be transparent. I hope EOS will do the right thing and resolve this fairly. Please be careful and check your charges when you sign up for this gym.

Young man there got me to sign up “no strings attached”. While also stating I wouldn’t have an annual fee besides the sign on fee which was minimal and I paid on the spot. Got charged $89 randomly. This gym--at st rose--ranks as a 1--i come for water fitness--the instructors are great. But maintenance and cleanliness leave alot to be desired. I watched a disabled man be disappointed that he could not get in pool because the pool lift was broken--! The whirlpool has been broken for 2 weeks and when asked about getting fixed, I was told next day. Didn't happen. I got a story about people turning the whirlpool timer the wrong way--put a visual control there then. Two massage chairs are broken. And the other 2 have people just sitting in the chair without using them. So disgusted. The sound system used for water fitness music-it is broken too. For all the money generated by fees, fix the equipment. Maybe less staff since there seems to alot just milling around with no purpose.

Only EOS Fitness I've liked so far on my gym adventure. It's got everything you need for a good workout. I love doing squats here. They have a pool & a Jacuzzi. Been a member at various EOS clubs since the brands' first opening. I've had an issue with billing after moving to a state without an EOS, and can't get anyone to help me. I have now reached out to the help line, store Managers, GMs, and Regional VPs. I keep getting the run around. This is unfortunate as this is poor business practice.

UNFORTUNATELY, I have sent multiple follow-up emails and no response. EOS IS STILL CHARGING ME FOR MEMBERSHIP AND CALLING ME EVERY DAY. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY. Absolutely Horrible Experience – Dishonest, Manipulative, and Unethical

I dealt with fitness manager Antonio.

I joined EOS on April 4th because I was specifically told they had no contracts and operated on a month-to-month basis—that was the only reason I signed up. I was looking for a simple gym with a pool, and although EOS lacked some features I wanted (like a steam sauna), I figured a no-strings-attached membership would be fine for the time being.

Before leaving, the fitness manager asked if he could show me something “real quick.” I told him I had only 5 minutes before I had to leave for my child’s school, and he said no problem, he’d make it quick. He rushed through a personal training pitch, saying things like “whew, I never go this fast” just to get me through it. At the end, I said I wasn’t interested. He responded with:
“How about a two-week trial for only $20? Then you can see if you like it.”
That’s it. No mention of recurring fees, no mention of long-term commitment, just a “trial.”

So I agreed to the $20 trial. He said, “sign here, here, and here,” in a rushed, pressured manner. I left believing I had paid $20 for two weeks to try it out. That’s it.

Fast forward to May 7th (my birthday), when I finally checked my account after dealing with a family death and traveling for the funeral, and I found three separate $88 charges from EOS totaling $264, which later rose to $417. I had never used a single training session or service. I went to the gym immediately.

Everyone at the front desk was confused—until that same fitness manager came over and smugly told me, “Oh that’s for your personal training.” I explained that I had never agreed to anything more than a $20 trial. Antonio said yes I did, with a smug little smile on his face, as if he was proud of deceiving me he had the nerve to say, “I told you that,” followed by, “Even if I didn’t, the contract was emailed to you and you had 3 days to cancel.”

What?!

How is it a “two-week trial” if you only have three days to cancel before you're charged?

That’s not a trial. That’s a scam.

You said it was $20 to try it out. You never said that it would auto-enroll into $88 biweekly personal training.

I hadn’t opened the email because of my family emergency and assumed it was about my gym membership. When I explained that, he just shrugged and told me to scan a code to cancel. I did that—and EOS denied my cancellation request, saying I had to complete eight sessions first before they'd cancel.

Excuse me? I haven’t used a single session. I never agreed to this. I never wanted it. And I definitely don’t have nearly $90 every other week to waste on a service I never used and never agreed to.

I then blocked their account from my bank, and they went and charged a different account without my permission.

I called corporate, who admitted this was shady and said, “That’s weird—they should have canceled it. The general manager at the gym can do that. I don’t know why they’re giving you the runaround.”

So here I am, $417 poorer, completely disrespected, lied to, and ignored. I came to EOS excited to get back into a healthy routine, and instead I’ve been taken advantage of, manipulated, and financially drained. This experience has completely destroyed my motivation, and it has made me distrust the entire fitness industry again.

All I want is my $417 refunded, my personal training and membership canceled, and to never have to deal with EOS again. This has been one of the most frustrating and deceptive customer service experiences I have ever had.

The only reason I am giving 1 star is because there is not an option to leave 0.

I will be going to the BBB if this is not resolved ASAP.

Solid gym with every type of equipment you would need. The price is very fair for what you get. They do a good job of keeping it clean as well. Staff is nice. My only complaint and probably the most common complaint, is it’s simply overcrowded. I mean there are lines forming just to get on a chest fly machine. It gets ridiculously packed. Especially in the evenings after work.

Haven't been able to work out yet cause the kids club hours. I have 2 kids and the kids club is closed from 12-4 and then on the weekend ot closes at 12..... these are peak hours for some to be able to attend the gym and when I called and asked about why the person I spoke with and the manager just said we dont have an answer why we aren't open at those times. We love if we could fix this issue so I dont have to find a different gym.

Only reason I joined this gym was because they told me when I signed up a few years back that they were expanding the gym but they never did. I also just got charged a $25 “service fee” because I got a new credit card and the automatic withdrawal didn’t go through right away 🤡.

The gym facilities are decent, but there’s a serious issue that keeps me from fully enjoying my experience, especially during group classes like Zumba on Wednesday evenings and weekends. These sessions are frequently recorded by other participants, often for the entire duration of the class. For those of us who come to these workouts seeking a safe, judgment free space to move, sweat, and be vulnerable, it’s incredibly uncomfortable and invasive. What’s more disappointing is that management has been made aware of this issue but has shown little interest in addressing it. There are no clear policies in place to protect members’ privacy during classes, and no effort to enforce basic boundaries. Group fitness should be empowering, not a performance for someone else’s social media live feed.
Until the gym takes member privacy seriously and creates a more respectful environment, I can’t recommend it to others who value a safe and supportive workout space.

If you are thinking about joining Personal Training at EOS FITNESS, please don't do it! I went in on a Friday with a free 7 day pass on the very first day and ended up coming out with the middle membership along with a 1 week "trial period" for personal training which I was charged upfront $19.99 which was fine. I was supposed to go in that following Monday for my 1st personal training session w/Prince, and that very same day in the morning time I got a text message from the PT saying that he wouldn't be able to make it for our evening session. So I told him that it was alright and to just let me know when he had a new availability. It is now almost 1 month, and I have yet to still receive my 1st session with Prince at the St Rose location in Las Veags NV. Prince has been super flaky, very unreliable and when he has reached out to me, I reply back right away, and I do not hear back from him until days later! So now I keep being billed for PT services that I still have yet to receive. I tried to cancel the PT altogether, and they are telling me that I can't because I signed the contract! Like, are you freaking kidding me???? They keep pulling money out from my account, and each time I block them, they use another gym location thats under another name associated with EOS to grab any amount from my account that they can. Im pissed off and can't afford to pay for services that I don't even receive. Even the guy who called me back from the EOS Physical Training services was hella rude, cocky, and very arrogant. I explained everything to him and he was like "Well your in contract for 4 months, and if you do not pay us, we will just take you to collections!" For services that I never received??? Im going to have to just report fraud on my accounts and then dispute the amounts whenever it does go to collections. Please take it from someone who is going through this huge headache and NEVER sign up for ANY of EOS FITNESS PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES!!!! The manager Anthony lied to me about doing a 1 week trial run and knew what he was doing by locking me into the contract that way they could still make money off of me whether I receive PERSONAL training or not!! Simply Terrible service at first and incredible afterwards, just a headache. If you hire the Personal service, then it's even worse. The attendant lied terribly when hiring, where he said that he could cancel at any time... in addition to lying on countless other occasions about several other situations to the point of having a family argument, then says to your face that he didn't say anything. They take advantage of you when you don't have good reading and speaking skills. I would like to share with everyone who reads these reviews that Corry Gray who has been my trainer for 5 weeks now. I’m starting to see positive results in my weight loss, emotional wellbeing and increased overall energy. I train primarily in a swimming pool and love the various sessions we conduct. I highly recommend Corry as a trainer and a genuinely great person.

This is getting totally ridiculous and out of hand. This guys can’t be away from their cellphones. Not only takes forever to finished their workout. The EOS personnel don’t care and is afraid to confront them. This morning there four machines and for guys took more than 55 minutes to left the machines for others people.

Disappointing Experience at EOS Palm Desert, But Excellent Support from Henderson Location

I recently applied online for EOS’s free 7-day pass while visiting Palm Desert for work. I received immediate confirmation and follow-up calls encouraging me to come in for a tour. But when I arrived, the General Manager, Gabriel Alejos, denied my pass, claiming I wasn’t eligible because I had toured the gym with my husband nearly 10 years ago. I’ve never worked out there, never received a pass, and only wanted the promised tour.

To make sense of the situation, I contacted the EOS Fitness on St. Rose in Henderson, where my husband is a member. Karli Moore, an experienced sales associate, was professional and genuinely concerned. She contacted the Palm Desert location for clarity and was initially told that I had refused to sign a liability waiver on an iPad. That never happened. Gabriel never even mentioned it. After following up again, Karli was given a new excuse—that I didn’t have a California driver’s license. Also, untrue. He never asked for ID, and had he done so, I would have gladly shown him.

Thankfully, Karli Moore at the EOS in Henderson, NV, was professional and apologetic. But what happened at the Palm Desert location was disappointing and reflects poor management and a lack of alignment with EOS’s values. Corporate should take a closer look.

A shout out to the personal trainer at Saint Rose and amigo Corry. Time and time again Corry is always working with people of various ages and difficulties, training in the pool to work on their strength and endurance and he is so encouraging giving everybody an individualized exceptional workout! I've even seen one client who did nothing but complain about everything and anything while getting a free session and was so professional and courteous throughout! Kudos Korry Gray!

Terrible terrible company! BAD NEWS! I signed up and no one disclosed there is an annual fee! I got a surprise charge and I went to cancel it and they wouldn’t help me. It’s so hard to find a number for customer support so I googled it and the ai gave me a scam number! I didn’t realize so I confirmed my credit card and address before realizing it was a scam because the person wanted access to my computer. I tried calling the local gym and the automated message led me to another company called ABC Fitness to cancel. I called the number and sat on hold for 15 minutes and no one ever answered. I can’t cancel. I can’t get help. And I got scammed! So much trouble over this stupid gym and now I have to deal with it.

I had the chance to do a water workout with Corey, and it was an excellent experience. The session was efficient, targeted, and worked a lot of muscles I don’t normally hit in a short amount of time.
