Our last option was to change the debit card and block EOS at our bank. So when canceling I would recommend chamging your debit card out so you dont experience this struggle. I WILL BE CANCELLING MY MEMBERSHIP. I’ve been going to Alice’s spin class for 4 years now. To find out that EOS corporate Has abruptly ended Spin class as of December 1, 2025 is disheartening. Why only at this gym? This is highly inconsiderate of people that pay a monthly membership Just to go to Alice’s spin class. Getting rid of Alice Spin class Will be detrimental to my weightloss. No personal trainer can motivate the way Alice does during our 45 minute spin classes. Alice is the reason why I’ve lost as much weight as I have. #30lbsdown.

I just learned that my spin classes at Lake Mead have been canceled. No more spin classes. We were just informed today that November is the last month. I am highly disappointed as I plan my weekly classes around the cycle classes.Alice is a great instructor and helped me to enjoy spin. I hope they reconsider canceling this classes. They are replacing the class with a BBL class with no instruction. Highly disappointed! May need to find a new gym.

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Joanne was exceptional.

I stopped by the gym this past Thursday night and realized I had lost my gym bag, which had my work clothes, car keys, and house keys inside. I looked everywhere but couldn’t find it. It wasn’t even in the locker where I had left it. Joanne and Stephanie both helped me search, but we came up empty-handed. Joanne stayed in contact with me the entire time, making sure I was okay and even paid for my Uber ride home.

I was extremely frustrated and confused as to why someone would take my gym bag. The next day, I took another Uber back to the gym. My car was still there, and I had to call a tow truck to get it to the dealership to reprogram my key. After waiting for hours, the tow truck finally arrived, only for them to realize they had brought the wrong truck.

During all this, Joanne was at the gym. She offered me water and food, let me charge my phone, and made sure I was taken care of. One of her staff members even offered to use their AAA to help me. Joanne then said, “Let’s check the locker room one more time,” and sure enough — she found my gym bag!

Joanne was my guardian angel that day. She went above and beyond in every way possible and provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Everyone at the gym was helpful, but Joanne truly made me feel cared for and comfortable.

I’m new to Vegas and don’t have family or friends here, but Joanne was in my corner the whole time. Thank you so much, Joanne — you are truly awesome and the perfect example of what outstanding customer service looks like!

I have been a member of this gym for approximately five months. Although the facility is not extensive, it is fully equipped with a wide range of equipment. The staff are exceptionally friendly. I particularly enjoy seeing JoJo when I arrive, as he is always warm and welcoming. He consistently provides motivation, especially on challenging days. My personal trainer, Stephanie, is outstanding. Her patience and guidance throughout my weight loss journey have been invaluable. Given my medical condition, which affects my weight management, Stephanie has been remarkably supportive and encouraging. The new manager, Dre, has significantly enhanced the gym's atmosphere. His passion for his role is evident, and he positively motivates both staff and guests. I look forward to my workouts at the Lake Mead and Buffalo location.

The staff at the Lake Mead, Sahara & Rainbow locations are all absolutely AMAZING.

I really have enjoyed my first-time experiences at all 3 EōS locations. I have no complaints. Specifically with the Lake Mead location, thank you Dre, Lyle & I forget her name but there was also a woman who helped me get started too. And all three of them combined were so welcoming & very knowledgeable with suggestions I’ve been taking.

Out of all the gyms I’ve tried from 19 years old to currently being over 30….EōS is definitely in my “Top 3” favorite gyms nationwide. 🔥🙏🏾

Andre, the fitness manager at this location, is an absolute BEAST of a man and a coach/trainer. I had my introduction workout with him a few days ago and MAN, am I sore lol. His customer service is truly unmatched. You can tell he cares and is very passionate about helping others through fitness and coaching. I would definitely want him as my personal trainer if I could lock on in on a consistent basis!!! He made my membership at EOS totally worth it. The manager at this gym, Lyle, is a liar and a fraud. I cancelled my son’s membership and coaching sessions and he assured me that “the cancellation was successfully cancelled and that there would be no more charges to my account”. Lo and behold, a week later, I got charged for a service I do not need and at this point have zero desire to use. When we signed up for the membership, he was all nice and accommodating and gives you the sweet talk about how “you can cancel, upgrade or do anything ANYTIME”. I hate liars!

I'm very disappointed. I originally liked this gym, however, they pressured me into doing personal training. I tried to cancel and got nowhere with the website. I was able to freeze it, but I am still upset. I tried to go to the front and they said I need to make 8 payments first. They would rather you homeless than lose that money.

Love this gym. I go 5 days/week. I can't believe I get such a nice gym for only $10 a month! I spend a lot of time running on the treadmills. there are a ton so there is always one available. Be very careful with this place. They will do anything to overcharge you and lie to you to get you to purchase a membership. I have been overcharged multiple times. Now I’m being told I have to pay to cancel my membership. Marco was very unprofessional and pressured me into buying a membership after I said no several times since I was only coming in to visit with a friends guest pass. He lied to me and said the deal I was getting was only available on the day I arrived. (It’s still available today months later) these people are scammers and thieves. Find a better gym to go to. I tried to resolve my issue to no avail. Shame on this gym and shame on the grimy salesmen there. I’ll be there in person soon to resolve this issue. If I received a $1,000,000 stipend each year but the condition was that I had to attend this specific EOS regularly, I would simply decline. I have no clue on who manages this poor attempt of a modernized gym, but please fire all of your front desk employees and then resign. Time after time I have seen these belligerent front desk workers harass their paying costumers. Today was my last straw, I had a dispute over a faulty charge on EOS's side. Gym is fine other than never finding parking and god help you if you need a chest machine on a Monday. Now they make you cancel through third party site though and don’t warn you that there are a million copycat sites. When you start typing URL into browser, the first site you get is a copycat one. My debit card info was stolen and had to cancel it and spend an entire day changing my billing info for a hundred different places. EOS really gone downhill lately using third party cancellation sites like all the other big box gyms. I’ve cancelled like 4-5 times with them, and was always able to do it in person in the gym and this is the first time I’ve had to do the third party site and nobody warned me but then I talked to another employee there and they said that this happens all the time. They need to warn people if this is how they’re making people cancel now.

Great place to lift. Lots of machines, racks, benches. They have a crossfit area near the cardio.

Criticisms: I wanted to do a free day to try the gym before signing up, but they won't let you just work out, they have to set you up with someone to give you a tour. It was like 7 AM and no one was coming in for an hour. I signed up anyway because I like the gym and it has what I need, but I could see this turning away people who are more on the fence or have better options available.

I can't say enough good things about EOS Fitness! This gym consistently delivers on every front, making it an absolute pleasure to work out here. Even though the gym just went through a remodel, from the moment you walk in, you notice how well-maintained everything is. The equipment is always wiped down, the locker rooms are spotless, and the common areas are always tidy. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in keeping the facility in top condition, which makes for a much more enjoyable and hygienic workout environment.

I’ve mainly been doing the cycle classes with Rosemary and Alice and the ride and define with Talisa & I get such a good work out! No class is ever the same and they are very accommodating if you need adjustments! With being a busy mom I can just let my mind relax and follow there workouts and know getting great exercise! I’m down 105lbs and thanks to them I’ve never looked better!

I've been going to EōS for awhile, and this one is now my favorite. The staff say "hi" and "have a nice workout", also "bye" and "have a nice day/evening" and honestly it's these little things that make a gym a place that you want to come back to. I’ve been a member with EoS for about 8years and only for the cycle classes. I find this location to have the best instructors-Alice and Rosemary. As an American College Sports Medicine Exercise Physiologist and cycle instructor (Schwinn certified) I find their classes to be programmed appropriately for an hour group class of various ability levels. Additionally, the most important aspect of any exercise should be fun! A lot of instructors at other facilities can’t keep the appropriate beat for the timing of cycle and these two understand the importance of tempo. I find indoor cycle as a great way to train for my outdoor cycling and mountain biking, especially when the weather isn’t the best for an outdoor ride. Additionally, this location doesn’t have the annoying tvs running during the ride.

I’ve been a member of this gym for a while now, and I genuinely can’t say enough positive things about the experience—especially at this location. The facility is always clean, well-equipped, and welcoming. But what really sets it apart is the staff.

Recently, an unruly gym-goer I had a negative interaction with at a different location showed up here and caused a scene with some of the other members. It was uncomfortable and concerning, but I was incredibly impressed with how quickly and professionally the staff handled it. Robert, Steve, and Gina were proactive and calm, stepping in right away to de-escalate the situation and make sure everyone felt safe. They didn’t hesitate to prioritize the well-being of their members, and it did not go unnoticed.

As a woman, feeling safe and supported in a gym environment is incredibly important, and I truly appreciate the way this location is managed. I always feel comfortable coming in to focus on my workouts without stress or distractions. Big thanks to the team for maintaining such a positive and respectful atmosphere!

This has been my go to gym for 13 yrs. The cycle classes are great. I love to attend Alice's and Rose's cycle class. Gina is one of the best trainers there. The front desk is great. Jojo and Alexis rock. Hands down my favorite gym.

It's okay. My daughter did the dace class they just played Spanish music she didn't understand what was being said. Tried to cancel the I guess u have to give a 30-day notice before canceling even though it was just the one time she went we still have to pay 86. Dallors, ugh....😒

Lake Mead was recently upgraded and has a great selection of equipment and is in my opinion the best EOS location around Summerlin area if you just want to work out hard with the least fuss and interruption. I have been a member for years and at times have had multiple gym memberships but have found EOS to be the best value for money with varied equipment. The gym is also staff friendly and clean. Recommended.

I hate to reveal this hidden gem but I I think the secret is out. I've been to several EOS facilities and this one is by far the best. Starting out with the cleanliness and selection of machines. On top of that the customer service here is unmatched. This location has the friendliest staff & Jojo is the best. I feel like I'm always greeted with positive vibes and a smile. Keep it up !!!
