Scanned into the gym today, walked all the way to the locker rooms and a staff member runs up to me telling me that I didn’t pay my balance. I was so embarrassed. Walked back to the front, scanned again, and he said oh my fault you’re good. Ruined my entire mood. Even if my balance wasn’t paid, there’s a better way to handle that. I would like to share how the Zumba class of Mabelle & Rovie every Saturday at 11:30AM was absolutely exhilarating! The energy in the room was high and infectious. It was an excellent blend of fitness and fun, led by dynamic instructors. The lively Latin/ K-pop /modern tunes made the workout feel like a party! The perfect way to stay fit and enjoy it.

I hired a personal trainer and I was lucky enough to get paired with Constantine. We’ve been training for 5 weeks and the results have already exceeded my expectations. He is incredibly patient, caring, and always willing to explain the reasoning behind what we’re doing. I really appreciate that he never over-instructs—he gives the perfect amount of guidance so I feel supported, not overwhelmed. He pushes me to my limits in a safe, motivating way, and I always leave each session feeling stronger and excited for the next one. I’m now performing exercises I never imagined I’d be able to do, and with correct form thanks to his precise instruction. Truly one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. Highly recommend!

I would highly consider joining any other gym besides this one. I have been trying to cancel this membership for a month now. I called multiple times during the week and weekend hours for about two weeks. No one answered. I emailed billing and I texted back to their promotional texts. I even went in and tried to cancel and was told that I couldn’t cancel with the front desk and that I should have called. She gave me a slip with a separate registration number on it and told me that I had to register and request a cancellation. I did this and have not heard back.

I’ve been dealing with an unresolved issue for months now. Julio, the manager, was supposed to help fix an incorrect $1,000 balance on my account — a charge I never made. He kept saying he would “take care of it,” but never actually submitted a ticket or resolved it. Instead, he just opened a new account for me while leaving the old one with the false balance. I’ve called and followed up multiple times, but every time I’m told the same thing that he’ll handle it. The front desk staff can’t help because he’s either too busy or not around. I even have a recording of him promising to take care of the issue, yet nothing has been done.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from a manager. I would not recommend this gym until they address their internal issues and train staff to handle billing problems properly.

I’m going to cancel my membership with EOS , there’s only a couple classes for seniors the rest are all dance inspired classes Zumba commit forever fit. They need to have every day they don’t have on the weekends and my insurance page for a seniors to work out so I’m gonna go elsewhere some of the classes for forever fit, you’re supposed to sign up there should be 30 people in the class, but the instructors tell them even though you didn’t sign up come anyways so sometimes you’re like sardines in the class if there was more forever fit classes for seniors mornings afternoons weekends they wouldn’t have to all pile in in one day one class get rid of the dance studio

My experience at this gym was subpar to say the least. I like EOS as a gym but my last time coming to this location was honestly horrible. When I sat down with Jason his attitude was very off putting. He was not nearly as friendly as the front desk staff and as other workers at other locations. The front desk was genuinely the best part of the experience. They were very friendly, helpful, and bright. I’m not sure what was under Jason’s skin when I visited, but I hope that EOS as a brand/business will take action to make sure that their higher up staff has a better attitude when dealing with customers.

Warning: Terrible Experience with EOS Fitness Las Vegas!

I signed up for a personal trainer through EOS Fitness, who charged $390 every two weeks. On top of that, the gym charged a $12 monthly membership fee.

I decided to switch gyms and clearly informed the administration to cancel both my membership and the personal trainer service .

However, when I checked my bank statements, I was shocked to see they charged me twice $390 plus the $12 membership fee, even though I had already requested cancellation.

When I went back to the gym to resolve this, a different employee told me my membership had not been canceled. I also messaged the guy who originally handled my membership — at first, he responded, but as soon as I started complaining about the charges, he completely disappeared and stopped answering my messages and calls.

The staff refuses to take responsibility, and customer service is absolutely awful. They keep charging you without your consent and then pretend nothing is wrong.

Be very careful with EOS Fitness. I have all the messages and proof that I was trying to cancel. This place is a scam, and they will ignore you once money is involved. ¡Una estafa total! ¡Cuidado!

Always busy and almost all cardio always being used. I only see about 30% of the people cleaning up after themselves. Staff does not reinforce cleaning after using equipment. Manager never calls back and they just want to sell your more stuff/extra membership stuff. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. It’s easy to say no at the beginning rather than trying to cancel or change membership. Note that customer service is horrible. Their manager never calls you back to help fix issues, you just get sent to voice mail or he isn’t there. Simply trying to make an appointment is hard. Trainers are good but not their fault why management sucks. People at the front desk are doing their best for customer service but only so much they can do with horrible management.

EOS offers a great variety of group fitness classes, solid equipment, and a friendly, welcoming staff. The overall gym experience is positive and motivating. At the Blue Diamond location, the recovery room is on the smaller side, and the aqua massage beds are often out of order, which can be a bit frustrating. Still, it’s a great place to work out with lots of options for every fitness level.

We are loyal to this gym as we like the staff and the instructors despite that the facility is always unkept, equipments are mostly broken, dirty the whole gym is stinky (unlike St. Rose that always smell, look and feel clean even as soon as you step in) and the bathrooms at BD are always extremely filthy. They used to maintain it and we even see nice cleaners who continuously check and clean the facilities before but that stopped about two months ago. The front desk staff are always particularly nice, we’ve made good friends with some of them but they are no longer there anymore, but the new front desk guys and gals really do their job well, kudos to them. The rest of the staff are uncommendable, especially sales people. We recently had a very disappointing experience with the General Manager Jason Gwaltney as he poorly handled our transition from old to new memberships. We have 5 old memberships in total with EOS and after Jason was able to get us on board in this new location, giving them 6 new memberships, we had the worst treatment from a GM, ever. My last exchange with him is particularly nothing short of a General Manager who was just forced to do do his job and yet failed miserably. He handled all our concerns poorly, never apologetic (not even once) and the sarcastic attitude is through the roof. We love this gym but unfortunately EOS will have no issue double charging you with multiple memberships and will not care about giving you a good reason why their system is not processing promptly nor care about your distress as long as you have put in your payment details and they can charge you accounts at will, leaving you helplessly waiting or maybe that’s just Jason. Previous GMs in this location were for sure the opposite of the current one, especially that Japanese lady, she’s the best! We are signing up on one more membership but now just with another location, only to avoid another interaction with this GM.

Today was my first step toward getting back into the gym, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. D’Angelo was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. If he didn’t know something, he was upfront and made the effort to find the answer. I explained my current situation, and he showed real empathy, going above and beyond to help me find a solution that worked for me.
Although I had to temporarily hold off on starting my membership until the next open house, D’Angelo’s support made a big difference. He’s a true gold standard for how EōS should be represented.

I thought the "written letter" cancellation thing at Planet Fitness was shady enough until I had the misfortune of signing up here...

I called 4 times to cancel my membership and the front desk guy basically told me "no" and refused to do it until the final call where he said "oh we'll do it later on your next billing cycle." His manager coached him to put it off and give me the run around while I was on hold for a few minutes.

I had to go in in person and demand they cancel. I watched the manager ostensibly bring up my account and submit an immediate cancellation which I still don't trust tbh. I videotaped the whole interaction to fight potential collections. BE WARNED.

Be very cautious before signing up. Last month, I joined the gym and signed up for a membership along with personal training sessions, based on what was promoted by one of their assistant managers. Unfortunately, the details of the costs were not fully disclosed—now I’m being charged double what I expected for training, plus an annual fee that was never mentioned upfront. I was also placed into a contract, even though I specifically stated I didn’t want to be locked into anything, as I’ve had bad experiences with other gyms in the past.

To make matters worse, I later found out the assistant manager was terminated for this exact issue with multiple members, yet the gym still refuses to make things right. Their response? “We can revisit it once your contract ends.” Completely unacceptable.

Think twice before signing anything here. What seems like a good deal might cost you a lot more in the long run.

To the people thinking about going to this gym- the poor reviews speak for themselves. My husband signed he and I up for memberships at this facility and the staff accidentally created 2 accounts for him which caused them to take out 3 payments (instead of 2) from our banks accounts on two occasions. Honest mistake, sure. However, we have spoken to 4 people and have been waiting 15 days for the refund to our account. One staff member even apologized and said it’s common for gym members to get the “run around” in regard to sorting out issues. This staff member then gave us a phone number to call and spoke to supervisor mckayla who was not only not understanding of our issues and unhelpful but said she’d call someone to try request a refund but it’s not guaranteed (lol) - confused why a supervisor can’t issue a refund but again, getting the run around. And if I’m not getting a refund then that is the definition of fraud. I am saddened about our customer service experience becuase the classes were good and facility was good enough. I’ve seen similar reviews to mine with EōS commenting below.
Edit: this issue was resolved but it took us going into the gym to speak with the manager a few times as he wasn’t in everyday. He was very helpful in the end but it shouldn’t have ever gotten to this

Sign up at other locations. I just did EOS for the free guest and was adamant about that at the start. The person who signed me up kept bothering me about a free coach session which I said I never wanted. Its awkward they dont get no as an answer. My partner and me went to the st. rose. location which just had her give her number for check in. It was smooth. Once I went back to blue diamond with her they said she had to sign up for a free 14 day trail. We had to hear this pitch for her to join a membership from a try hard guy like he was a used car salesmen. St. Rose already did her picture and phone number and never bothered us like that. Now she gets calls to sign up even though she tells them every time that she is my usual vip guest. Blue diamond is nice but they get annoying. Sign up elsewhere then go here if needed

As of now I enjoy this gym. But when I started. Hated it. The fitness person that gives u the membership pushed me into getting a personal trainer that I didn’t want. But I had a trainer that I didn’t want. She was great at her job and I enjoyed seeing her. But I am a broke college kid. The amount of times I missed a payment amd almost went it debt. Was wild.

I love taking the class T.O.U.C.H.E.!!! Coach Tony is amazing!!! He is a great role model of being in good health and in shape! His class is like no other class I’ve taken before. He helps us understand the science of our bodies and pushes us to get to our fat burning zone! Please open up more T.O.U.C.H.E. Classes at Blue Diamond. Tuesday night, Wednesday night, Friday night &/or Saturday!!! This class has changed my life and so many others who come to his class!! Thank you!

Fully loaded gym with equipment to effectively hit every muscle group. Very rarely am I waiting to use any equipment. Staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s been my daily gym for a while and will continue to be. Thanks EOS staff for everything you do!

Decent gym, always crowded inside, and packed parking lot. Finding parking spots has to be my biggest gripe about this location. Would it kill management to add benches in the front and center of the lockers? Space is tight when you're trying to jockey for a locker, only to come back from a workout and find a tween taking selfies of their chest only to give you the stink eye when you're trying to enter your locker and change. 🙄🫣🤔

I lost an airpod in one of the stair masters and instead of making me have to buy a whole new one. Jackie one of the manager there opened 2 stair masters to help me find my lost airpod. Great and friendly customer service.

Jackie and Rob have to be some of the greatest gym employees i’ll ever come across. I walked into the location with a 7-Day Free Pass and showed Jackie the email but there was an issue and I wasn’t in their systems. I also didn’t have my ID on me so there was no way to verify my identity. However, Jackie was so kind she actually gave me a free pass and told me to just bring my ID in the next day so I could properly get into the system. Later on, I got a call from the gym from Rob asking if I would be coming in to explore the gym and its amenities, but I had told him over the phone I already stepped in thanks to Jackie. He asked if I would be switching over but I explained to him my problems with transportation and he expressed much sympathy for me. He then gifted me an 18 day free pass that would end on the 26th of June, aka an 11 day extension on my free week pass. Then, he explained that after the 26th of June there would be a promotion going on where they could sign me up for an even CHEAPER price. All in all, they both helped me to get an amazing workout in, and I PR’d the same day on bench thanks to Jackie for letting me in.
