The EOS fitness on Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas cannot be trusted with anyone’s bank account information. They charged me for an annual membership on July 30 of this year. They told me that there was a mistake they made when setting up the account. So they wanted authorization to set up the account again In October 2025. I told them they could do that as long as I did not get charged an annual fee again. Deon Daswell, assured me that I would not be charged an annual fee a second time. On November 5, I was charged a second annual fee. I brought this to the attention of Manager Tyree Burke The same day. He acknowledged the mistake and said he needed to talk with his manager (Yasmina) to approve the refund to my bank account within five days. He completely blew me off and did not do anything. I’m still waiting for the refund I was promised. These folks run a very loose operation and certainly cannot be trusted with bank account information.

Do not join this gym on a promotion! I joined for .11 cents to try it out, when I tried to cancel 3 days before the payment due date - it was a nightmare. It kept saying ut was sending me an email I never received it for 2days and I tried each day. Finally got someone on the line the day payment was due and he cancelled it and said I owed $107. $15 was a late fee and $60annual fee plus $29monthly fee WTH?!

Very disappointed with EOS Fitness. My personal training program was canceled without my permission in September, and I only found out this week when trying to freeze my sessions. When I signed up in Maryland, trainer Victoria promised me that after 6 months I’d be free to continue monthly without a contract — that promise was not honored. I really like my trainer Misato and want to stay with her, but management is pushing me into another long contract instead. This feels misleading and unfair. EOS should honor what they promised their members.

I’ve been coming to this gym for a while, and it used to be an excellent place to train. Lately, though, it feels more like a filming studio than a fitness facility. Tripods are everywhere, and people are often sitting on machines for long periods — not to work out, but to record or edit their social media content. It’s frustrating when others are waiting to use the equipment.

What’s worse is the lack of staff involvement. No one seems to be monitoring or addressing this behavior, and it’s making the gym feel chaotic and inconsiderate.

If management enforced some basic guidelines around filming and encouraged staff to be more present and proactive, this could easily become a great gym again. Right now, it’s just not the experience it used to be.

Where do I start!! EOS on Maryland is hands down the best EOS in the city. They have their very own tripod/camera room and equipment outside the usual commercial gym lineup. Highly recommend if you have the 25 a month membership to bring a guest like me to try it out. Shoutout to teammates Rudy and Damien! They have been super encouraging and helpful every time I come in.

If you're someone who likes to shower when you’re done working out, I do not recommend this gym. It’s pretty obvious the showers are never cleaned. I gave this gym a try 3 days in a row and everyday I showered the showers were dirty. All 3 days the same soap and hair was on the walls as the day before. The showers also smell very heavily of sulfur. It’s also a small location which makes it feel very crowded. I tried the Russel rd location and it was 50x times better, so much cleaner and a lot bigger. So skip this location and go to the Russel rd one instead.

So I was originally gonna go to blue diamond but the were missing something! Rob! I've been bullshyting rob for a year on my 47th day I said it's time to become friends so I came and rob was gone but I found him here so I'm here and I brought my husband and my cousin. Rob is a excellent addition to the maryland Park way. Oh yeah it's tacky for a fellow employee to steal a customer the correct way is to lead them to the person who brought them to the facility. Stealing should not be prohibited.

I have been coming to this gym for about a year now, as it is a great location, close to my job. The layout of the gym is great, which is an open space with very high ceilings. A really cool addition that I have not seen at other EOS gyms is the “influencer” room, where those who record their workouts can set up their tripods in a neon light filled room. I also love that a sauna was built in the women’s locker room, which is very comfortable to use. The staff is always friendly and helpful, greeting us at the door, or promptly answering questions.

However, there are some problems to be fixed. One is the amount of machines not operating properly. There are weeks when multiple machines are not usable in just one section of the gym, forcing people to skip a work out or hungrily wait for a spot to open up. Another problem is that the temperature in the gym is unbearable. It feels like it’s 80 or more degrees in there, especially when a large crowd is working out. One of the managers stated that the AC units are very old, original to the building and are very costly to replace. The ceiling fans are not enough to keep the gym cool. Unfortunately I will be visiting St. Rose location until the temperatures outside cool down and the gym is once again tolerable.

Absolutely miserable. This EOS gym is a sweaty, overpopulated nightmare. Despite clearly raking in mountains of cash from the nonstop influx of new members (seriously, it’s packed like a can of sardines in here), they refuse to fix or even turn on the air conditioning. It’s insanely hot and humid—like working out in a swamp inside a sauna. People are visibly suffering and drenched, and nobody at the front desk gives a damn.

But the cherry on top? Their shady, manipulative business practices. They set up little bribe stations by the front entrance where they offer free T-shirts for leaving a 5-star review on Google. Except they won’t give you the shirt unless you actually hit five stars—so, yeah, hundreds of fake glowing reviews roll in all at once, all for a cheap T-shirt. It’s disgusting. They’re more invested in inflating their ratings than fixing the freaking AC.

EOS, do better. Or at least be honest that you’re just selling the illusion of a quality gym.

Had a truly awful experience at this gym. I am currently with another gym but my girlfriend spoke very highly of this rod and I was excited to try it out, I spoke with Rudy via text and he said to speak with Yasmina when I got there. I arrived and the young man at the front desk said he had no idea who yasmina was? Then brought another employee over who was very rude to me. We reached back out to Rudy and were told to speak with Essence who miraculously knew who yasmina was and said to wait to speak with her, after 10ish minutes of waiting I left, I will be sticking with the other gym I already have because I have never had an experience like this.

Spacious and well lit gym. It has all the equipment you need for bodybuilding and weightlifting. Tons of squat racks, platforms and smith machines. If you’re near or under a fan there is a lot of airflow as well. I’ve been going to EOS for nearly 10 years and this newer location is one of my favorites.

I would reinvest in maintenance and this may sound weird but I would endorse them raising the monthly rate !
