First time at this EOS location and I dont think ill be coming back to it. I have visited many of the local locations of this company here in town and this what I saw on the man's restroom/lockers. Idk what business was this location before became a gym but I hope management is aware of it. Overall an affordable gym company.

5+ months no sauna and no one gives a solid answer. One said state law, one person says still working on it, one person says lawsuit… machines usually down and god forbid you ask someone on a Sunday to change a tv channel to put a football game instead of watching some BS stuff. At this point LVAC sounds pretty good. Can’t get a towel if you ask even yet they charge monthly for half service. Not hard, open the damn sauna. If it’s for the pool then simply put the fence back up so then people don’t be stupid and “fall in” or have someone back there. Not rocket science

I have been to almost all EOS locations in Las Vegas and so far this one has the worst patrons. I know it's not the company's fault. I was harrassed here to get off an equipment that I was still using. I paid for the membership just like everyone else and we have the right to use the equipment as much as we need to. I understand that maybe due to lack of enough equipment, people get impatient. I have done my part of waiting as well but a man harrassing a woman like me is very uncomfortable. I mind my own business so please do so yourself as well. I brushed it off the first time but having to experience it again the second time is unacceptable. I am not coming back to this location again.

Depending on location the equipment is either the newer looking equipment or old school looking equipment. They don't have punching bags I'd say it's another thing missing. Very Disrespectful Front Desk Experience
I understand that certain memberships don’t grant access to all EōS locations, and I have no issue with that policy. However, the way it was communicated to me by a front desk employee named Grant was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of explaining the situation courteously, his tone and attitude were unnecessarily rude and dismissive.
As someone who values respectful customer service, especially in a fitness environment where people go to improve themselves, this experience was disappointing and off-putting. I hope EōS addresses this issue and reminds their staff that professionalism and courtesy go a long way.

Majority of the amenities do not work for most of the year. The pool and sauna have been closed for over year and the sauna is only open for short periods of time. It is continuously closed and then reopened and then closed again.

The class was full. Reggi Rios the instructor is excellent. She made sure that everyone were able to follow her steps Very energetic which made everyone move and follow her steps with ease .She should have another class during weekdays.

**UPDATE**: Today, Sept. 11th, 2025, the District Manager reached out to me to make the situation right. The resolution was more than adequate and the employee in question will be addressed by management directly.
Original complaint: My wife and I recently signed up for a membership at the new EoS Gym on Rainbow Rd. Since that location isn’t open yet, we were specifically told by a team member that we could use ANY EoS Gym location in the meantime. That turned out to be a complete lie.
On 9/3/25, when we showed up at the Durango location, the lady at the front desk was polite and doing her best to assist us—until another employee, Akil, inserted himself into the conversation. His attitude was nothing short of demeaning and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help or even listen to what we were explaining, he talked down to us repeatedly and dismissively told me to “call the person that signed you up.” I told him TWICE that nobody “signed us up” because we joined online, yet he kept repeating the same line, clearly not listening or caring.
We cancelled our old gym to come here, only to be treated like second-class citizens on our very first visit. This is not how you welcome new members. Akil was not only unhelpful, he showed zero interest in resolving our issue or even acknowledging it. His tone and attitude made it clear he didn’t care whether we stayed or left.
This was our first impression of EoS—and it was bad enough that we are already reconsidering keeping our old membership. If this is the kind of staff you allow to represent your brand, then it says a lot about how little you value your customers.

I recently signed up for a Willpower Membership and was excited to take advantage of the guest pass option by bringing a friend to a 10 PM workout. We were approached by the General Manager, Kyle, upon arrival after I had asked how to get a guest pass.
Upon discovering that my guest had an old EOS account that had unknowingly gone to collections a few years ago, Kyle immediately took an aggressive and unprofessional tone. While I completely understand and respect EOS policies regarding accounts in collections, the way this situation was handled was completely inappropriate.
Kyle confronted my guest in front of two other employees, made us feel judged and humiliated, and even insinuated that we would have tried to sneak in if he hadn’t been there. His tone and language felt more like profiling than professional customer service. Statements like “we are strict at this EOS” came off as condescending rather than helpful.
This experience made both of us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I expected a much more respectful and solution-oriented approach from a general manager, especially over an issue that could have been handled privately and professionally. Based on this encounter, I have no interest in returning to this location.

This gym has done a complete turn around. I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years, and I’ve seen it at its lowest and now currently at its best. I think a huge part of that is change in management. They replace broken or stolen equipment within a reasonable timeframe, things are kept more clean, staff is always on top of things (they’ve always been really nice here), and they actually care when we come to them with a problem. I feel very at home here, which is why I continue to make the drive even when other locations are closer.

It’s unfortunate, but I’ve had more bad experiences than good ones. The main issue is poor customer service, primarily from managers which is surprising. It appears the issue is dependent on the location. All bad experiences I’ve had are from the Durango location.
I’ve had an issue with the automatic billing from the beginning of my membership. It was a system issue with the system saying my account was not valid, even though it was and I showed the information to the staff. For 3-4 months straight, I kept getting billed a late fee due to a system error, and spent a lot of time talking to staff members and even the billing company getting the incorrect late fees removed. I was successfully able to get it handled, but I had to spend the time and energy, over the course of 3-4 months, getting the same issue corrected every month. I finally spoke to a manager named Kyle who corrected the issue and made it so the account is recognized correctly.
This brings me to the next point.
I had an issue with the automatic billing not going through most recently, this time it was my fault. My payment due date was on the 3rd. I came in at 11am on the 3rd (on the payment due date) and paid in club. They told me they can’t waive the payment fee. I told them that’s ridiculous, as it’s still the 3rd and I’m not late by making the payment on the DUE DATE, even if the automatic payment didn’t go through. They told me they can’t do anything and it’s the „system”. I ended up getting the late fee on my account.
I ended up going to a different location on Russell, I explained that the late fee should not be on there because I wasn’t late and made the payment on the due date, and at this location they were able to solve the issue immediately, and advised me the late fee should’ve never been on there since I did make a payment on the same day as the due date.
Which brings me to my last point.
I went in today to the Durango location. I told Yasia, who was very nice and helpful, that I want to make a payment as I’ve had issues with the automatic billing. She hadn’t done this before, but asked for help and was able to help me. 5 stars for Yasia!
However, my experience was again ruined by manager Chris. He came over and said „hey scan this” and showed me a QR code. He told me it was to do a google review, and to give them 5 stars. I paused, and said I would, because Yasia was very nice and helpful, but truthfully I’ve gotten more less than 5 star service than 5 star service. He asked what happened. I began explaining to him that specifically at this location, they refused to waive a late fee that should have never been there, and I made the payment on the payment due date. In the middle of me explaining, he cut me off, and said „no the review is just for this experience which was good” . He didn’t listen to me, didn’t listen to my concerns after asking about prior issues, and cut me off as I answered. Which bothered me even more and reiterated to me how poor the customer service is at the Durango location. It’s no wonder the service is terrible if they don’t bother to listen to feedback.
The gym itself and equipment is good. Service is terrible.

on 07.21.25 I was approached by the Assistant Manager while, being on the Smith machine. he told me to hurry up, he commented on what was on my phone (online shopping), and that people were waiting for the machine.
keep in mind that I was on my first set and like anyone would in between their sets people would be their phones. That interaction threw me off guard and was very rude. After my set, I went to the front desk, explaining two of the employees my interaction. I honestly just wanted to get the person’s name For me to write this review. When Cam Approached me I explained my interaction and He just kept telling me what does he want me to do about it. I was calm and I clearly just wanted to be heard. I have been going to Durango eos since I was 19 and from the years that I’ve been there, I have never had any rude worker come up to me. when I tried to explain the situation all he kept telling me was well what can we do about it in a very condescending way. from there, I just simply wanted to request the manager. He then told me that he is the manager (Cam). I want to thank one of the employees for giving me the managers card, being truthful, and trying to defuse the situation while his coworker Cam short with me.

It's becoming more and more rare to find professional gym trainers that not only excel at their job description but surpass it - and have fun while doing!
Orlando saw me struggling with the pull-up machine and immediately knew to grab some oil and slick it down. Unfortunately that didn't help much as the support pad was still sticking. But that didn't stop Orlando from having me follow him to the squat racks, lowering the safety rack, setting up the bar, and having me do lying pull-ups to still target my back.
AND he even had the attentiveness to make sure my form was on point and pushed me to fail no less. And trust me, I'm feelin' it today, haha.

Update (10 min later): After posting this review, I received a call from the General Manager, Orlando, who asked me to remove it in exchange for overriding the trial pass. That’s not customer service that’s a shady attempt to silence honest feedback. Completely unacceptable and only further confirms how this location operates. Shameful.
How come this place be any good? I haven't set a foot there and never will.
Christopher "Chris" Huynh at the EōS Fitness on Durango is the worst first impression you could give someone interested in joining a gym. I called asking a simple question about the free trial and ID requirements (since I’m waiting on a local ID due to DMV delays), and instead of offering a helpful response, Christopher Huynh immediately started pushing a “promo” that turns into a paid membership.
When I explained — again — that I was just asking about a trial, he raised his voice, interrupted me, and sarcastically asked if I “didn’t hear what he said.” Yes, I heard you loud and clear: you’re rude, unprofessional, and clearly more focused on closing a sale than actually helping people.
I even contacted corporate to report the interaction because it was that bad. And after that, this guy actually had the nerve to email me his personal referral link, like nothing ever happened. Truly shameless.
If EōS allows this kind of behavior to represent their brand, it speaks volumes.
Avoid this location or at least avoid Christopher Huynh. He’s exactly what gives gyms a bad name.

I can’t say enough great things about the Kids Quest at EOS on Durango and the 215! The staff is absolutely amazing—Yasia, Ella, Isabelle, Paola, and the manager Elijah are all so friendly, caring, and professional. They take the time to truly get to know your child, which makes such a difference in creating a fun and safe environment.
The play area is filled with tons of toys, games, and crafts to keep the kids engaged and happy. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my child is in such great hands while I work out. Thank you to the entire team for being so wonderful

Absolutely love this gym. They’re a very welcoming and generous staff, I even feel like we’re besties lol. So makes it even more pleasant to go to. It’s a very clean gym with great equipment and a pretty good layout. Definitely recommend if you’re in between gyms!

I’ve had a great experience with EoS since joining a few weeks ago. And I just signed my little ones up for the Kids Club today, thanks to Yasia at the Durango/Arby location for patiently walking me through registration process. Also the staff in the Kids Club are great, my 2 & 3 year old kiddos really enjoyed their time there!
