I’ve been coming here for a few months and I have to say it one of the best gym I’ve been at. The staff is amazing especially the front desk. They’re so friendly.
I would be aware that some of the people that go here the other members they’re rude as hell. Maybe it’s the area maybe they need to touch some grass, but I have never seen such rude individuals. especially for something so small if you hear how these people talk to the staff, it can be disrespectful. I’m sure they don’t get paid enough to deal with that.

I just signed my son up for EOS today, but they charged him a $20 daily guest fee for today anyways since I only sent him his membership number an hour later. He is now a member and we would kindly request a refund of today's guest fee, which the person at the front desk refused to do.

Unless you go between 3 and 5 a.m., be prepared to wait 10+ minutes just to use a machine. The overcrowding is ridiculous and there has to be a way to fix this. Also, beware of the so-called “content creators” filming their workouts while you’re just trying to focus on your own progress, not perform for social media. Oh, but hey, you get what you pay for.

Crystal Raquel was amazing. I actually went in to cancel because we had a horrible experience upgrading our old membership to a family membership. Had went in a couple times to get the issues fixed and was not receiving help and the way the guy would talk was definitely not one that was looking to help. But I finally went in again and Crystal took ownership of the situation and convinced us to not cancel. Showed us that refunds were being processed and should be credit back soon. If we continue to go to that gym it is because Crystal.

Made impossible to cancel the membership. When you dial and choose option to cancel, it forces you to speak to someone outside of country and that person is clueless what is the procedure. They make it difficult on purpose. The automated system also programmed to prevent you from accessing customer service. No clear directions on website where to submit 30 days cancellation notice. The gym is overcrowded and saunas are always broken. Fitness instructors are persistently trying to book you for private lessons even after you clearly tell them you are not interested.

my least favorite eos in vegas, and that's saying something considering i was harassed and followed at a different location. none of the weights or equipment are ever available. No one reracks their weights on the smith machines. all the smith machines are stiff, they need wd-40 or something. on top of that everything is so crowded for no reason. there's a bar just blocking full motion to use the smith machine. You can't even adjust weights if a person is using the row machine because you might actually hit them from how crowded the machines are.

Love the G-fit classes. I get anxious working out on the floor because I'm never sure what to do or if a machine I want is available. The classes are perfect since they tell you what to do.

It’s a nice gym don’t see anything wrong with it, but I signed up for a free pass just to see the vibes , I’m pretty simple guy I don’t need to tell me the whole bunch about the gym , all I need to know is where’s locker room. But the guy was talking 100 words per minute, and took me to look at membership prices, I was like ok I’ve seen them online I know that info and online it’s $0 to sign up, on his screen it’s $45. I was like to I hive to sign up now or can I go to work out, all I had is his awkward silence look at me like what are we doing?! Today I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, not only regarding gym or workout but custmer services in general.

I love this gym and I’ve been member for so long. And even thu there system sometime make mistakes I am okay as long as the person helping you is understanding and polite.

Today walking in the gym and after me and my guest scanning tags we got called back to the counter for an issue. After the person who called us look into it further she said we will have to sign contract again and sign all the waivers.

We didn’t have any issue with that and I told her we will do it but what can we do to prevent this to happen on the future as it’s not the 1st time. She was very rude and simply said she is not taking accountability for whoever did this mistake before. After asking her to speak with a manager she said I will have to leave or she will call the cops. All that for such a minor error eos system that I have no hands in!

Eventually someone else came and talked to us and was much more helpful, we signed contract and waiver again but honestly this experience was very embarrassing and this employee is not appropriated at all.

Not sure what I’m more disgusted by, the facilities cleanliness- namely the locker room “AROMA” or the staff treatment when I kindly addressed the problem. Was treated with hostility, dismissed and THEN teased semi privately between front desk workers. Overhearing antisemitic language coupled with pointing and laughing is definitely not something I would expect from the staff of this establishment but if you’re going to have a NASTY staff, at least ensure you don’t have a NASTY gym as well.

Briyanna has been such a great personal trainer. All the staff is great here. I’ve worked with Michael, the assistant fitness manager, Crystal and Beau. Everyone is great! It’s always clean here too and I love the movie room when I need a calm time. I’d highly recommend.

I go to EOS on Sahara “SPECIFICALLY” for the class taught by Ms. Sequeena (Dance Vibes). Her class is very high energetic and fun. I leave this class feeling good and sore. Lol This location is great!👍

The Losee location has fallen off over the years. I feel like after the remodeling is when it started. The machines before were better. They put in new machines that break down weekly. The thermostat is set to 77° and its 115° outside. It's wall to wall packed everyday with people who stand around or sit on machines for 20 minutes not even working out.

Paper towel dispensers are always empty. Come on you had 1 job. I don't know how many times I've had to go tell the staff to fill them up. I've even taken rolls off the cleaning cart to use. 5, 6 staff members at the front desk just gather and talk to each other or to patrons when we can't find weights or having to avoid spills on the floor. Like they don't do rounds?

The best thing is the recovery room that I can't even get into unless I pay more money. I've been a member for almost 10 years and they already raised my monthly, but I can't get in the recovery room unless I upgrade. What a scam. Looking into other gyms.

Great gym overall. Wish there was more availability of plates and a few more interesting/unique machines to switch things up. It is SUPER busy sometimes, which isn’t ideal. The staff is generally very friendly and welcoming.

Been a great experience here at this EoS location since switching. Love the layout of the gym, it feels very organized based on what you're working on and feels very open. The facility is kept very well maintenanced and the staff are super friendly. Nate and Crystal are some of the two I constantly see coming in during my sessions and they're very welcoming.
