Ok yall..This is my new favorite place. They did not let down. They got me with the Theater. I got in there and ran my 30 mins away. Was disappointed i had to go to work. Visit only twice and used treadmill twice.....Dec 1 st finally got a membership and went today and as usual it was a great experience.

The staff does nothing about inappropriate behavior in the locker room. Reported it 4 times now & it seems like nobody cares. Also James gave me a hard time checking in my guest today because she forget her ID even though they didn't ask for it the previous 2 days. I guess they just pick and chose when they want to follow the policies & who they want to enforce the rules with. They won't enforce it with predators in the lock room but make sure you don't forget your ID if they randomly decide to ask for it.

This EOS is okay compared to others, but the management/people can be a bit annoying. I don't like have a whole bunch of apps on my phone and prefer to sign in with my work pass, but they stop me every time and insisted I download their app even though it glitches on my phone. I just want to scan with the app I have that works and workout in peace.

It’s been nearly a year since my last visit to this location, and I was genuinely impressed. The gym was spotless—restrooms were clean, each station had paper towels and sanitizer, and there were even extra trash cans throughout. The atmosphere was comfortable with good music at a reasonable volume and a pleasant temperature. It was also much less crowded than other locations, which made for a great workout experience.

The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally courteous—helpful, professional, and even held the door for me as I left.

The facility may be smaller, but it’s efficiently managed and offers a great variety of machines. I’d love to see a few of the glute-focused machines added here in the future—and possibly even a small boxing area. Clearly, this location is well-run, so the manager definitely deserves to be recognized (and rewarded) for maintaining such high standards. Overall, very impressed—great job to the entire team!

I went in with my daughter, neither one of us could even start a workout. There's a very offensive odor throughout the entire gym especially at the cinema room. The cinema room smells like walking in to a pet store with a lot of hamster like that nasty Woody urine like smell from hamster cage. The rest of the gym just smelled like everyone's must is baking in there from lack of ventilation. I wonder if that's the problem maybe there's no good ventilation in there. But it was bad enough to make it an uncomfortable visit and decided to walk right out after walking around the gym. The gym looks clean, but it smells dirty.

There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Safety issues with some of the treadmills. Great experience overall, but feeling like you might blow out a knee on an off track treadmill definitely takes a star away.

Terrible experience. Be careful with the items you leave in your lockers. Our wallet was stolen in the men's locker room and today there were 3 complaints about other thefts. The staff doesn't resolve any issues or help you with anything. This establishment should be sanctioned; it's impossible for them to not take responsibility for anything. I urge all users to be careful with their belongings, as they don't show you the cameras. This establishment urgently needs to be investigated.

I had a cycle class tonight with doctor Alec. He is a substitute instructor but he was incredible and really pushed me past the limit I thought I had. He didn’t just go through the motions he was 100% in the zone with all of us. I rode 10 miles tonight at a blistering pace and burned over 700 calories because of it. He kept us focused throughout. Everyone in the class was really happy to have him. We hope management makes him a more permanent instructor. He seems very concerned with our health and our fitness and he cares.

I like EOS and I’m a senior. I just wish they either had more forever fit classes in the morning Sunday through Saturday or Other classes geared towards seniors instead of 60 minutes cycling maybe a 30 minute body pump 30 minute I get up at 5 AM every morning by the time noon comes around for the forever fit. Stu H, the Assistant Fitness Manager is the best employee whom I have interacted with at this gym. I asked for help regarding my fitness membership and he took the time to help me extensively, giving me words of encouragement and signing me up with a trainer to restart my journey.

With his customer service skills and a TRUE desire to help the member, his caring demeanor and super positive attitude helped me to believe I can be healthier. I cannot give up where usually I would.

Kudos to the wonderful and caring, Stu. Promote him, immediately and keep him at this gym to continue to thrive and be a good example of how EOS should be. All the employees at this gym have been amazing!

This EOS fitness gym is amazing. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I am greeted with a smile before I walk in. With all their equipment and space it never seems crowded. Even during peak times I am able to my workout it. A lot of turf space to stretch and they have plenty of benches and squat racks, which is plus. They have everything I need to get my work done and it’s 5 minutes from my house. That’s a big deal for me. Great job EOS.

I retract my previous good rating and if I could, I would give it a below 0!! This has by far been the worst gym experience of my life!!! From the time I joined almost a year ago, I have had nothing but problems with membership, fitness and billing. When I upgraded my membership to their "Sweat Squad" membership to include my son and daughter-in-law, the person in membership did not transfer the account correctly. The fitness team did not transfer my fitness appointments to the new account after they told me multiple times that they did. They passed the buck onto someone else every time. This resulted in double billing on the memberships. Despite having the correct billing information, I got phone calls every month from ABC Fitness Solutions (the billing company), stating that I did not pay my account or that my bank information was incorrect. When I called them each time, I was told that they had no record of calling me. The fitness training was nothing more than a "Trainer" meeting with me for 1/2 an hour each week to walk around the gym and show me how to use equipment at $40 a week. There was no nutrition training and I only got a body scan at the very beginning. The final straw has been dealing once again with ABC Fitness Solutions due to a club mistake. I went into the club and told them to change the bank information on all my memberships as I was getting ready to close one of my bank accounts. They did not enter it correctly, resulting in only one membership being charged to the new account and two memberships being charged to the old account, resulting in two overdraft fees from my bank in the amount of $50. I had enough!! I went into the club to cancel my memberships and was told that I had to do it myself online. When I went through the steps online, it would only pull up the old membership that was cancelled when I upgraded. I subsequently had to email customer service at ABC Fitness Solutions to request the cancellation. Then was told that I would have to pay yet another month memberships before they could cancel. I told them that if I had to pay again, they should have to refund me the $50 in overdraft fees that resulted from their mistake. I am now 10 emails in and can not get the mind numbingly stupid person I seem to be talking to to understand. They keep repeating "our records do not show a $50 charge"! It's not in your records!!!!! It's in my bank records as a result of YOUR mistake!!!!! UUUGGGHH!!!!!! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH!!!

By far one of my least favorite locations , the sauna was not working for the longest once. They fix it it’s only open until 11:00 pm supposedly for cleaning when the cleaners be chilling in the locker rooms with nothing to do , I know they wouldn’t mind having it open for two more hours at least for the late running people this makes it so un exciting! Very bad experience and total lack of transparency

I went to open a gym membership and was later offered a personal training plan for $90. I told them I didn’t have the money at the time, and they said they could freeze it for 2 months if I paid $19, which I agreed to.

Even so, they charged me $88 just 2 weeks later, and again another $88 two weeks after that, without any notice. When I asked for an explanation, they said “the first two payments have to be charged”, but that was never explained to me when I signed up.

When I tried to cancel the plan, they told me I couldn’t because I had signed a 6-month contract, which was also never clearly communicated.

I felt misled and uninformed from the beginning.
I do NOT recommend this gym if you’re looking for honest and transparent service. They take advantage of customers by withholding important information.

They are scammers I was pressured into signing up for personal training by three giant guys even after I told them I couldn’t afford it and when I tried to cancel 2 days later over the phone I was told they would speak to their manager about canceling then they charged me for personal training I didn’t use and they never cancelled it. Now after spending the past 2 weeks talking to management they told me I need to pay for the rest of the personal training I didn’t use before they could cancel it and now I need to find a lawyer to sue and get my money back

Had. A terrible experience today. Have ben a member for more of 1 year. I toock my uncle to traine with me. And at check in got my first terrible experience. I was tinking i had the mebership to bring gest. But aperenly i did not. 24 dollar mont. They bring another person so i ask the cuestion again finaly she said it was going to be 29+3service charge. But if give her my rauting nimber and account she can take off the services fee. I start giving the info and she said i already have the info. So not sure if they got my rauter and account all the time i update my card since was stolent arround 7 moths back after that we went to other pwrson to fill in computer info about my guest.... my complain is that i got stold almos 30minutes of my time wen could be so fast. Really i was ready to leve this club and go to another one.
I probably drive farter to go to gym since it. was such. A bomer to tried to bring someone else to the club.
I understand we all have a bad day. Ut if they dont whant to do customer service. The need another job.

This was my gym for about 5 years. I started going to another gym the beginning of this year because it’s way too packed now. Machines are almost never open. People line up to use the machines at any location that I’ve gone, though I understand, it’s a popular gym. I took my time to go in person and cancel my membership, since I started going to another one. They gave me instructions to cancel it, which we did. I then called and asked for help because it seems like I wasn’t doing it right and they just told me the same instructions. I don’t understand why I had to create a whole account to cancel when I never made an account to begin with. I have not attended this gym in MONTHS and they called to let my partner and I know that we owe about $100 in fees. The only way I found it possible to cancel was to stop payment on my account. If we didn’t pay, they let us know we could never attend this gym again. That was upsetting. Nice gym, but horrible staff and conflict handling.

I’ve been an EOS member for years now, and it’s kind of my thing to leave honest reviews whenever I try a new location—or when I notice big changes at the one I regularly visit. Well… buckle up, because this location has officially leveled up. 🎮💪

Let’s start with the real MVPs of this gym—the people who deserve their names carved into the EOS Hall of Fame (if that’s not a thing yet… it should be).

First up: Chardonnay in Kids Club.
Y’all. This woman has superpowers. From day one, she greeted my family with the warmest smile like we were long-lost friends returning home. My kids literally beg to go to Kids Club just so they can see their favorite human on the planet—Miss Chardonnay. She’s got that rare mix of sunshine, patience, and just the right amount of “don’t test me” energy that every parent dreams of in a childcare pro. Absolute legend. 🌟👑

Then there’s Axel—the Muscle of Kids Club.
Axel’s presence alone makes me feel like the Avengers are watching over my kids. Seriously, knowing he’s there instantly puts me at ease. He’s always smiling, always alert, and if anything even thought about going sideways in that Kids Club—you can bet Axel’s already 10 steps ahead of it. Guardian angel status unlocked. 💪🛡️

Now let’s talk about Vanessa—the Queen of Patience.
On my very first visit, I came in with roughly 972 questions (give or take), because, hello—I’m a parent leaving my babies in someone else’s hands for the first time. Vanessa never once flinched. She answered everything with a smile like it was her mission to calm my anxious brain. If it weren’t for her, I probably wouldn’t have signed up my kids… or handed EOS some extra millions (okay, slight exaggeration, but you get it). 🙌😂

And last but definitely not least… Andrew.
Listen, in my last review, I was this close to walking away because the TVs that let parents see the Kids Club were turned off. I was frustrated. I even told myself, “If nobody fixes this… I’m out.” But then… Enter Andrew. Like a hero in the final act of a movie, he stepped up, rolled up his sleeves (metaphorically… or maybe literally, who knows), and got it DONE. Sir, you are a legend. 🦸‍♂️👏

Because of these four absolutely stellar humans, I’m rewriting my review. 5 stars—no question. You are all proof that customer service still exists, and it’s alive and thriving at this EOS. Never stop being the awesome rockstars that you are. ✨

Now… corporate, listen up. Yes, the sauna and the pool are still down (cue single dramatic tear 😢)… BUT I see the effort. I see the work being done. Whoever is behind the repairs and whoever had the brilliance to hire this squad of superheroes—keep it up. You’re doing something very, very right.

I go to this location when I'm on that side of town the actual gym area is a bit outdated. The machines are on the older side and most of the people that go here are not respectful of those working out around them.
The five stars is for the kids area the staff is amazing and super friendly. Everyone I've come across has been so nice and warm not just with me but more importantly my daughter. They offer better availability to book times, they have more for the kids to do and it's larger than the normal location I go to. Once my daughter left behind her necklace the next time we came back the manager remembered us and immediately came up and gave it to us. It was refreshing seeing this type of service and care especially when it involves kids. The staff actually watches the kids and keeps them engaged. The gym might not be as updated as other locations but as a parent the kids area makes up for it.

After speaking to JONABEH i had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had at a gym — all thanks to her unprofessionalism and attitude. I simply asked if the gym had exercise balls available, and instead of giving a straightforward answer, I was told I had to speak with a sales counselor first. It was very clear that they were more interested in pushing a membership on me than helping with a basic question.

This girl at the front desk was shockingly rude — cold, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. It felt like I was being forced through some kind of sales pitch just to get a yes or no answer. I’ve never been treated with such disregard by someone in a customer service role. Honestly, it was insulting. And after requesting to speak to a manager, i was shocked to find out that she was the one managing the front desk. She replied; "I am the manager" with her snarky attitude.

If this is how the staff treats potential members, I can't imagine how they treat actual members. This kind of attitude reflects terribly on the entire gym.

Corporate seriously needs to take a look at who they hire as "managers" to represent their brand — she was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and seemed to go out of her way to be unpleasant.

Extremely disappointed.. I won’t be returning and advise those of you reading this to steer clear of this location. 👎👎👎

Been working out here for 10 months now. Very nice and spacious gym. The gym has about all the equipment you need to get a very good workout in. Always work out here 6 days a week and I'm always able to get a good workout in without any issue. The front desk staff are always friendly and good to talk to. In case things need repairing the staff are super chill and on top of things and can help make sure it gets taken care of. Especially the trainers there are very passionate and knowledgeable about their profession. Chatted with them a bit and they give solid advice for my fitness goal. All the managers are pretty chill. Stu is fun to talk to. Mike and Brady are super helpful. Jonaveh i think her name is was super sweet and makes all guests feel welcome each time i come through the front door. Overall, it's a nice gym environment here and people should give it a shot.

I was just given a paper today saying that I can not film. However nowhere on the paper does it note that I can not film myself. My girlfriend has been a member at EOS for over a year and today she received an email notifying of an open house. The email said to “bring a friend” so we assumed I could come along to try out the gym and potentially get a membership afterwards if I enjoyed the experience. They wanted us to speak to one of the “sales people” which was no problem whatsoever. When we sat down, he had an immediate attitude making faces and having a very rude and disrespectful demeanor towards us. My girlfriend asked for clarification about the open house and he acted like we were stupid for misunderstanding that the open house only meant discounted memberships. Every response he gave was short and with attitude. I do not know if it was homophobia or misogyny but I was considering a membership previously however I certainly will not be returning due to the disrespect that this worker had towards us today. If you want to sell memberships I would suggest treating potential clients with respect.

After almost 3 years of attending aqua Zumba and water fit classes I decided to cancel my membership due to issues with the pool being closed for long periods of time with no real alternatives and staff making comments about how there are other Eos gyms with pools. I’m on the east side so it’s not completely convenient for me to travel to the southeast side or even the west side. I prefer to work out in the water and it sucks that I’m paying for a gym membership and the pool is being closed for months and I’m just supposed to deal with it. Warning this company makes it very hard to cancel your membership too, their still pulling money out even after the membership has been cancelled and all dues have been paid.

Love this fitness center unfortunately the pool and the sauna are under construction however when it comes down to spacing of the machinery they have it figured out with over 6 feet. There’s a separate 5 yard dash that you can warm up on indoor. All of the EOS hosts workout classes but this one in particular will host a spin class and yoga class simultaneously. The crowd is completely different at around 12 AM you see your military crowd come in typically leaving around 7 AM which is the best time to work out everyone is focused on themselves whether it be for physical strength or mental strength we are not there working out with gold teeth in our mouth topless. Now if you would like to see the men that work out with gold teeth in their mouth they are right down the street in Henderson and they take your work out just as much as a joke as their own. That’s not to speak for everyone but if the shoe fits wear it.

They were nice when I came in to the gym for the first time at 8 pm on 5/1/25 to sign up for a membership, I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to work any of the machines but the quick start option made it simple to hop on and work out on the tread mill/elliptical an hour on each. We signed our family up here through the account rep named "Leo Vasquez" and was told after 90 days a discount would kick in. During this time he was supposed to merge my solo account into a family account. I ended up getting double charged plus a cancelation month, which we let slide. After 4-5 months (actually 5-6) we had realized that our discounts never kicked in. So we went inside, and low and behold, Leo was there to greet us with open arms. We bring up the accounting error and he says "oh yea, we can submit this now" and I am like wait, why wasn't it automatic like you implied back in October/November? He said "After 90 days you need to tell us, so that we can submit for your discount". This information was never provided to us, nor is it in the contract. Obviously we have to pay one additional month since it's a 30 day policy.

Next up will be a call to their corporate offices and credit card charge backs for fraudulent service agreements.

Avoid EOS and spend a little more for a quality gym experience.

The gym is fine enough and the classes are good but I was misled into signing a personal trainer contract to ‘lock in a cheaper price’ I thought I could cancel at anytime and that is apparently not the case. I can’t get anyone to help me. On the rare occasion, I can reach a real person on the phone I get transferred around to person after person saying they don’t know and need to transfer me to someone else.
I have sent multiple emails and gone in person.
I’ve been trying to cancel for months.
I can’t support a business that uses unethical business practices like this, and I cannot wait to get a hold of a real person and finally cancel this

I absolutely love EoS! This is the second location I frequently visit because this location offers more Aqua Zumba classes than the St Rose location which is closer to where I live. Charlie’s aqua zumba classes are so fun it’s worth the longer drive for me. Every time I walk in these doors staff such as DeAngelo and Cody at the front desk are always SO kind and friendly greeting you with a smile which always starts my workouts off on the best foot! DeAngelo especially went above and beyond one evening when I left my phone at the front counter and he immediately called my husband’s phone as we were heading home before we got too far away and made an easy turn around. Can’t sing his praises high enough!!! 🫶🏻 Love my EoS family! 🩵

Best EOS I’ve used, in terms of square footage, it’s a spread out floor plan, plenty of room. I went on a Sunday, no sauna ever on Sundays. I loved it. My normal gyms are in Stephanie, the sunset location and the 215 location. I visited the pecos and Russell location because my car wash is diagonal from the gym. Good job eos
