I was in town and needed a day pass. The facility was great but what stood out more is the customer service provided by Zoe. I travel a lot and need day passes frequently from different gyms. Instead of me having to ask, Zoe preemptively gave me a tour of the gym and it was the most welcoming interaction that I have experienced in a gym while traveling, so much that I added this as a task to my calendar to make sure that I left some positive feedback. Its easy to leave a negative review but I believe positive feedback is just as important. Appreciate your help and kindness that day Zoe!

Went to this location early this morning to check it out. Clean and not packed. I finished my workout within 2hrs. It's a bummer that they removed the pool due to Nevada's new law of a lifeguard. The sauna need to be remodeled.

I was led to believe that all locations have the same amenities so when you pay for a premium membership, which ever location you go to, you will always have access to a pool and whirlpool (hottub). I'm now just finding out that of the three locations nearest me, none of them have a pool or hot tub. That seems to be a consistent discrepancy. If and when an associate mentions "we'll we have a sauna", doesn't rectify the situation. A pool/hot tub is not the same as a sauna.

I went in to work out at the EOS and was having problem connecting to these ear phones and eventually I discovered they were not charged. I had been given these to me by my mom right after my dad had died so I wasn't real familiar with them. I went to from desk and the girl with the ring in her septum I believe here name is Anda said they had a charger and could charge them. I went back to workout for a couple of hours and when I left I forgot to pick them up. I thought about an hour later they will be safe anyways they will put in lost and found and she knows who I am and I have never had anything stolen from me at a front desk of gym in my life.
I wasn't able to return until Wed Aug 6th and Anda wasn't there and the other tall brunette that was there tried to call Anda because it was her day off. Anda didn't answer and the tall brunette looked but didn't find them and then she went into office and came back with another associate, a black guy, and he went through safe and handed me like 6 or 8 different AirPods cases but none of them had earphones in them and none of them matched my description. They said they would talk to Anda and call me or something like that and I went about my workout trusting they would be diligent and the tall brunette offered an apology and that's the only one I have had since this started. A few days later Anda was in the gym and I asked her and she said she remembers me coming and giving them to her and that she would look for them. I worked out and then returned to the front desk and she stated that they aren't there and that what happens is that if there are some in the safe and anyone comes in and says they lost AirPods they give them the whole bunch and they can just basically take any one of them that they claim is theirs. Im thinking to myself this is very bad policy and seems like an inside way to scam people and steal from them. I told her I would like to file a report and she wrote the report and didn't let me read it nor take photo of it and took it to the office and said the manager, a blonde hair blue eyed lady, maybe her name is Amanda, is not in now and I think this was on the weekend and that she would be back in a few days and review the cameras and try to get to bottom of it and would give me a call. I think multiple times they told me someone would call me and no one ever did. Well I went back a couple times and the manager was never there talked to tall brunette and might have even called but don't remember and now after this going on for nearly 2 months I went in today and the manager was finally there and the tall brunette was there and the manager acted liked I was being too worried about some AirPods and told me they weren't responsible for lost or stolen stuff and I told her I think you have thieves working here and I was told you were going to call me multiple times and that you were going to review the tapes and get back to me and basically it went back and forth with the same smoke and mirrors and the tall girl kept butting in the conversation and basically they were implying it was my fault for leaving them there. I haven't even heard these types of statements until the last few years but I understand what gaslighting and victim blaming is and that's what was happening.

I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had when calling your location to inquire about amenities. I simply wanted to know if your facility had a pool or sauna. Instead of providing the information, the staff member repeatedly asked if I was a member.

When I explained that I only wanted to know about the amenities, she again asked if I was a member. I felt frustrated, as I should not need to be a member to learn about the basic offerings of your gym. To proceed, I finally said I was a premium member. Only then did she confirm that a sauna is available.

If I were not already a member this interaction left me with the impression that non-members cannot receive simple information about your facility. Unfortunately, this made me feel unwelcome as a potential customer. Had the staff member been more open and helpful, I might have considered joining.

I hope you will review this matter with your team to ensure that future potential members are treated with courtesy and given the information they need to make an informed decision.

I signed up about a month before I moved. I was told I could transfer gyms when I moved. The transfer is $50. When I signed up I had an offer for 50% off sign up fee ($150) from a text. A sales associate tried to upsell me for 15 min and eventually I declined the discount because he said it would hurt his commission. Was not told about $50 to change gyms, honestly wouldn’t care but on principle, one star and cancel membership.

The gym itself has decent equipment and space, but one major issue makes it hard to enjoy: they often turn off the air conditioning in the building. Working out in a hot, stuffy environment isn’t just uncomfortable, it feels unsafe—especially during intense sessions. I canceled my membership to all locations but it was a headache. Things are always broken and every location is overcrowded. Every location seems to have some lower quality equipment mixed with better stuff minus In the nicer areas the equipment seems to be higher quality but still not enough extras of anything so you are stuck waiting to use things. Everyone seems to bring a friend which ties up all the equipment for long wait times. Only good times to go are early or late. Tropicana has only junk low quality equipment and not enough. I’m suprised no one has reported Tropicana location to health department.The sauna should be cleaned daily it’s co-Ed no excuse. I know for a fact the night crew never cleans it.Nor does your day shift.The sign posted it gets cleaned twice a week is bs I was there at those hours it’s not being cleaned period. Your one operation manager acknowledged that it had not been cleaned in months. I have filed multiple complaints with the sauna not being cleaned in months.There is black mold growing underneath the wood.The jacuzzi water is often green and has black around the inside of the tile.Had you guys been smart when revamping this place you would have knocked down the wall of the steam room and just made a giant sauna.The steam room is constantly broken.The cleaning people here leave hours before there shift is over and sit on their phones and don’t clean lockers,showers properly and sauna areas at all. There was greasy hand prints all over the benches in locker room for weeks before it got cleaned. The equipment is the lowest quality commercial equipment of any gym and things are constantly broken.The screws that hold the safety bar and latch on the leg press machine has fallen out while I’m in the middle of training. The only reason I joined was closeness but I will stick with higher quality gyms. This is by far the worst gym I’ve ever been to and staff members due little to nothing to correct issues.You have people laying against the door in the steam room and sauna strung out on drugs.It’s gotten so bad they just leave doors open non stop. Front desk has been notified and nothing is ever done. There has been people asleep in the pool area and front desk does nothing about it. I tripped over someone who was passed out on the floor in the movie room by the stair masters. He jumped up when I accidentally tripped over him in the dark. This gym is just not run properly. It’s lacking enough equipment for the size of the gym. Let me know when you guys decide to get Life Fitness,Nautilus and Hoist equipment and get rid of the low quality stuff that mostly is in this gym. I’m sure the response will be you didn’t know etc but someone from corporate had a meeting about issues months ago and still nothing was done.

I’m 68 years old, and I’m incredibly happy with the Stretch/Mobility class led by instructor Tano Calderon. On my first class, I was able to alleviate the pain in my foot, knee, and wrist just by doing 45 minutes of stretches. It was an amazing experience! I’ll continue to take Tano’s class and hope that he provides more classes at the other EOS locations around town - not just at the Trop and Decatur location. It’s a perfect class for any age! 👏👏👏👏🥰🥰🥰

I used to workout at this place when it used to be 24fitness and it was bright inside and less crowded. But now with eos they dont do 24hrs so most of the time it dark and crowded also bad smells.
Other than that when it comes to the staffs they are the best professionals, always there to make ur life easy 💯
I wish they do it 24hrs in that case they reduce the crowds and bad smells.

It’s over crowded. I enjoyed going but my card was stolen and I ordered a new one which caused the payment to bounce. I paid 2x my membership because of that. I pay $32 a month and was charged $64. I then cancelled because I felt this was predatory. And they told me it takes 2 months to cancel. And I will be charged for those two months.

This gym is fantastic for a couple reasons:
1) It has a small turf area downstairs, including a ≈30ft sled push, which is good for functional fitness, circuits, and crossfit-type lifts
2) The staff, especially Panda and Raiden; they were extremely friendly and helpful. The staff genuinely cares about assisting you, and about your experience at the gym. They ensured that customers/clients were made aware of the deals and promos occurring at the the time. Solely because of the wonderful staff, I will continue to workout at this EōS whenever I'm in town!

Awful gym. Machines break down and take 6 months to fix, way too overcrowded, finding a working treadmill is impossible. Be prepared to spend a good amount of your workout time waiting for a squat rack or bench. The gym is a little smaller in my opinion . But there are always enough machines and weights . Staff is always really cool and the place is always clean 👍🏽

We were visiting Vegas from out of state for a sporting event this past weekend and needed a day pass. The staff is very accommodating and nice. The gym is very clean and has a lot of equipments and spaces for different needs!

Best front desk services. Anada and Christian are always there to help out at both desk and floor level. Machines need to be upgraded. More life fitness machines. Bathrooms need a upgrade but the cleaning staff is alway on point.
Excellent pilates classes with great instructors
Air Conditioning needs improvement in the main floor. Great cardio treadmills to use. Treadmills have digital features which helps kill time.

The staff is very friendly and the manager Christian is great. Main issue is there are two classes where the dance teachers allow members to film themselves and others without their permission. Mon and weds 1045 Zumba. This has been addressed many times in one year and still happens. I'm too uncomfortable to go to these classes and I am a paid member. On monday its the teachers assistant does this and weds.there was a totally wacky lady filming herself and putting the phone camera in everyones faces. This continued the whole class. It's really sad that there is a woman who is basically half living in the ladies locker room.
