Tried to use their seven day FREE pass to test out the gym… Nowhere online does it tell you that you need a Nevada ID, but they wouldn’t let us go in without one. Website says no commitment, no credit card, nothing alone the lines of committing to the gym. Had to convince the worker that it doesn’t state that on the website but they have no clue. When you get in there, they are going to force you to do a tour, Then sit you down at a desk and try and hit you with a sales pitch to commit to the gym. Had an hour to work out, but spent 30 minutes on a tour and getting hard sold on committing (classic “ what’s stopping you from getting the $10 membership now) to the gym, got mad and left. This is a classic gym where they tell you is $10 a month but then you get hit with miscellaneous fees up the Wazzoo.

Absolutely terrible experience!
I bought a one-month membership online on September 15 in the afternoon and went once the next morning. When my friend suggested I get a physical membership card, the front desk told me, “You’re not a VIP, you don’t qualify,” and that I could just download the app. That was the first red flag.

On September 20 at around 11:30 a.m., I went back with my child for a class, but the front desk said my child needed to pay too. I said never mind, but she insisted it was only $5 per visit, so I paid. Once inside, they asked me to fill out tons of forms and documents — something they never mentioned before! I even asked the front desk the day before, and they said nothing. Completely unprofessional.

To make things worse, many of the gym machines they advertise simply don’t exist there. It ruined my whole day. I went to the front desk again to cancel and request a refund. They said no refund, and the manager said it was “past the refund period.” They also charged a $59.99 annual fee, which I reluctantly accepted.

But two weeks ago, they called me again to invite me to come work out! I told them I had already canceled. I tried calling multiple times to confirm, but no one ever answered. Then today, my husband and I went to the gym in person to stop the membership again, and they said it was “too late today,” so another month’s charge would still go through — on top of the $59.99 annual fee.

This is shocking and totally unacceptable. Did I not make it clear enough back on September 20? This place is worse than robbery. I strongly do not recommend this gym to anyone! 非常糟糕的体验！

但两周前他们又打电话让我过去健身，我说我早就取消了。后来我多次打电话确认，但根本没人接。今天我和我老公亲自去门店要求停卡，他们竟然说“今天太晚了”，明天还会再扣一个月的费用，加上59.99美元年费！

太让人震惊了！难道我9月20日说得还不够清楚吗？真没见过这么不讲理、恶心的地方，比直接抢钱还过分。我绝对不推荐、也不建议任何人来这里！

I have been an avid spin cyclist for the past 16 years. I am 68 yrs old. I participate in many of the classes EOS offers around the valley.

This review is for the EOS gym on Rainbow. The spin room is always clean and the bikes are all working well.

The room tends to be on the warm side and the two ceiling fans look like they should do the job of circulating the air, but the don’t move very fast and fail miserably, especially when you’re working hard on your cardio.

The class I typically attend is with Denisa Bowers and she’s terrific. Her classes are very challenging and I always walk away from class feeling well worked out and accomplished.

Denisa is kind, professional and always has a welcoming attitude. I know that when I attend her classes, I’m going to elevate my game.

The supplies in the room are always filled and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The restrooms are spotless and the members all seem engaged and ready to work.

This is a very well run location. I’ll give them 5 stars when the “bloody” fans work better! Ha! Good job, Rainbow!

Leaving this review and mostly frequent this gym because I like the kids club, between this location on Rainbow and Alta and the other Location off the 515 and Stephanie they have the best kids clubs, Ashleigh and Leslie are so awesome here, my Co Parent texted me telling me that my Daughter wanted to invite Ashleigh to her birthday party. That just shows how big of an impact these associates can have on your littles, aside from that, they are prompt, energetic, and very positive! They do a new arts and craft every day, and that must be a lot of work because I swear I'm there 4 days a week, every week, for two hours! The gym is very good too, recommend the steam room as well.

I signed up for a membership at the rainbow location.
Upon signing up for a membership Jacob and Cody tried to sell me a fitness training plan as well. I told him I didn't want it. I don't need it. It wouldn't even make sense. Cody said he would give me 50% off just to try it for the first session and I could cancel the sessions at anytime thereafter. A few days later I try to cancel my membership and find out it's a 6 month contract that I can't come in and cancel like Cody explained. He never read the contract to me. He summarized the contract and added misleading information about the cancellation process which was the determining factor that made me sign the contract. I have a witness who was there the whole time through the entire process who is also a member of this gym. Be careful of their deceptive business practices. Read the better business bureau complaints and reviews before signing anything. This is a very common occurrence at this gym specifically. When you want to talk to someone to solve an issue all they say is there's nothing you can do.
We will just send it to collections if you stop making payments as if they have done this thousands of times.
Then they will pass you around from general manager to fitness manager to district manager to fitness district manager and back to the general manager so nothing gets solved. Horrible company policies and morals.

Been here on and off for 3 years, staff from my personal have given okay service but nothing exceptional. They often speak and say hello as well as have a good day on the way out. Compared to friends at other locations who say equipment is often broken, it doesn’t happen too often here. Girls bathroom is clean and equipped with showers, lockers, and mirrors. Lots of gym equipment, a movie room, a daycare, a room for workout classes, a pool, steam room, and etc. there’s a few buckets left around from leaks in the roof that can be hazardous.

I spend 4-5 days at this place. Use the movie theater which is terrific! The staff is friendly and caring. PLEASE notice that out of 10 people in the theater, 9 are usually women. Look for different movies. They are now mostly teenage sci-fi. A better mix of films would be great.

I go to the S Rainbow location 601 S Rainbow. I am very pleased with this location. The staff and trainers are all very friendly and easy to approach if I have any questions. Jen the manager is top of the line. The best to deal with. The membership pricing no other gym can match it. Gym is kept clean. My only issue is sometimes the locker room shower area is not kept clean plus hot water is lacking in the showers. Not happy they closed the pool/hot tub down.

This place is great to workout at but the staff never comes and check the wet and dry sauna at all. To many people in them with their shoes on and they're not open 24 hours anymore which sucks. You think that they would have it cleaner and would be able to enforce the rules of the gym.

I went in to sign up for the gym, I know they are always high pressures sales I know they will try and sell you on more but this was ridiculous. 1st guy who helped me was nice and polite and Informative and didn't shrug off my experience and previous knowledge. He of course needs to up sell he brings over his boss after a 5 to 10 minute wait. His boss offers a good deal but still nothing I wanted so I told him no thankyou he says OK wait right here about 3 mins goes by and he brings his boss over Adam the fitness manager and I explain again why I don't want the program I say I'm good at managing my self and working my program I know works, he says we'll if that's true then why arnt you where you wanna be then. I got upset and asked if we were done and left. I don't wanna go back to the gym I just enrolled at and I will never feel comfortable going back to this location.

This location was my home gym for over a year; I recently moved almost across town and will still come back to this gym solely for the people. The sense of community here is great — I’ve met members and employees who’ve become friends. As for the gym itself, I love that it’s two stories. Decent amount of equipment for any body part you may be training. Mornings are my favorite time to go, as it’s not overly busy. The gym and bathroom stay clean, as well. I do wish y’all would put paper towel dispenser back in the bathrooms, though, but not a big deal. 4 stars only because my car got hit by someone (hit n run) in the parking lot, though no fault to the gym itself or their employees. Shout out to Arabai for helping with that and becoming a homie! Will always love this gym.

Hi I just started coming here. Ridiculously hot in gym. It's not because I am 55 years and a female. This isn't acceptable. I had to stop my workout because was sweating to death. I plan on coming often. I sometimes do not shower after. It's just routine workouts following 2 hip surgeries and I will be coming for the future. Pls get it fixed. The only people sweating should be treadmill and running,stuff like this for the most part in my opt. Now there is no pool. Not good for my workout

I have been going to the EOS on rainbow for over a year. I started because I was suggested to by my pain management doctor. I decided to get a personal trainer because I was 40 and had recently been in a car accident and body pains even before that just from life. Emma was my personal trainer, she is amazing, she is very knowledgeable and nice, we started out easy and worked up. I did 8 months training with her and then felt comfortable and confident enough to continue on my own path. I feel so much better physically and mentally. I love going to the gym, it’s my personal happy place, I have 4 kids and work very hard, I am very thankful for the massage chairs, they are very relaxing and helpful. My last visit Tony was at the front desk and was very pleasant and helpful. Everyone has always been very helpful and welcoming there.

Don't bring your bike to the gym. They have racks out front, but it's not safe to use - I had an extra duty lock on it that would require to be snipped off by bolt cutters. Saturday at 10 am, it was stolen during a 40 min workout. They filled out an internal form in the gym, seemed concerned, not quite helpful, putting it on me to call the police...
