EōS on West Craig is easily one of the best gyms in Vegas. The Arsenal Strength equipment is top tier, and there are plenty of squat racks, deadlift platforms, and machines for every muscle group. The cable section is smooth, spacious, and never crowded, and the cardio area is always clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly, the vibe is great, and everyone’s there to put in real work. Perfect spot for serious lifters.

I come here everyday. The place is always ridiculously crowded. It's definitely not the place to go if you're trying to film your workouts. Staff will come tell you it's not allowed. God forbid you want to check your form on a lift or take progress pictures. I will be getting a membership at a different gym. The only positive is the equipment. It's all new.

I've been to most of the Eos in Vegas and this location is my favorite. Clean big and lots of equipment. Despite how busy it was I easily got my work out in. I love that there is a mens sauna in the locker room. Staff was super friendly and lots of smiles. Thanks fir the positive experience.

Was told by the fitness manager Katherine that I would be able to cancel my personal training contract after a couple months of using it, which was the only reason I agreed to sign up. Went to cancel it on 9/30 and as of today, 11/8 it has still not been done. I keep getting charged for it despite the multiple requests to cancel and despite the fact I haven’t had a training session in months. I would just like their word to be kept but it seems I’m asking too much.

I switched from LVAC to EOS hoping for a fresh start after the drowning incident, but it turned into one of the biggest headaches I’ve ever experienced.

I wanted personal training because, aside from swimming, I know nothing about the gym. During my very first orientation session, I actually fainted mid-workout. Right afterward, the staff had me sign a contract for their training services over $5,000 in total. The moment the brain fog lifted, I immediately canceled.

Still, I really needed personal training, so I returned and signed up for a plan that totaled about $640. (I’ve been told they emailed me the contract, but I can’t find it anywhere.)

Then I found out I was moving to Florida. To finish my lessons before leaving, they had me sign an “upgrade.” I didn’t realize that upgrade would hike my bill to $500 a month.

I tried everything to cancel, by phone, through the customer service form, even in person. They dodged me for nearly an hour in the lobby before someone finally agreed to cancel.

But they kept charging me anyway even after canceling me.

I’m moving to Florida, i’m unemployed, and the nearest EOS is nowhere close. Please spare me, I am severely broke. Financially and spiritually. I really liked this gym, but I feel completely taken advantage of. Free me!

From start to finish, I truly enjoyed my time with EoS. Kate convinced me to do Personal Training and although I enjoyed it, extenuating medical circumstances led me to having to cancel sooner than I intended. Even through this process, she was kind, understanding and always remembered my face! If you’re looking for a gym, definitely go with EoS ESPECIALLY this location!

I hate coming somewhere and somebody is rude to me, especially when I pay a monthly subscription and you take $70 per year as well for an annual fee and I can’t get the courtesy of even goodbye like most people do when they leave and then I checked in two times today two times I walked in and out I go out go grab my bottle and come back in and I asked the guy. Hey, where’s the water he then Asked me are you a member sir I just was sitting next to this counter for the last 30 minutes while my fiancé took a shower at the gym after we’ve been here for over two hours the lady standing next I seen you repeatedly and she’s blinking slowly like are you a member are you? I hate to say it has anything with the color tone of my skinbut the treatment that I felt at the front door and then when I’m leaving as typically they tell people bye of course I didn’t deserve that.

Was good when it opened up last November. Now filled with broccoli headed highscoolers and people treating the gym like a club to pick up people at. Only about 20% of people wipe down their equipment. So packed all the time now. Some staff members are rude and have no business working in a gym or customer service. PF 2.0 basically

There was an old lady complaining the day I signed up. This should have been a red flag. Today I got a call and text saying my card declined. Contacted amex and they have not received any charges from this gym. Fast enough they have already charged me $15 late fee. Furthermore to cancel there are 30 days notice so pay two months in advance. There is also a $2.99 fee to pay them each time. customer service is outsourced so there is a big language barrier! Dont sign up.

The location itself is great. The staffing as I’ve noticed throughout most EOS are not great. That’s what my review is about. Your tank literally has no working Therma Guns. I checked every single one. I let the front desk staff know. They said sorryqn they’d check to see what they could do and I watched them just stand there and keep doing nothing and conversing amongst themselves. To me that’s a waste of money and time. I love this gym. It is my main gym, but there is just something about the fact that it’s always dirty during peak times so many times there hasn’t been toilet paper in the bathroom yet there’s a bunch of staff standing around hair in the drains towels and empty water bottles all over the place. Random stuff left for weeks in locks. amazing place to work out with new equipment. Just wish it was a lot cleaner and the staff was more attentive.

Easily one of the best, if not THE best, EOS in the city. Very spacious, has all brand new equipment and the friendliest staff! Not to mention, it has everything you could need for a 5-star recovery day! I will keep coming back to this gym for the foreseeable future. Beware of sneaky hidden fees they will charge you. I wanted a gym to attend for a week while I was on vacation, then cancel it. They snuck in a $60 “guarantee fee” that I will have to pay in addition to the $23 membership fee. Will never be back, not good enough for a $80+ paymen. Very dissatisfied.

Their saunas are like McDonald's ice cream machines, they are 24/7 ALWAYS BROKEN! They keep blaming the customers for pouring water over them, and that's a lie. They just don't want to spend the money to keep those saunas working. They are AALLLLLLWAYYSSSS DOWN! Then the gym is overly packed every day. It's bad when they have upward of 30 treadmills and it's a miracle if you show up and one is available. It's just a terrible chains of gyms, and I ended my membership and went to LVAC. Best move I've made. I encourance you all to do the same. When they start losing money, they might start fixing stuff.

I'll say it instead: Think a thousand times before hiring a personal trainer, because if a problem arises, no one will take you seriously enough to help you solve it. But read this carefully. No one will take you seriously enough to help you solve it! What a bad experience I had with these people who didn't take their job seriously. I could write about my entire experience, but I'll just tell you that I have over 30 emails where they didn't offer me any solutions, and I ended up paying $1,800 ($3,600 because I was paying my brother's bill) for two sessions with my personal trainer.

The gym is generally great- good spaces and variety of equipment. I really enjoy the group fitness classes- I wish there were more strength based classes in the rotations. The BBL lab is great! One suggestion would be to add a rack or something in there so the room has its own dedicated set of weights or variety of kettle bells because people move random weights, etc from all around the gym and leave them there. That’s more a member problem vs gym problem. But having a dedicated set in there would help.

I come to this gym daily because it’s the closest to me, but I truly wish the experience matched the price I pay.

There are consistently issues with broken equipment, massage chairs often being out of order, and cleanliness being an ongoing concern. The women’s sauna is especially disappointing — I use it daily, and there has been a used bandage and trash under the benches for days. It’s obvious the sauna isn’t being cleaned properly, especially when you see old sweat marks everywhere.

One morning, I stepped out of the sauna and placed my towel and drink on the counter. A young female attendant (dark brown/black hair) began spraying cleaner right next to me — directly on my towel and drink — without any consideration. When I addressed it, she rudely said, “I’m just gonna get this area now.” That’s completely disrespectful and unsanitary.

On another visit, I informed the same attendant that the sauna wasn’t working. She responded dismissively with, “Yeah, I just needed to turn it on.” Why isn’t it consistently on and functioning, especially for paying members?

Additionally, I pay for the highest-tier membership, yet I’ve had repeated issues trying to get a simple biometric scan done. It feels like I can’t access my benefits without being pressured into a "free session" that turns into a pushy personal training pitch. The one session I did attend was a joke — the trainer was yelling, not checking form, and seemed completely disengaged.

For the premium price, I expect a clean facility, working amenities, respectful staff, and quality services — none of which are consistently delivered here.

I am putting in this review for one of the water fit trainer I find Anthony Milson is a trainer that works the body in water to get the best benifits. When I get out of the water from working with him I can feel the difference in my body I can feel like I have did a workout. They have another trainer Joy she's a JOKE does things that are impossible to do in water. She acts like a drill Sergeant. When we sre the water with her a lot of us just do our own thing. We don't even listen to her. She needs to stay with her other classes OUTof the water.

Eos is a great gym and I’ve been a member for almost 5 years but my recent experience with this GM has left me conflicted on whether or not I will continue to refer my friends and family to join.

My family just moved here from Hawaii and wanted to join. I referred them to join eos because up to this point I’ve really enjoyed it. I stopped at the desk to ask questions about the family membership and Trey was there to assist. Long story short, I ended up signing up 5 new memberships for my family because I believed it was a better value than separate memberships. Trey assured me that the old memberships would be cancelled and no annual fee would be assessed to the old memberships because we were cancelling before it was due. That didn’t happen! We got charged for the cancelled memberships and the new memberships, double dipping. I spoke to Ramiro Rodriguez the GM and besides talking over me, he also said that he couldn’t do anything about being charged for the cancelled memberships because they have a 30 day window to cancel old memberships, which Trey did not inform me about. Even after I told Ramiro this, he still brushed me off which I told him is bad business hygiene.

Out of frustration I told him to let me know what the solution to my dilemma was before I left this review and contacted above club.

I’ve visited many eos locations and love the amenities it offers but charging me for cancelled memberships is not ok! So for anyone that is thinking about upgrading or changing memberships, keep this in mind because they will unapologetically finesse you into paying for both memberships.

I may or may not stay with this gym but Im definitely not recommended anyone else to join.

Very nice gym and very clean But!!!!!!! Attention is to Detail is not there! Tons of Teenagers & Ego Lifters that have no respect or Gym Ethics. I come to this gym a couple days a week but my Home Gym is Dragons Lair so I understand what being in a Professional Environment is all about. Love the fact that the Teenagers are in the gym, teaches discipline & structure but they are not being taught Gym Etiquette. Leaving Stacks of Weights on Equipment is absolutely disrespectful. Walked in today & 4, 45's were left on the Donkey Calve Machine? lol, the Ego lifting is crazy but the leaving the Weights is Disrespectful. There should be 3-4 Employees on the Floor @ all times watching this type of behavior, it's a major Turn Off & the Tripods, let's don't even go there, it's an absolute Joke! This gym is incredible. It has all the typical/standard equipment, and then quite a bit of equipment most gyms dont have. In fact when i re joined back in january i was living 15-20 mintues away and would drive past three different eos locations (and an LVAC) to come to this one. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I think whats most amazing to me though is the fact that, for the most part, the weights are always racked and in chronological order (and this seems consisten in Vegas gyms). They also have massage chairs. Theyre awesome. 10/10

I went this location to register for a membership and had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The staff member who was supposed to show me around was rude, unprofessional, and clearly not interested in helping. She had a strange, smug attitude and kept smirking the entire time — no enthusiasm, no effort to make a good impression, and certainly no interest in actually selling a membership. Drove from across town because i really liked this location, i had my wallet stolen so i had to order a new debit card, payment didn't go through, i was 14 days late. I didn’t know, so I understand it’s my responsibility to pay. When checking in the gym the front desk person and the manager denied me to go into the gym, again i understand, but it was the way it was delivered and said to me that really made me upset, they said so loud and proud that i owed the gym and i can not enter until i pay, completely embarrassed me in front of my plus one and people behind me waiting to check in. I am now cancelling my membership and going back to lvac. At lvac they give you a warning but still let you in, ruined my day off. Please be nicer to people and deliver the message softer. Have. EØS Fitness is a decent gym for working out, but it has some limitations. There is no swimming pool, so don’t expect one. The showers are mediocre at best, but the bathrooms are clean. Overall, it’s not a bad place. I’d come back if I have to, but it’s nothing special.

My son and I were visiting the area and looking for a potential gym. We were blown away by EoS. What was even more impressive was the manager Trey! He could not have been more helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We could tell how much pride he takes in his job and that he enjoys what he does. Trey showed us the movie room, the outside turf with a ton of equipment, a quiet/chill room that was for your glutes, the kids program, the saunas, all the high end/new age equipment, all the standard machines and weights and the endless ways for body recovery. The EVolt 360 is accessible for all members and was really informative about our overall health. If you are looking for a gym that provides it all with a smile. Your search is over!

Nadie sabía cómo ayudarme, el único que supo fue el manager Chase de Craig y Rancho pero a pesar de su apoyo, no entiendo porqué después de ese día Abril 1, no me ha llegado el reembolso de los 88, al contrario; se me acaba de cobrar hace unos días otra vez 88, fuí y Chase nuevamente canceló para mi reembolso y no me ha llegado ninguno. Lo único que es imposible cancelar son los 50 cada 2 semanas por el contrato firmado para 6 meses. Estoy pensando seriamente que si me vuelven a cobrar 88 en lugar de los 50, y aún sigo sin recibir mis reembolsos y no hacen nada por ayudarme, tendré que ver un abogado porque se está incumpliendo lo que se me propone en el contrato y por los daños ocasionados. No soy una persona de problemas, pero no es justo esto y estoy viendo y escuchado de más casos donde no soy la única persona.

I’ve been to quite a few gyms in Las Vegas and this one is just a whole total vibe (a good one) for me. Facility is kept up real well with cleanliness and fixing machines pretty quickly. I was trying to enjoy the movie while exercising with 6-7 other people, when another woman working out in the movie center began making a significant amount of noise stomping while sprinting . The other people working out with me were also bothered by her disruptive behavior and had to leave because of this. I politely addressed this with a member of staff, who informed me that they could not intervene even if she was causing a disturbance in the theater area, because she had the same right to be there. She wasn't watching the movie, she was watching her phone. Plus the constant stomping from the way she was running was extremely loud. I understand that others have the same right to work out and be there, but any movie theater-type area, be it in a gym or otherwise, is not a personal phone booth, and other members of the gym shouldn't have their experience ruined by such inconsiderate behavior. I hope that this review prompts action by management on how to train staff to handle disruptive behavior appropriately, and to treat the gym's amenities with respect as well as respect for other members around them.

I had a fantastic experience at EOS thanks to Koe! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly patient in showing me around the facility. He took the time to explain the different areas of the gym, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable. Been going to Eos for some time and this has to be my favorite gym to workout at. The spacious feeling combined with the new equipment makes it a phenomenal place to hit a lift. The staff is kind and plenty of space to hit what ever you’re feeling that day. I would recommend this to anyone between a beginner or advanced lifter.
