Nice gym. Lots of weight lifting equipment but very limited on treadmills.

After just one week as a member, I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at EOS Fitness. I signed up expecting a premium, functional gym, but instead, I've encountered a pattern of neglect and unprofessionalism.

First, the facilities are not as advertised. A major reason I joined was for the recovery amenities, and they are largely non-functional. The jacuzzi was out of service with no signage indicating when it will be repaired. Furthermore, the Cryo Lounge is a joke—two out of the three chairs are broken, making it practically useless. It's frustrating to pay for amenities that are simply for show. (This is a newly opened location)

Second, the membership details were misrepresented. I specifically signed up for the "Will Power" membership, and at no point during the sales process did anyone inform me that my VIP guests would be restricted from using equipment in "The Tank" area. This was a key selling point for me, and to have this rule sprung on me after signing feels like a bait-and-switch.

Finally, the staff unprofessionalism was the last straw. I had a scheduled appointment with a staff member on Tuesday. When I arrived on time, he casually told me he "had no time" for me and rescheduled for Wednesday. I made a point to come back on Wednesday, only to find that he was completely unavailable and nowhere to be found. This level of disregard for a member's time is unacceptable.

In one week, EOS has demonstrated a trifecta of failure: broken facilities, misleading membership terms, and unprofessional staff. I would strongly advise potential members to look elsewhere or, at the very least, verify that every promised amenity is actually working before you sign a contract.

Even through you signed up a month to month membership, but there is a $59.99 annual membership fee which is nonrefundable. If you want to freeze your membership, you have to pay $5.

They do have lots of equipments. If you don't care about premium features, the basic membership is good enough.

It's definitely one of the nicer EOS gyms, but it's new so it should be. They're using the wider squat racks that they added to the Blue Diamond location where the pool used to be. Not a big deal, but the weights bump the rack if you don't step far enough out. They're also using the thinner variety of benches for the bench press. Also, the new NFC pass that requires Google Wallet sucks so I guess I'll have to sign in with the front desk attendant every time.

This the best gym in Vegas only thing I don’t like is the sauna. It needs to be hotter.

Pro - new facility, equipment is nice and undamaged. Barre class teacher was great.

Con - tap the pass not working on android so you have to give your number at the front desk to get in and it takes a while, signed up for a zumba gold class and the teacher never showed up so we were all standing around waiting until asked to leave.

Seems like it could be a nice place but having a lot of issues, TBD if they can work them out.

Very disappointed that this location doesn’t have a kids club. Brand new facility, plenty of space, but if you’re a parent you are not welcomed.

The new equipment is pretty cool. Unfortunately I come at 230 am for two days in a row now and the sauna and jacuzzi both aren’t working at all. I see the sign that says they are down for cleaning from 12 am to 2 am everyday for cleaning so I purposely come after that time and it’s still not working. Jacuzzi is at 85 degrees and cold plunge is at 60 degrees and it should be at 50. Front desk people are very nice but don’t know what to do. Also I turn the timer on to the jacuzzi and nothing happens. I would love to be able to use what I pay for especially when it just opened

Switched to this location on the grand opening. Attentive staff and very nice facility. It's somewhat similar to the Durango location I've been at since 2019 (Thank you, Tiffany!). Slightly less cardio equipment, but more power racks and amenities overall. Equipment is all brand new. Keep a firm grip on the bumper plates, as they're still slightly 'greasy' and liable to slip out of your hand!

Taking off one star, as when I initially signed up on the lowest tier back in 2019, I was offered and had access to the aquatic area and group classes for years. Without receiving notification, now I apparently need to upgrade to use them? If your business requires adjusting the pricing and services, that's fine...but the people who bought in earlier really should be 'grandfathered in' rather than having 'the rug swept from under them'. I'm still getting a very good deal for the price, but am wary of upgrading both on principle and if the aquatic areas encounter long-term maintenance problems as they have in the past.

Very nice to have a big gym in this area though. I wish it the best!
