wanted to bring to your attention an interaction I had with an employee named Keith, who works the night shift at the Robinson EOS location. On my recent visit at 11:00 PM, the gym was empty, and I had my tripod with me.

Keith approached me in a manner that felt aggressive and unnecessarily confrontational. He got uncomfortably close while telling me to move my tripod and spoke in a tone that felt rude and disrespectful. Additionally, when he walked by afterward, he did not acknowledge me or offer a polite gesture such as “have a good day,” and his demeanor appeared hostile, as though I had committed an offense.

I understand that EOS has rules regarding equipment like tripods, and I always aim to follow them. However, the manner in which Keith handled the situation made me feel uncomfortable and was not consistent with the welcoming and professional atmosphere I expect at EOS.

I hope this feedback can be taken constructively so that staff interactions reflect the standard of respect and professionalism that members deserve.

It’s an okay gym but sometimes they take long to fix their machines. I cancelled my membership and I was still charged the anual fee of $60 which is very unfair since I will not be using this gym in the next year. How can you charge me for a product I am not using? When I called they said they were unable to give me a refund. Stealing money from people is what they do.

After several years of using this gym, today they told me that my wife can't join me because she hasn't signed a liability agreement, even though she never has, and she's been joining me for the past two months.
I've been paying to have a guest, and they always just asked for her phone number and that was it. This morning, one of the people at the front desk wouldn't let my wife join me, so I had to go home.
They asked me to come back at 8:00 a.m. to sort things out.
Obviously, I'm already at work at that time, and even though I went after noon to talk to them, they told me she has to be present, even though I'm supposed to have the right to bring a visitor because I pay a membership to do so. But when it comes to validating the membership, it turns out I have to register the person who's going to join me before they can join me. IT'S RIDICULOUS!!!!

EOS personnel training is a scam im very unpleased with this gym. I have not received any of my personal training sessions but the gym still takes out more money then originally agreed upon. Don’t go to this gym, this is the second time that someone has stolen and opened the lockers and stole some stuff. They don’t even do anything when you go and let them know. All they say is yeah we’re aware but don’t do anything about it or offer any help. They do not care about your belongings. At least offer money back. We use lockers to keep stuff secured just to come back after work out for it to be stolen. Do better.

As a fitness enthusiast let me just say Big mistake getting rid of the basketball courts. A gym should be a place that encourages you to stay in shape and, interact with those who do the same. Basketball and other social sports and fitness activities should be added to every gym not taken away. Finally a suggestion for the space that you no longer use for basketball. Maybe get some pingpong tables. P.s I wouldn't suggest getting a membership here even if they brought back basketball and added pingpong. Simply because they make it next to impossible to cancel your membership once you've joined. And scam you with hidden fees you're forced to pay. In closing don't join a gym unless they encourage social interaction, and offer a simple anytime no charge cancellation. Which this gym does not.👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿💪🏿

I was about to cancel my gym membership because I don’t usually enjoy exercising, but after attending Catherine Cotti’s Hot Hula class, everything changed. It’s such a fun and energizing experience! I’m revising my review because I’ve been a loyal customer at this gym for a long time and never had any issues. I usually bring my mom as a guest during my work breaks. As we approached the machines, the front desk attendant, Kailah, called us over back to the counter and informed us that we couldn’t enter the gym because my mom’s guest pass had expired. I was completely unaware of this until now. If I had known, I would have had her bring her ID. Unfortunately, she didn’t have her license with her, and it was ridiculous how she made me drive all the way back home to get her ID on my lunch break to update the expired guest pass. I paid for this service to be treated with respect and dignity, not to be inconvenienced in this manner.

This is the worse Gym ever lol I pay for the will power and everything is always broken. Out of order, they only have 2-3 of each machine. The message chairs are always broken! ALWAYS! Good evening, Mr. owner of Eos fitness, today they opened my loquer and stole 200 usd from me, I don't think it's the first one they steal, they had already opened me on another occasion too but they didn't take anything, have if you care about the safety of the customers' things so that these things don't continue to happen, don't approach me at the moment to say it at the entrance because only when I went to make a purchase I realized the lack of money, pay attention to this that is happening otherwise people will start complaining and leave their gym, thank you.

I love EōS but this location sucked. It is once if the only locations with a hot tub so I went… hot tub was broken so the water wasn’t even warm. Whatever you know, so I decided to go to the recovery room to get a massage… the first chair was broken. Moved to the second chair… it was broken too. The area was clean tho so I recommend this gym, just not this location if you can choose another.

These people are literally the most unprofessional people I have ever seen, They tell me they can’t print out invoices. They asked me for an invoice from over eight months ago. This originally started off of a scam. I was a good customer for over a year. And then I got scammed with someone saying they were ABC, but they weren’t trying to clear it up, came in several times called. They texted me today. Paid for a New membership or to renew the membership. What I was thinking, They literally interrogated me for almost an Mind you this was over $51 that I would’ve happily paid at any point. The crazy thing about it is if they had had even a little bit of good Customer Service or not embarrassed me. I would’ve actually been fine with paying them an extra $51, But after trying to clear this up for months, I was already frustrated. And instead of them, D escalating the situation. They did nothing but upset me. And the general manager are there, Monica, no help whatsoever. I asked her for the corporate number. She gives me her email. of giving me a solution. Do not go there. Go to any other Gym, but there. Worst gym ever, When I did used to go there, most of their stuff was broke anyway. STAY AWAY!!!! Keep your money, so many other gyms Went up the street signed up at planet fitness. No problem, no issues.

My boyfriend and I are both longtime EOS members visiting from Florida. He has the signature membership that includes guest privileges, and we’ve worked out at different EOS locations in other states before with no issues. At this location, they refused to let me in as his guest—because I have the basic membership, which doesn’t include access to other locations. We explained that we do this all the time back home and when traveling, but they told us we’d have to pay a $20 guest fee, despite my boyfriend’s signature membership. They made no effort to accommodate us as out-of-state visitors, which was frustrating and unnecessary. We ended up leaving. Thankfully, another EOS nearby let us in with no issues. Disappointing experience at this location.

Let me start with. They dont have any stretching bands. Their excuse is," people keep stealing them" i said. Im a member too who 'doesn't ' steal..... then i said that the water is hot. I dont want to drink hot water. Their excuse is it comes from underground. I know how it works. Trying to make me look ignorant isn't your strong suit. EOS has mandatory policy to pay annual fee of 119.00 even the next day you decided to cancel it. If you encounter a LIAR staff and did not tell you about it. It will be a hell of problem. I want to recognize George (Yoga Instructor) who went above and beyond on Sunday the 25th. My wife and I were involved in a traffic accident when we left the gym on Craig and Camino El Norte. An unlicensed teenager ran a red light and t-boned the back end of our vehicle. While we were dealing with the police, George spotted us and came back to ensure that we were alright. He stayed with my wife and I the whole time and was kind enough to give us a ride home since our vehicle had to be towed. His act of kindness is much appreciated.

Divon is the highlight of my week. Not only is he beyond what I imagined to have for a trainer, he’s a life coach. Superlative is an understatement. I had chronic pain before we began. My posture was atrocious and my back had imbalance and pinched nerves. The pain is almost nonexistent now. If I do work too much and flare up my back pain and inflammation he gives me the perfect exercises that do not hurt or strain me. After noticing drastic results from only 30 mins a week, of course I had to triple my sessions with him weekly because he is WORTH IT!!! Best of the best. Amazing person!! The staff at this gym cool :)
