My boys attending coach Olu's classes for couple years now and absolutely loved it. He is the best coach! He is making sure that his classes are challenging but at the same time fun! Best place for youth to practice and learn self-defense!

Sheesh the staff here is amazing I drive from the east side to train here if you want to work on improving your fight game or even just to get in shape I highly recommend fitness 23 it's definitely worth the trip!

Equipped gym, good classes. Some trainers are better than others... Olu's training is worth at least $100 per hour. At a bare minimum.... other people might be in the $70 range. In my opinion. Excellent place to train at. Highly recommended.

I love this gym! Olu is one of the best and these classes will definitely give you your moneys worth. Had to leave for awhile due to financial factors, but will return as soon as possible.

Went completely downhill after the buy-out and name change from UFC Gym. The Trainer OLU even told me the place was going down and tried to recruit me to his new gym in downtown Vegas. I had enough today when OLU was 15minutes late starting class, and had us doing a convoluted obstacle course. On October 1st, I showed up for 10am and noon classes with OLU. He NO SHOWED. These types of things keep happening, I can't take it anymore. There is NO WAY the value is there for what they charge, from the lack of amenities to the inconsistency in the classes. I suggest looking elsewhere. Best Wishes
