This is my go to location! I am a 6am girl and theres always enough room for all the gym buddies to get their workout in! My favorite part of coming here is walking through the door and being greeted by Erika! She's always bright eyed and bushy tailed, smiling and happy as can be! So encouraging and the best energy!
Please stay open until 12 like you said you would awhile ago!!

Ive lived in Reno/Sparks most of my Life . I've worked out at various Gyms throughout the years. Positive Workout Environment! Clean and Open Facility!!
Julios Morning Team are exceptional People. Brandy, Andrew and Erika are attentive and friendly They are full of humanity, respect, and kindness.
There are plenty of amenities and equipment to help members achieve their workouts. Child Care for the Tikes, Women's Only Area, Basketball Court, Cross Fit Area, Punching Bags, Group Classes. Plenty of Machines and Free Weights.
At this facility there is easy access from the Free Way and the Streets. There is Plenty of Secure Parking in the am. In the Entrance there is an open area with Drinks and Supplements. The locker rooms are secure and Clean with a Nice Sauna Area.
I have brought guests from out of town and everyone has been impressed.

Personal trainers committing identify theft and credit card fraud to members in the gym and " District Manager" Julio Soto ignoring, lying, and covering up the theft.

I was a member at the Reno location for several years. After I left to travel for work. A personal trainer in fitness connection took my information and signed me up for bunch of "personal training" that I didn't know or approve of (they now have charged my card $600 for personal training that never happened and i didn't approve). The district manager Julio Soto was completely aware of the theft and helped protect the theif Keith Wilson, by lying and later just trying to ignore the problem. The staff and the district manager Julio should be completely ashamed. I highly recommend anyone reading this to look into other gyms in the area. Sadly the staff and management at Fitness Connection can't be trusted and they steel and pray on their members.

After being a founding member (which offered no benefits), I went to cancel my membership in August and was told it was done with 30 days’ notice. They never processed it, charged me again in October, admitted it was their mistake, and still refused to refund me. Customer service said I’d be charged again in November and offered only a complaint form. The gym itself is nice, but the customer service and billing are terrible... be cautious if you ever try to cancel.
