I regret saying this gym sucks but now I'm beginning to feel that I missed it so much! When it was closed, all that is left is pure nothingness! Oh, goodness! I also regret canceling my membership at this gym, as I remembered they will be closing on October 30th. They weren't joking. They will be opening the new location on Lamb and Lake Mead in February. Reopen this location now!

Treadmills could be updated. If you aren't quick to react , you can easily get injured. The mat that turns moves and gets loose when you are in a faster set.⚠️ And the boxing heavy bag should be moved to back area by big screen red carpet, to prevent inconvenience with personal training classes that clutter's current location of heavy bag. I can't leave out Miguel in night shift, excellent customer service. I been at this jym for quite a while and never seen much hard working attendant. And flawless with cleaning jym and restrooms! And very skilled in making sure everyone feels welcome! Miguel is the only reason I have a 5 star review.

The issue is in regard to the safety of a leg machine.

Three verbal, one written complaints have been given.

RESPONSE?
The machine was not adjusted nor repaired and was returned to service.

I have 43 years of experience in the gym. This machine is not functioning per original design specifications.

I would suggest careful examination of every machine before use.

You get what you pay for. The monthly fee is cheap and sadly so is the facility. The equipment is old, outdated and poorly maintained and the red covering on much of the equipment is torn and jagged. There is a constant stench like a broken sewer line in the men's room and the smell is even noticeable in many parts of the gym floor. It is no secret that after 11:00 am the gym begins to fill up with male members searching for other male members, nor is it a secret what occurs in the shower area. This used to be a real nice place to workout but not anymore. If you don't mind the smell or male members on the prowl then the price is certainly cheap enough. There are far better options available all around Las Vegas.

They over charge me 30$ for being late and never gave me a notification saying my payment didn’t go through , the person I was talking to was a manager and was very unprofessional. She was rude and didn’t want to help she just laugh being smart over the phone . They are very grimy when it comes to money . Honestly, I would only recommend this gym to others in the local area if it's your only budget and you have no other choice. Other than that if you are willing to drive a little more do it. Besides the features it used to have not being available. It's feels like you are working out outside during summer and that's vegas heat I'm speaking of. I can't tell if the owner turns the a/c on. It's decent but could use lots of improvements. At the very least turning on the a/c regardless of the capacity and especially with the summer heat. It's always unpredictable besides cleanliness if you are going to have a good workout. Personally, I know several other members that feel they can't workout the way they want to due to the heat in here on top of the heat they produce with movement. If I were to push myself the way I would normally do, in this heat I would feel sick from the heat and probably pass out. It is known that this building can handle better a/c conditions considering the previous name of this establishment (24 hr fitness). This gym is for you if you like a free sauna.

This place has the worst customer service. My grandmother joined this gym on a month to month automatic payment plan. There was no contract signed. There was an issue with the auto payment but it was in their side. My grandmother went in several times to correct the issue. She had this happen three different times. My grandmother decided to stop going since there was always an issue with the automatic payments. While this was happening the manager Laura continued to call her and harass her for payment. Mind you she stopped going. Laura threatened my grandmother to send her to collections (how can you send something to collections if there was no contract) Laura kept telling her that it was her fault and she is changing her card. My grandmother went into the facility today to fix the issue AGAIN and Laura started to record her and tell her that she needed to get out and was using foul language at her. My grandmother felt so embarrassed. This situation is completely uncalled for and this woman needs to learn how to act and treat her customers. This review doesn’t even do Justice to how awful this woman treated my grandmother

This gym was great when it was new, but now the treadmills skip only one out of 20 works I found out the hard way,I had to stomp on each treadmill to make sure I was not going to fall, most of the lifting bars are bent or rotate when u put a second 45 plate, I had the bar rotate n slip on me not fun I was out of the gym for 3 months, It’s not a gym for people looking to get stronger, you are limited by the quality of the equipment

Pretty much the “east side” gym. I paid about $50 for a sign up fee and $19 a month (I think…). The price is well worth it if you live on the east side and want to go somewhere convenient and close. Just don’t expect Equinox and be reasonable.

Pros are that this gym is 24/7, the key fob really makes it a safe place to come. Also a lot of equipment the machines are all pretty much Matrix brand which are on the way cheaper end but a few plate loaded machines make up for it. Has more bench press stations than it does squat racks and smith machines which is odd.

The music they play is pretty good, mostly hip hop and reggaeton not the pop stuff you normally hear in commercial gyms. I found myself taking off the headphones and just listening time to time.

People definitely don’t put plates back and the free weights are a bit disorganized but that’s because most of the clientele are high school boys working out with their amigos.

They’ve been doing construction and use a big black tapestry to cover it and it’s pretty ugly to be honest. Really makes the gym look cheaper than it actually is.

There’s a vegas discount nutrition in the gym which is super convenient to grab protein.

The best part of the gym is that there’s no contract. You can cancel such a 31 days notice if your monthly payment

Worst gym in Vegas might as well sign up to a Rec Center or workout at home Facility is a Rec especially the one at Hollywood raining season the ceiling was leaking instead of fixing or remodeling the gym throughout machines are just moved around and said it was remodeled by the owner. Unprofessional staff members as well reason why I went because it's the only gym in Vegas to not have a contract other then that 🤢 smells horrible. There is a guy named Josh that works here. I guess he thinks he is the parking lot patrol, he is rude and tried to come off as authoritarian. But when I didn’t buckle he became upset and then threatened to cancel my sons membership all because of the location I pick my son up from. If he would have approached the situation different and more on a professional courteous level, he might have been successful in what he was wanting. So today 05/19/2023 when my son finished his workout, the same unprofessional person asked my son for his membership, all because he got his feelings hurt per his conversation with me. My son is not a problem, he has never caused any issues in this gym. This was total retaliation for my conversation with him the other day. Some people are very sensitive. This is very poor representation for a business that depends on membership fees to pay employees and to keep the doors open. So at least for now I guess my sons membership has been canceled, at least until I speak to the manager if this location.

I wasn’t sure if I’d like this place coming from Lvac (didn’t want to make the commute) but surprisingly I actually really enjoy this gym. My only minor complaints are that the music is so loud I can hear it over my headphones sometimes. The weights are never put back in the right spots and you have to go looking for dumbbells and plates. When I go it’s not to crowded until I’m about to leave and it seems like a younger crowd comes in and just hangs out and what not. The staff has all been friendly to me. I think the guy told me in June or July the sauna and stuff was opening with more leg equipment. So that’ll be nice.

Not a bad gym, overcrowded at certain times, and groups of kids that are there to just socialize but that's normal at commercial gyms. The biggest thing that should be addressed is the fact that the weights are never put back nor are their workers putting them back in the places they need to be. Workers should be doing that once an hour to make it more clean and organized.

Only thing keeping me to come back is the fact I live around the corner from here. Other than that I been coming here for a year and nothing has changed for the better but worse. This gym basically has no amenities. Sauna is NEVER open. Pool has never been open. Sauna when it is open it’s not 24 hours. The little room where they do the classes in is not available for anyone anymore. I was able to go in there to stretch and not anymore. The paper towels are never restocked. Smells gross. I haven’t seen anything change for the better. I pay $17 a month. I heard it went up to $19 for new clients. Not worth it.

Reasons for 3 stars:
Not much AC

Lake Mead and there are layers upon layers of dust on the treadmills. Should have just signed up for LVAC. *update checked the E. They were closed for a week without notice last month for not having a license. The manager told me that the sauna, steam, and pool would be fixed in a couple weeks but it's been closed since the place opened and no progress has been made. Their policy is to lie to the members and ignore maintenance.

This is not the first time I have frustration with this gym 2 weeks ago they canceled my son jujitsu class again without notice.
Not only did they cancelled the class but the “master” got into a verbal altercation with the manager in front of children littering yelling at each other

Signed up back in June and was told the steam room/sauna and pool would be functional within the following 2 weeks. It’s been 4 months and still no signs that it’ll be open. This gym was great in the beginning but it has turned into an overcrowded hangout spot with people hogging machines. Especially for the employees upfront, some night just gathering and eating fast food upfront which is kind of a turnoff arriving at the gym to. Classes don’t feel inclusive at all and seem to be based off of the vibe of the classes next door at lilianas. At this point this gym no longer feels welcoming was looking forward to it at the beginning. Paying 17$ for no amenities it’s kind of disappointment.
