Great spot. It doesn't have a pool or spa but I don't go to the gym for that! Plenty of great machines, a really good assortment of weights and it never gets that crowded. For the price? It's a really good place.

Despite the name it's not a fitness gym. It's important to know this used to be a Gold's Gym from back when that meant big muscle, Fitness for $10 just took over and changed the signage. No CrossFit, no pool, more treadmills and bikes than members use, smallish linoleum-floored room for yoga and aerobics. This place is for pumping iron, getting strong, and building muscle. It doesn't look pretty, it doesn't smell pretty, but it's well equipped and reasonably well maintained. Dumbbells go up to 120 pounds but there's plenty of plates for bars. There's some wear and tear, staffing is minimal (but welcoming and HONEST), and the low low price may limit equipment and facility improvements. But the hours are great, the price can't be beat, and the members will actually make eye contact and spot you if you ask. Give the place a try, they have a free 5 day trial pass. Also, you can pay for a full year in one payment if you don't like autodebit. Note: Although there is a power rack the gym is not really equipped for power lifting or Olympic lifting. One of the trainers from the on-site Peak Fitness personal trainers does train power lifting technique and has the body to prove he knows his stuff.

I love this place. It's got everything you need to work out and it's not as crowded as other places. The staff is great too.

I love the place, sure the equipment is a little old. But that's just complaining, weight is weight no matter if it's new or banged up.

I like this place because the people are friendly, the trainers are great and you can even take some classes if you like. The equipment isn't fancy but it is good and the price can't be beat. I like the 'no pretenses' feel of the place and I will definitely be back whenever I am in Las Vegas.

I went to the gym to dispute a charge. The βGeneral Managerβ, screamed at me and starting arguing with me on how he is not going to reimburse me and how the charge is my fault. After signing the cancellation latter, I left, but came back to get the billing CSR phone number. When I came back, he said I needed to initial for them to charge my account one more time. He was forcing me to initial the authorization of the charge or else he would not cancel the membership. I told him I had already left, and when I left he did not say anything. He is the General Manager, he is supposed to know how to handle these types of situation, but instead he was screaming at me in front of other employees, and customers. He does not have any knowledge on customer service. I do not know why he is the General Manager if he knows nothing on how to treat customers with respect and in a polite manner. I will NEVER come back to this place, and I will inform all the people I know of the horrible customer service.

Update:
I lowered my rating to 1 star because their cancellation policy is the worst thing ever and their manager is a complete douche. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Beware!!
+ Trainers are friendly
+ Really cheap
+ All the equipment you need
- Hot during the summer
- I moved away and they will not allow me to cancel over the phone. They require I mail them a letter stating why I am cancelling. How ridiculous!

I went in to sign up last FRI hoping to pay $99 for a year as the website stated. The girl said that I had to pay $169 if I wanted to pay cash...very stupid from a business sense since they actually get paid slightly less through credit card sales. I asked for a free workout and was charged $10 to use the facility once. Absolutely the biggest rip-off ever. $10 each time you work out and the gym is just average..

I like the place!! One week end as a new member and it has everything you need to get started with your workout routine. It is never crowded enough where you cannot use any machine. My only complaint is the showers...water is not hot!!! When you are trying to get a quick workout before work and trying to change for your day; the showers should be at least warm enough to shower.

LOVE - LOVE -LOVE this place!! I come here every time I visit my family in Vegas. I checked most of the other big gyms (including the crappy ones at casinos) and they all want to charge a day rate of $20! This place is only $10 per day and literally has EVERYTHING you could need. Tons of free weights, machines and cardio equipment (even a retractable rock climbing wall which is very cool!)
For a place that only charges $10 a month I am pretty impressed. Obviously the interior quality it is not going to be the level of a Equinox or Ballys. Yes the machines and cardio equipment are clearly a few years old... but they all work! I can't say that about most gyms. Mine here in NC always has atleast 2-3 machines that are out of service.
Overall a great place and I will be back!
