We had my 3-year-old daughter's birthday party here. The staff were super friendly and patient with all the little kiddos! They all had a blast! I love how clean the facility is and how much they cared about the kids having clean hands before they ate! Thank you for such a great experience! I highly recommend hosting your event here, especially for high-energy kids!

The skills taught, the team environment, the tumbling classes, and the coaches are so amazing. Unfortunately, Ashley at the customer service desk has zero customer service skills, is nothing but rude, does not understand customer service, very unprofessional and is not helpful at all. She’s always been super disrespectful to us when we need help or have questions.

My daughter just strives here and has really helped her not be shy and has built great friendships along the way! She is becoming not just a great athlete but a great person as well! We just did a Ninja Birthday party at Five Star Athletics yesterday (Jan. 16, 2022) for my son’s 6th. It was (hands down) 100% worth it and you should absolutely do your kids birthday party there if you are considering them. (FYI - I have NO affiliation with the company and none of my kids even participate in any of their programs… yet).

Snapshot - I got there 15 mins early to do some quick decorations and set out food/drinks (maybe could have used a little more time but that is THE ONLY criticism I can make). Kids arrived, they waited til almost everyone was there to start - so find out if anyone will be late.

They had 2 warrior courses set up, an obstacle course bounce house and about 4 other activities they did with the kids (ages 3.5-6). I was so impressed by how organized they were and how no parents had to be involved; everyone got to watch and enjoy their kid getting tons of energy out! They even organized all the kids to take a group birthday picture with the birthday boy - this was priceless!

They did activities for about 75 mins, then had every kid wash their hands before they got to go upstairs for pizza and cupcakes. Upstairs was a little chaotic but it was to be expected as we had about 20 kids.

If you’re on the fence about doing a party there just do it - you will not be disappointed. I know people from our group will also be doing parties there and I am sure I will be doing more parties there as well (I have 3 kids).

My daughter chose to have her 9th birthday party here on Sept 5 and I cant say enough how happy we were with the outcome! The party area is very spacious with multiple rooms and tables for all of the food and gifts and socializing. For the first 45 minutes, the coaches taught the the girls who wanted to participate a cute cheer, while the other kiddos played close by on the trampoline and tumbling mats. Then they all also got to play in a HUGE bounce house for the last 30 minutes of playtime! Everything was supervised, organized and safe and everyone had a great time! The facility is very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful right down to the hand sanitizer they offered everyone when they came off the mats. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a super fun birthday party!

Personally would never go to this establishment again. My 4 year old daughter and I were treated disrespectfuly. They did not follow OSHA or CDC guidance which has left my daughter scared of wearing a mask due to the staff tightly tying an adult mask to her face to the point of pain WITHOUT parental permission. This violation of trust is not only a deep concern to me as a parent but also a violation of social distancing. OSHA and State Officials do not require masks for children ages 9 and under. With the staff aware of ages as it is written on paperwork at check in this should not be an issue. It has been also requested and required of family members to not bring siblings. With having a baby that is exclusively breastfeed this is unrealistic. This policy makes single parent families also unable to attend.

My granddaughter has been going to Five Star for 5 years. It has taught her the value of being a good team member and a positive athlete, the ability to listen to her coaches so she can do the skills she needs properly. I have nothing but positive reviews about the Five Star Owners and Staff. During COVID we ( team parents ) are not allowed to go into the gym and watch, this protects the class kids and their parents. The team athletes are required to wear masks and the staff is to, no exceptions to the rule. Class students must wear a mask in and out of the building but no during class, mostly because of their age. It’s for the safety of this amazing family. If you are looking for a positive environment for your child this is the place to be ♥️🖤

I can’t put into words what this place means to my kids! It is truly their home away from home! If you want your child to be in an environment where they are loved, cared for, inspired, motivated and safe this is that place! Originally I brought my oldest daughter here to stay active, get some exercise and as a parent hoping maybe she would find something she would enjoy.

But this is what they gave us:

My daughter has learned to take responsibility for her actions. She has been taught to be a team player. She has learned that her teams depends on her, to finish what she starts, that even on days she is lazy or exhausted that her teams needs her and to keep pushing! Most importantly When she doesn’t believe in herself or when she doesn’t think it is possible to do something with hard work, support from passionate coaches she can do anything she sets her mind to. I’ve seen a desire in her that I have never witnessed before. A desire to get better for herself, her team and her coach! I see a fire in her that I know wouldn’t exist without this place. She is more motivated, passionate and responsible since coming here! She feels safe, loved, cared for and most of all determined.

Thank you Five Star Athletics for not just giving my kid something to do in her spare time but for teaching her life lessons that she will carry on with her forever. Having teenagers is tough but thankfully this place is her safe haven and her second home! Thank you for being her second family!

My 10 year old daughter has been competing with Five Star for 7 years now. What started out as something to do turned into a love for the sport and a cheer family that we turn to more than anyone else. My daughter has accomplished so much not only in her physical skills, but her morals and presence. She is very shy in real life, but cheer pulls out this amazing big personality that shines on the floor. She has learned commitment and to put others before herself with the gym's "We Before Me" motto. She is struggling with a pulled muscle and was in tears yesterday because the owner stopped her private lesson for her safety and my daughter feels she is letting her teams down if she doesn't tumble in practice. The staff is fantastic and will do anything to help you. They know the kids by name and we are talking about hundreds in the programs. The staff works hard for the kids and their competitive track record shows it. With COVID-19 it is a little crazy like everywhere else, but they follow the rules and do everything they can to stay on top of current guidelines, ensure compliance and safety. They definitely deserve 5 stars. When you join this gym, you are joining a huge family that welcomes both kids and parents with open arms. I'm very proud to be a cheer mom with this group!

My daughter has been at Five Star for 5 years now. She started on a level 2 team when she was 8 years old and now at 13, is on a level 6 worlds team which is the highest level in our sport. She has learn so many valuable lessons that she will carry with her for the rest of her life. The staff and coaches at this gym are absolutely amazing and have helped her every step of the way to achieve her goals. Five Star is like her second home. The gym has done so much to keep the doors open and the kids safe through the whole Covid situation. The staff has been absolutely amazing with following all the necessary guidelines, we are so thankful for everything that they have done.

We love this gym! My daughter has never been happier. Having been to other gyms nothing comes close to the experience we have had at five star. They are organized with fees and schedules so you have plenty of time to prepare. All of the staff and coaches truly care for my daughter and all of the other members. They support a great mixture of fun and structure. They have taught her so much in cheer but also are preparing her with good life lessons. My only regret is not starting her with five star sooner. There are so many great things to say about Fivestar Athletics. This is our fourth year here and the professionalism, communication and overall family feel of this gym is outstanding! My daughter has grown so much here. The coaches push her and help her reach her goals. She has become so confident, not only in the gym but in every day life. She knows she is strong and if she works hard and puts in the work she can achieve her goals. Fivestar taught her that. Fivestar is her second family. I signed up my daughter for the gymnastics class on a special that was put on Facebook and from there it was all downhill. Nobody knew about this special and my daughter was never put on the schedule so every time we went into class we had to prove that she was signed up through email conversations with a staff member, very unorganized!! We were treated unprofessionally almost every time we showed up because she was never on the schedule which was supposedly going to be fixed but after 6 weeks of it not being corrected they actually started to deny my daughter entry into the class because she wasn’t showing up on her computer even after providing emails proving her enrollment and payment confirmations. I know they remember who we are because every Sunday it was the same issue that supposedly was going to be fixed!! Much to our surprise NEVER was!! The last straw for us was when we re-enrolled our daughter to continue her classes because the special trial period we signed up for was officially over. We received our confirmation email and payment confirmation for signing her back up so when we showed back up to class the following week wouldn’t you know it!! NOT on the schedule and supposedly NOT signed up!! So we showed the emails and to our surprise.....congratulations you guessed it!! Denied entry because it wasn’t showing up on her computer even though we provided EVERYTHING to prove other wise!! So thanks for the unprofessional, disorganized, and HORRIBLE experience!! Take your kids here if you want to be treated like your scum and fight for every class that YOU pay for!!

Our daughter has truly grown into her own with the help of Five Star and especially the love and encouragement of her coaches. We are blessed to be part of such an amazing family.
