Gym Inc. is a top notch private one-on-one personal training facility. It has a variety of exercise/cardio equipment plus a cage area specifically designed for boxing, kickboxing, and wrestling. All equipment is clean and sanitized after every client use. Security and safety is a priority where I always get walked to my car after my session.
I do boxing and strength training weekly. I have no aspirations to become a boxer but have learned proper technique and tactics if I would ever have to fend for myself. My goal was to perform a pull-up and after four months it finally happened with the expertise of Coach Will. We are now working on being able to rep pull-ups.
The trainers make your goals a priority. With their guidance and trusting the process it will become a reality. If you are serious about your health and fitness, Gym Inc. is the place you need to be training.

In a short time, I've smashed multiple personal bests and feel stronger than ever at 55 (who knew I could squat 200?!). Coach Wil's strength training produces truly transformative results.
The gym itself also adds to the unique training environment with its state of the art fresh equipment and boxing cage. Personal training means I have never had to wait for a machine! I also appreciate the security in the gym, but Coach Wil will still walk you to your car because your safety is his priority.
