This place is great. Front desk ladies have always been helpful. All the teachers my kid has gotten have been great. Only problem is how crowded it can get. With so many people in a small space it can smell funky sometimes please consider some fresheners especially during the summer.

Yo if you think your going to be able to watch your kid learn gymnastics good luck. Viewing room is like looking thru security glass at a detention center and seating like the DMV about 30chairs for 50 adults with like 4 different classes going on at same time. They really need to rethink parent sesting its horrible.

I removed both my children from here mid season after my daughter left her class feeling uncomfortable with the teacher they ask me to email them what’s wrong a parent should not have to do this we got no refund or apology we moved to a New gym much better they said they can put make up tokens with I told them it was useless because neither of my children were returning to the gym never again and some of our friends have removed their children a well do to this situation poor ownership

So in the beginning this was great experience level costs more and more
also there is a sign that has positive quotes on it until one read “we support transgender” this is not a positive quote especially when your child does not know what it is and your explaining what transgender is in the middle of the lobby
Why is this being posted for my child to see THIS IS OFFENSIVE

Not an anti-bullying gym! My child was bullied at this gym by another kid as she left in tears, I took my concerns to the front desk. Instead of making sure my child was OK. The girl at the front desk just started talking to my 6 year old, basically blaming her for not telling the instructor right away. Which I found out later by her sister that the instructor saw and heard it all and did nothing. I highly recommend against this gym. They made excuses for the bully making my child feel terrible. Shame on you Gymcats!

I’m giving this place 3 stars. After my son finished his Mini Kitten class, he was playing with his friends while we waited for my daughter’s class to end. He was being loud—he’s one year old and just finished an exciting class. This place is typically packed and noisy, so it was surprising when the front desk staff told us, “Your kid can’t be loud in here.”
I was honestly shocked. In a children’s facility, you’d expect a little energy and noise—especially from toddlers. No one else seemed bothered, just her. It was disappointing to feel that my child’s joyful energy wasn’t welcome in what’s supposed to be a kid-friendly environment.

This place is amazing and well worth the price. But it's pricey. Not only do my two girls look forward to their weekly classes, but also we enjoy watching them grow strong physically as well as mentally. We have seen a tremendous change in their self esteem, confidence, and independence since they started the gymnastics class. We highly recommend it for any child no matter the age and gender or abilities! We will continue to come here!
We love all the instructors especially Mrs. Lisa, she is so patient and caring for our little daughter who has a slight visual impairment Miss Lisa has taken her under her wings, and because of her, my daughter's self esteem with her physical abilities has skyrocketed!! Love you Mrs. Lisa!!!

Had my 5 year old’s birthday party here, it was the most organized stress free experience I could ask for. Staff were so helpful and all the parents had only great things to say about the fun their kids had and the free time parents had to just chill while their kids ran and played in the obstacle courses and foam pits

Horrible customer service went for a birthday party as a guest and treated us like garbage. Instead of giving the guest an attitude and making my child feel bad. They should work on helping and accommodating to guest. If I ever had the intention of my children joining any of their programs with the treatment we received today that is definitely out of the question.

Nice clean facility and friendly staff. We take our kid early for the special needs class and it's fun watching everyone try and wrangle all the runners. They help teach orderly skills like waiting your turn and sharing spaces. I'm sure there are plenty more classes they offer and we hope kiddo will do good enough that we can continue enrolling and better their skills.

This is a great place. They have great instructors, they push just the right amount, they have a great facility and a lot of room for parents to observe... But the thing I love most if the way the staff makes me feel -- they kind, reasonable, and welcoming. It's always about the people. And Gymcats has some good ones.

I have been bringing my daughter here for about 3/4 months now... when I came today, they told me they had no record of her and the older blonde lady at the front desk was so unprofessional it was dauntingly rude to act like that around children.. you should be ashamed. If 0 stars was an option i would be picking that.

My daughters is just 16 months and we've been going to the free baby gym this facility offers for few month and just started their mini kittens class in January. So far, our experience has been amazing! I love the gym, how big it is and how many activities are offered to the kids. The place is always alive with different age groups being held in the gym, the staff is always friendly and ready to help as well. Our teacher, Stacey is incredible and kids love her. She has an amazing approach to each student, and you can see how knowledgeable, caring and passionate she is teaching little ones! I would give this place beyond 5 stars if I could because seeing my child with a smile, excited and happy the entire time we are at GYMCATS is priceless!

My 5 years old daughter went to a trial class, it was her very first gymnastics class and she was so excited to be there!! The gym is big, nice and clean, front desk so friendly and professional but her instructor was not patient to my little one, she finished her class, I thought she did great to be her first time but she came out in tears and she said “I don’t want to come back here anymore”, her teacher Lisa didn’t make her feel good, she was treating her differently than the other kids that know what to do, it is so sad than an adult make a minor feel so discriminated!!! Shame on this instructor!!

My daughter has enjoyed going to Gymcats for several years. Last Saturday after class, she came home in tears because her longtime teacher was being fired due to not being vaccinated. I'm incredibly disappointed that a local business would get involved in a controversy that the Supreme Court has ruled against. Miss Jamie is an excellent teacher who genuinely cares about her students and takes the time to inform parents about their progress.
Covid19 is something we all need to talk about and make solid decisions for our families, however mental health and human rights are more important. I standby my daughter's teacher for making an educated decision for her own body and well being. I do not standby Gymcats approach to coercion of getting vaccinated or you lose your livelihood. I question Gymcat's integrity, mission and vision.

This place is AMAZING! Here’s why:
- My 6 y.o. daughter can't get enough of it. She started attending classes once a week and now she goes there for the summer camp + attending gymnastics twice a week after camp + attending all of the Parents Nights Out and some of the clinics. My husband and I honestly don't need so many nights out, so we just stay at home and let our daughter go to the gym anyway. This is our third gym and our daughter was never so excited about gymnastics before.
- Gymcats offers not just gymnastics and dance classes, but also Parents Nights Out, Clinics, Open Gym hours, and Camps. They also host birthday parties for kids
- Prices are very affordable, around $15-20 for a class and Parents Night Out is just $30 for 4 hours, including food and beverages
- the website is very convenient, you can easily book classes, events, pay, and get the latest updates
- the gym is open even on weekends
- no one will force you to buy expensive leotards or other attire, kids can show up in T-shirts and shorts.
I'm so happy we live nearby and our daughter can enjoy all of the benefits this place provides. As parents we are beyond grateful too. Go GYMCATS!!!

I have heard that there is bullying going on there, this is very worrying because I have kids that we were thinking about joining. I had to go and see if it was true. what I saw is concerning. It is true that the staff did nothing to stop the bullying. will not be enrolling my kids here, I would advise you also stay away.

My niece (the one getting bullied) is half black... The only issue here is the other child being a bully, nothing to do with her race. It’s disgusting that you assume she is being called “ghetto” for her race which has nothing to do with this situation. So much for a “safe environment” where you guys do nothing about bullying in a children facility. Now you are trying to make the concerned parent look like a bad person for having to take action herself since you guys wouldn’t do anything.

It’s a wonderful little places and I never had a bad experience. The only time where there was any issuer was when some women had some issue with bullying I think? She then used not so good manners around young children and went to reviews to sign onto multiple different accounts to try to act like multiple different parents saying there child has been bullied, when in reality it’s one cranky woman who got kicked out of gym cats for swearing at staff in front of children.

My granddaughter has been working very hard in gymnastics and has finally made it on a team so that she can compete. Gymnastics is the most important thing in her life. She has been going to this gym for awhile and there has been issues of bully by other students. Her mother has changed class schedules and times to avoid the student that is bullying her but the bully keeps showing up in the same classes. This bullying takes the form of physical threats, verbal threats and moving equipment while students are in the middle of training on the equipment. My granddaughter has informed the coach of this issue and was told that she did not see anything. The coach (Mika) won't even talk to the student that is doing the bullying when it is brought to her attention. My granddaughter has told her mother and she has brought this bullying to the attention of the coach and the owner (Cassie) and the owner just said we can't label the bully as a bully because she is only 7 years old. The act of bullying does not start or stop because of age as it is a behavioral issue. The owner then angrily labeled my granddaughter and her mother as problems because they stood up about bullying and the owner does not want to address the problem. Overall the ownership and coaches need to be educated on being able to identify bullying and how to properly react to stop it before it causes serious injury. Unfortunately I could not give a lower score than one star.

My niece is a member of this gym and has been working hard to be able to compete on the teams. Recently there has been a problem of another students bullying my niece and another little girl. This bullying consists of threats of physical violence, verbal assault and safety issues as the bully has also moved equipment while students are using them which could result in injuries. My niece has reported these issues to her coach (Coach Mika) and her mother. The coach states she hasn't seen any of this behavior and will not even talk to the bully or the bullies parents. When the owner (Mrs. Cassie) was informed she then berated my niece and her mother for reporting these issues and has now labeled my niece and her mother problems. My niece loves gymnastics and this behavior from the bully, coach and owner is seriously affecting her confidence. I understand that gymnastics is very demanding and the coaches push the students but any form of bullying by other students, coaches or owners should never be brought into training. If i could have put no stars up I would.

This gym condones bullying and that is unacceptable, many parents have brought it to Mrs.Cassie and coach Mika’s attention and stay silent about it. Children should feel safe doing what they love. Them as adults should step in and try to stop it from happening but instead choose to stay quiet. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to any parent.

This facility is the greatest gift I could give my developmentally delayed toddler. The staff is kind, professional, flexible and patient. My three-year-old has developmental delays and a difficulty participating with other children and listening to a teacher. With the help of the Gymcats staff and coaches my daughter is able to attend pre-kindergarten, has learned to take turns, treat other children with kindness and also feel pride in herself for trying new things and succeeding.
My toddler is “self-concerned” but Gymcats taught her to clap for her classmates, clap for herself, take turns and be kind to others.
We have a difficult custody arrangement and Gymcats staff have been patient and accommodating with our schedule. I also enjoy the attention to curriculum; coaches arrange new obstacle courses and challenges weekly so attendance is always exciting.
I highly recommend this facility, staff and coaches.

My kids used to go here. They had some good experiences. They love gymnastics. I mostly chose this place because the location was convenient. I stayed with them for a long time because of this. I have regrets.
Some of the teachers are pretty good. Others yell and lose their tempers over little things. Some should just flat out not be working with children. I wish I hadn't looked the other way as much as I did.
The prices are quite high. They are not flexible in any way, and they only go up, so if you're stretched thin to start, just know it will not remain stagnant.
Looking back, I can say that the biggest red flag that I wish I had done something about was their treatment of people with physical differences. In one letter given to all the families preparing for a competition, my sweet daughters were encouraged not to wear their glasses because it didn't "fit the gymnastics look". Fit. The gymnastics. Look. My beautiful girls are literally disabled without their glasses. Why should anyone make them feel self conscious about using what they need? We use special straps to hold their glasses in place safely during exercise. We complied with all the standards. But telling a person the adaptive tools they use to function properly don't look acceptable is completely out of line. You don't tell a person in a wheelchair that they dont look good sitting in it. In the end, I just popped the glasses right on their faces and told them to ignore any comments. But I shouldnt have been placed in that position. I don't imagine they have any tolerance for kids with more limiting disabilities.
We have been out of the gymnastics scene for a year now, and I still feel badly about taking my kids there and the close mindedness I subjected them to. This is my attempt to help others not to make the same mistake.

[Birthday Party Review] We just had my daughter's 5th birthday party at Gymcats, Henderson, because she's obsessed with gymnastics. It was a lot of fun! They provided all the table coverings, dishware, silverware, napkins, cups & lemonade. They even made goodie bags for each child, and had a t-shirt for my daughter. We could bring any food we wanted. (except ice cream, as there was no freezer or refrigerator) The reason I knocked off a star is because i was told there would be a blow up slide (I have emails confirming this) but there was not one. Several kids were disappointed about this because I had put it on all of the invitations! That was even part of the reason why I had chose this location to host the party, even though we live half an hour away. So that was a bummer. I will say that the activities are more suited for younger children. The activities were alittle simple for the 9-12 year old boys we had there, and they were all guided so it was hard for the older boys not to be able to have free range of the gym. But overall, they still had fun. All the 5 year olds loved it!! And my daughter gave me a super long hug as thanks :)

My daughter really enjoys this place and the instructors are great, but they are just too busy. The parking is difficult and the parking areas are always crowded. My biggest pet peeve is that they have 7 or 8 kids per class. Each kid needs personal attention yet they don't get enough the way they structure their classes. I wish there was a good competitor close by, but since there isn't I will continue to attend.
Also their cleanliness isn't very good. I have seen ants and spiders in the bathrooms and around the property on many occasions.

Went there for a birthday party. The gym is nice and the kids had a blast. However, the customer service was non existent. They didn't tell us anything about what was expected. They just left us up in the party room with no direction. We didn't know if we were supposed to start serving the kids or if they were. After the time was up and the kids left, we noticed a pile of goody bags that all the kids were supposed to get. It was behind all the presents. Now we are driving around delivering the goody bags to the kids. Big disappointment.

This place is fabulous. I have been for a few birthday parties and now my 7-year-old daughter is enrolled in the Girls Red level. I like how they move kids up when they have completed the appropriate skills and not when the 8-week term is over. I am a working mom and the schedule works well since they have evening and weekend classes. They also have a good make-up policy for missed classes as long as there is space. So far I have not had a problem with this. I feel that my daughter has learned a lot in a short period of time and she is very interested in what is to come. As long as my daughter stays interested, I will continue to enroll her.
