This program helps you unlearn unconscious behaviors as simple as what you consider as food when walking down a grocery aisle. You don't just learn what NOT to eat. You learn
what you can eat, how to make it, and how to store it. The recipes use consistent ingredients, so things aren't just sitting in your cupboard after one use. Additionally, Jasmine has mastered building a virtual community where you feel known, seen, and accountable. I especially relate to her as an African American woman. It is like having your aunt or your cousin in your ear in the kitchen, in the gym, at a dinner party... She is relatable, honest, HUMAN, and knowledgeable. She has a gift. I’ve tried so many diets and plans and really didn’t think this would work but it was something about the way Jasmine presented the info on how to eat, when to eat and what to eat that just made sense. I started following Jasmine on IG for her recipes. I noticed she eats real food and does not count points, calories, or macros. Then one day I saw a post about her 6-week challenge. There were before and after pics of her clients. They were all grown women with real bodies, losing weight. So, I took a chance and signed up. Four rounds later, I've lost over 25 pounds and I'm learning to maintain my weight loss. What makes Jasmine May Fitness different from other programs is her coaching staff and the community. Jasmine and the other coaches are supportive, cheering us on during workouts, answering questions, etc.

This was the best challenge I've ever been a part of AND completed, thanks to Jasmine!. 6 weeks of accountability, commitment, knowledge, dedication, teamwork, etc. and it was well worth it. I was able to lose 12lbs in 5 weeks while still able to enjoy foods I like. I’ve decided to get back in gear as my goal for 2025 of going through the finish line for the marathon at Disney World was just around the corner. Yikes! I found out about Jasmine via Instagram and have saved some of her exercises…I really didn’t look back at them until she posted something about a banging’ body Bootcamp and thought why not…. I’ll have accountability which I so desired. The first day was extremely informative…. I have been very impressed and cannot wait to complete my goal. Like a lot of people I gained a lot of weight over the last 3 years. Being almost 50 the things I used to do to lose weight were not working anymore. So I started looking for a coach. I saw one of Jasmine's IG reels so I took a chance and signed up for one of her 6-week challenges. It was the best decision I made this year!

I started following Jasmine Mays on instagram because her tips on working out and food choices were helpful. When I saw she was running a 6 week challenge I was nervous about signing up but figured I could do anything for 6 weeks.
The first two weeks were a bit tough for me (getting the hang of working out consistently, meal planning, not eating as a way to cope with stress 😬) and I told myself I would finish the challenge and then go back to doing things my way.
In week three, things changed. My stamina was improving during workouts, I didn’t feel bloated all the time and I was making better food choices. I felt better than I had in years. From then on I was hooked.
I set a goal to lose 12 pounds in 6 weeks (which felt impossible at the outset) but I wound up losing 13.7 pounds! It felt amazing to prove to myself that I could do something that felt difficult in the beginning.
I signed up for another round and can’t wait for it to start! If you’re considering joining, do it! You won’t regret it.

I’ve been blessed to have lived in Germany for 2 years but upon coming back to the states I noticed I gained quite a bit of weight. I tried everything to lose it from fasting to cutting things out such as sugar and fried foods, cut out drinking, etc just for all the weight to come back.
