Excellent place to workout! This gym has it all, it's spacious, clean, has plenty of machines and equipment to do any workout you can imagine. The classes are also a huge plus for Cardio days. Kudos to Dan, my personal trainer, and Wes, my husband's personal trainer for keeping us on track and helping us reach our fitness goals! One of the managers, Jesse, is very people oriented and will take care of you if you have any questions or concerns. The club manager, sorry that I forgot his name, but he is also an amazing guy. You can't go wrong when choosing this location as the entire staff are so friendly and welcoming every time!

This place is pretty nice. It’s is spacious and has tons of equipment. But the first interaction with front desk on every visit is crap. Please hire people that are friendly and pleasant. The African American guy or girl (unsure of identity) is not very friendly. A friendly greeting and maybe offer a towel would be nice. Also the towels you have are not made of gold please stop acting like it. I came in with my wife and we asked for 2 towels we were told it was one per guest. My wife and I should be considered 2 different guests so we should not have to share a towel. Please put some attractive women at the front desk. Or if nothing else friendly would be nice.

Great place to work out in with a variety of machines. Except for the Women Only Fitness Area, it is very cold in there when the weather is cold outside. It is not healthy for working joints and muscles during weight training especially. One could pull a cold muscle or joint and get injured. A little sweat during workout is great, that's why the sauna and jacuzzi were invented. Thank you!
I still have the same complain today. The Women Fitness Only area is cold. It is very uncomfortable to weight train in layers of clothes. And the parking lot has a lot of trash as well.

I loved it here. Front desk lady act like she didnt want to show me around but I get it. Probably was the end of her shift. I Really love that theres a track there 6 laps is a mile. I came to run on the treadmill and get a feeling for the atmosphere. Great great great....And I didnt come for the mirrors but I love that its sooo many...ladies locker room clean and the women's gym was clean

OMG, I finally found my 4-ever gym! First of all, giving a shout-out to Lamont, signed up for a few training sessions, and he was my trainer!! AMAZING!!! He is incredibly knowledgeable, I have learned alot! Lamont and his ability to listen, relate, and empower has made a lasting impression!! Love his energy!!!

I've been a member over a year now. I started with trainer Dan Garza and am very happy with my results so far. I'm down 20 lbs, despite arthritis and bad knees. Dan has set a workout routine that keeps me injury free, and I am so much stronger than when I started. His 20+ years of experience mean that if one machine doesn't work, there is another one that will get results. I recommend using Dan for personal training.

I started at this gym 4 months ago and had a training session with a personal trainer who wasn't patient with me and didnt ask about my back issues and the work out hurt me. The lady moved to a different LVAC and provided me with Daniel Garza as he was a patient trainer. I had my first workout and he made sure that my back wasn't hurting and made sure I was doing the exercises correctly all the time. Daniel had lots of patients with me and didn't make me feel like I was different with all of my issues. I even got my roommate to train with Daniel. I never thought I would like coming to a gym regularly and feel good about myself. Thanks Daniel for your patients and kindness. From April B.

I Signed Up For The Free Vip Pass And She Would Not Let Me In Although I Had A Valid Pass To Enter . Lady Was Rude Then Questioning My Brothers Membership, He's Been Loyal For More Than A Year Now And The Way Your Representative Wendy Spoke Was Unacceptable. This place doesn’t keep bathroom/shower areas clean. Also they let all the bald guys shave down to their belly buttons they smack the razor in the sauna and walk out with the out rinsing. I have called and let managers know. No one cares no one monitors these areas no life guard no care..

30 days notice for cancellation of a gym membership?! I just needed LVAC for a month before switching due to personal reasons and I ended up paying for two months membership (+30) plus the annual fee (50$) plus the initial fee of (+30$).
As usual all this type of big company gyms are a Big Scam.
Hope people stop going to these fake gyms.

The things in there that they allow are mind blowing, today for example an extremely loud Bluetooth speaker was on in the shower area with Jesus’s teachings/ religion preaching pastor yelling type of stuff. Soo loud that when I was in the changing area, I thought there was a male adult yelling in the shower area.
I went into the steam room and heard this lady‘s Bluetooth speaker as she sat on the bench in there with Jesus preaching loudly on her speaker when I politely asked her to turn that off. She cursed me out and condemned me to hell
I told the front desk and they did nothing.
The exhaust vents and the ladies locker room are disgusting also.
I could give them 100 stars for the gym yes that’s exactly what they are. A gym reasonably priced workout equipment. Never had a problem getting on a machine or free weights
seems cleanly out on the gym floor. The locker room is a whole different story. I will not be renewing my membership.
The only reason I joined was to use the hot tub steam room and shower area. I will get a day pass at a local casino and use their facilities instead.
This was the final straw with staff not stepping in.
Tomorrow, maybe I will go play my country music super loud in the locker room for 45 minutes and see if anybody says anything to me?
Or maybe just Donald Trump speeches on nonstop repeat or play loudly Oprah programing over and over broadcasting on my Bluetooth speaker?

Been coming here for about a year now and customer service has been decreasing in quality significantly every time I visit.
Today I came in with guests to show them one of my favorite gyms and was absolutely appalled by the front desk and their behavior. Per my previous visits front desk had let me know that if one of my guests didn’t have a state id, that they could bring their birth certificate and school id to confirm and would be able to come inside the gym, per my gym membership benefits that I PAY for.
As I was checking in I was not greeted (which is a common thing at this location) and when trying to explain that I have guests after I scanned my pass, the front desk lady named Bernice decided it was okay to wave her hands as to signal for me to move instead of letting me know that the other team member could help me which was already off putting. After that she continued to tell us that they only take physical copies and not email which I’ve been told otherwise. She then also told us that they only take state iD to verify age but again I was told otherwise by other staff members on my previous visits.
Then for the icing on the cake, she proceeded to try and go back and forth with one of my guests ASSUMING he was someone that called the establishment earlier and thought it was okay to tell him “i can’t do anything for you I’m not the billing team, your account is past due for 6 months” and was saying that repeatedly as we were confused and asking what she’s talking about and continued to keep going to the point another staff member that she sent to help us had to intervine. Then after all that she told my guest to “come over here no come over here so we can figure this out and so I can apologize”.
Overall it was off putting and my guests were definitely confused and frustrated with the service and experience.
I hope LVAC can work something out because it’s hard to want to keep a membership where you don’t feel welcomed and guests aren’t treated with respect or like they’re welcomed to get a membership there.

Won’t let me cancel my membership .. I’ve gone twice & then my work schedule has change drastically and I can no longer come here. They said I will be charged still an annual fee and something additional , even though I have NOT CAME HERE .. it will be able to come back . If they charged me or desire to charge me my bank is aware of this scam & will be disputing !

I love this gym and all, there’s so much to do, but what happened to more of the yoga classes? What happened to Shelly and Jeanie? They are great yoga instructors, I miss them!! This is my gym—great value for the price! It has everything: a weightlifting area, running track, lap pool, sauna, whirlpool, fitness classes, and even a juice bar. You really get a lot for what you pay!

I'm writing this to warn others about signing the contract deal with LVAC. I moved away 3 years ago and was just recently notified that additional charges they put on my account were sent to a collections agency. I shouldn't have to worry about a 3 year old gym membership in a state I haven't lived in for over 2 years. If I could give 0 stars I would. Stuff like this makes you worry that someone out there is just doing it to ruin your life.

LVAC has the best gym facilities in the city, no doubt about it. The structure is top-notch – modern equipment, spacious and clean environment, and a wide variety of workout areas.
Unfortunately, the customer service is terrible. The staff seems unprepared and uninformed, and they’re often unable to solve even simple issues. Every time you need help, they just tell you to call the central office.
When it comes to signing up for a membership, the service is amazing – fast, easy, and very welcoming. But once you become a member, even the simplest requests become a hassle, like updating a payment method.
In short: excellent facilities, but extremely poor customer service.

I generally like the gym, it's convenient for my schedule, and the crowd is fine overall, although there have been some sketchy activities in the bathrooms that should probably be addressed.
That said, I’ve had ongoing issues with updating my billing information. Because of my work hours, I usually come in at night, and every time I’ve tried to call to update my info, I’ve been placed on hold with no resolution. When I asked for assistance in person, the only solution offered was to "call corporate." I requested that the general manager call me in the morning, and I saw a note being left.
At that point, a staff member named Whitney stepped in and told me, quite condescendingly, that there is no general manager for this location, and that management is entirely handled at the corporate level. If that’s true, fine, but the way it was communicated was unprofessional and dismissive. If it's not true, then it’s simply misleading.
Regardless, customer service at night could really use improvement. If staff aren’t empowered to help members with basic issues, then at the very least, the communication should be respectful and accurate. I'm seriously considering downgrading my membership to a no-cost option due to the lack of support.
Please consider offering Whitney additional training in customer service and communication… especially truth telling.

I've been in vegas for 6 years, and for some reason, I have been going to EOS and never tried LVAC. my husband and I decided to start going here and boy, it's way better. Clean facility with machines that always are working and kind and courteous staff. Shout out to Koa in the late night crew for being helpful when we came in late to join. Glad we moved to this gym.

4 stars to be fair. I have been going to this gym for a year now and i dont have any problems. Love the staff, especially the night shifts! EXCEPT, in certain circumstances- weekend and this specific person.
Just make sure to avoid walking in here on weekends to inquire about your membership, sign-up for membership, or even to renew your membership. Twice in a row that i was treated horribly by the person whom i think the weekend supervisor here. First encounter, i signed up my husband and was told that the ID card printer is not working and inwas told to come back by Monday (it was Saturday during this event). IT WAS A LIE! I came back after a 2 hours and i saw a person or two sitting down and their IDs were printed. I let it go during this time and moved on. Until, the second time around, walked-in here to inquire how am i going to pay my membership for a year, and the same person (since it's the weekend, AGAIN) told me to call the corporatw office. I was a about to move on but he kept talking while i was about to leave the front desk and saying "unless i have to pay for 2 years". Then i said "nah" in a joking way, and as i turned around heading to exit, he mocked my "nah" response and laughed, and to my surprise, the fron staff also laughed. Also, i called other clubs and they denied the policy that they cant help a member pay a 1 year membership right there, in there.
I really dont know what is the problem of this person with me. I am not sure if it's because im brown? (But he is black), or he's annoyed for the fact that im one of the LGBT, or he is just a lazy person who hates his job but wants to get paid having a job.
This experience wont stop me of still going to this location but i hope this message reaches the corporate office for them to be aware what's going on in this location, specifically this person.

So when I signed up, I talked to a lady. She was very nice and polite, she told me what the prices were and everything and showed me the gym. She told me I could either pay a deposit so that I could be on a monthly plan with no contract or I can sign a 26 month contract with no deposit. Now, I take some blame for this because I should have known better, but I agreed to the 26 month contract. I asked her if I could cancel the contract if something were to happen, (thinking about it now, why would you be able to cancel a contract, right?) and she said yes, you just pay $50 and it can be canceled. Come to find out, that was a lie. You can't cancel unless you move out of state and you have to prove that you moved. Okay fine. But she also told me that after the 26 month contract at $35 dollars a month, my price would go down to $12 dollars a month with no more contract. Well that turned out to be a lie as well. Not to mention, the only reason I even got on the $35 dollar a month plan was because I had a toddler and wanted to use the play room, and multiple times he has gotten sick with pink eye, flu, etc. So, that's why I thought about cancelling my membership only to find out that you can't. All in all, the gym is okay, but I wouldn't go back. Bad experience with this gym. Even though I know I should have used common sense and realized that I wouldn't have been able to cancel in the middle of my contract, I feel like they could have been honest. I obviously know better now, and will never get my self in a situation like that again. Oh and forgot to add, who wants to pay that much money a month and you can only bring a guest 2 times a month? Or 4 if you add that particular service.

Don’t give this place your money, they’ll tell you the pool is open 24 hours a day but it’s not. I’ve gone there on a few occasions where the pool is closed for whatever reasons the facility itself is not clean. Towels stink, The membership is not month-to-month because if you don’t give them a 30 day notice they’re gonna charge you for the extra month anyway, oh yeah and even though you’re no longer a member, you’re still gonna pay the $50 annual yearly fee. And if you don’t wanna pay it, they’ll just report you to collections over $80. Pretty trashy if you ask me. This place is going down hill. they have to scrape for every last dollar because they’re losing members at such a fast rate. A few of my friends have left too. Don’t make our mistake by giving this place a try,, plenty of other good gyms out there.

The customer service here is horrendous and is almost as bad as EOS. Signed up for personal training as offered. Trainer was late both times. Tried to cancel, but have to call to cancel. I have nothing positive to say about this place other than it was convenient. I've been three times since I signed up less than one month ago and will pay $90 to cancel. LVAC & ABC Fitness/EOS should be ashamed at what they require people to do to cancel terrible memberships at a cattle call of a gym. Definitely won't recommend this place to anyone.

I joined this gym specifically to use the pool. Only after signing up did I learn that the pool is closed from noon-4. I am a bartender and those are the only hours that work with my schedule. I tried to cancel, only to be told I'm still to be charged the yearly $50 fee plus next month's dues, in addition to the sign up fee. That's a total of $100 they're taking for a facility I have never used and won't be able to use. Super cool, guys.

Rude staff. When I signed up they didn’t give me a tour or anything. I came for the first time and was totally lost. The girl at the front desk seemed extremely frustrated because I didn’t know how to check in. Think I might be looking for a new gym with friendlier employees. When I went into the daycare to ask questions they also seemed annoyed that I was talking to them. No customer service at all at this location. I felt very uncomfortable asking questions because they seemed so annoyed.

Love the location but over the past year the one thing that bugs me is the check in desk. The only nice team member I’ve met is an older lady that works the 5am shift.
All the other young team members are rude and don’t greet people. Today I checked in the she didn’t even make eye contact with me or greet me. I don’t usually leave reviews but I just hate that the art of customer service is lost amongst this generation.

The sales representative named Shawn who did my contract lied after I said I wouldn’t sign up if I couldn’t have 30 days to cancel before being charged the annual fee. He walked into the managers office, then told me I would have 30 days to cancel. Not true, and not what the contract says and of course they wouldn’t do anything at the club, The manager that came out of the same Managers office that the Shawn supposedly got his answer from, suggested I cancel my card and just not pay it because it won’t go to collections… I mentioned doing so would mean I’m cancelling a card attached to my other automatic withdrawals and he said “yeah that’s true.” He didn’t care I was given the wrong info and when I called they had the prepared answer of “we go by what’s in the contract” and you can tell they have to say that a lot due to scam artist sales guys. Free weight area is too small, lots of great machines though. Customer service sucks at the Eastern location. Front desk guys might want to smile from time to time but when leadership sucks, your staff is gonna suck. The attitude of any company is top down, and there’s a bunch of jerks who work at the Eastern location and from reading other reviews, poor customer services is a very common theme recently.

Workout at the Las Vegas Athletic Club, lifting weights in the women’s only workout room. Two young ladies were talking for about 5 to 10 minutes while using some 8-pound weights that I wanted to use. I asked one of the ladies if she was using the 8-pound weights, and she replied that she was still using them. The two young women continued chatting, so I walked away and resumed my workout.
About three seconds later, the two ladies left the weights and moved to a nearby machine. I asked again if they were done with the weights, and they said no. I continued my workout for the next 3 to 5 minutes later one of the ladies approached me. She got very close and began talking to me, but I didn't hear her because I had my headphones on. I politely advised her to have a great day and a happy new year, and I continued my workout.
However, she kept approaching me and yelling about something, which I couldn't hear due to my headphones. Eventually, she left the women’s workout room with her trainer. About five minutes later, I was approached by two employees of LVAC, Sean and NANOIA. They informed me that they had been notified of an altercation involving me.
I was confused and asked them why they were approaching me about anything and how they knew to address me. They mentioned they had received reports of an altercation. I stated there was no altercation; I had simply asked a lady about the weights, and she then went off on a tangent. They asked me to write a statement about the incident, but I insisted that nothing had happened and suggested they check the camera footage.
They refused to acknowledge my request to pull the cameras. One of the employees then threatened to cancel my membership. I asked what the reason for the cancellation was, explaining that I hadn’t done anything wrong. They said it was because I was refusing to write a statement. I didn’t ask the employee did the other young lady needed to write a statement he stated he didn’t even know who the young lady was or had any of their information so then I proceeded to ask why he was even asking me to do something you didn’t ask them for Which was a total lie due to one of the personal trainers work at LVAC he refused to provide her information or anything about them, but wanted me to write a statement. I was told multiple times that my membership would be canceled. Be or suspended for doing anything I requested to speak to a manager Refusal, but they most definitely attempted to threaten me with police action for doing nothing I reiterated that nothing had happened and felt that I was being racially profiled. I even threatened myself with the police being called, stating I would be there waiting for the police. About five minutes later after me waiting the employee from LVAC asked to speak with me and then advised me that he called the police, but they were not coming here was their corporate card and if I wanna wait for the general manager, I could at that time I took the information and I left this tire situation was uncalled for
This entire situation was humiliating and traumatic for me.

They just lost my platnum membership, as well as my husband and his brother, and my girlfriends, congratulations on four memberships lost just tonight, over bad staff; We're going to go to EOS. I put up with a lot at this gym, I have seen women completely stark buck naked in their steam room and staff never said anything although this is against the rules. Just all types of bad etiquette, people slamming weights recording themselves work now with selfie camera tripods on the gym floor, but the gym staff never say anything. Even though you're not supposed to bring cameras according to the rules staff always ignore it, however my husband was just kicked out for wearing jeans, clean jeans, and he got three different answers as to why. One person said because it is bad for the leather, which is completely arbitrary. Another one said slip and fall which also is arbitrary. I am a platinum membership member and tolerate all of the nonsense but if they're going to kick him out over jeans and allow people to violate every other rule that I'm not going to come here anymore. It was a massive disruption to our day he has Jim etiquette he doesn't bang weights hard weights he wipes down his equipment doesn't make a spectacle and doesn't bother anyone in and out quickly.... So it's only because they allow so much debauchery that it is capricious and arbitrary to tell him he can't do that and disrupt our whole workout and ruin the whole night So we will all just go to EOS It is a better gym with better equipment and staff will enforce both the jean policy, and also not allow people to have tripod cameras recording the whole gym when they work out and all of the other nonsense that EOS allows... It's a good gym if you're a 20-year-old or a 40-year-old lady that's about it

Go to EOS...This gym has terrible staff... Their equipment is good, I'll give them that. And the steam room is okay, but their staff is what gives them a one-star rating... I am as serious weightlifter, and I fully know gym etiquette. I wipe down my machines I don't slam weights I don't hoard weights or do any of those type of things. But today they kicked me out for showing up in clean jeans. I had just started my workout after dropping my kids off in the playroom and three of them approached me like I want to be SWAT team, and told me I have to leave and I cannot wear jeans. When I question why one of them said because slip and fall, which made absolutely no sense and the other one said it's because my denim pants will mess up the leather on the bench...... They selectively enforce rules, And I don't see why I can't wear jeans but they allow teenagers in basically booty shorts and a string bikini to go there with tripods and record themselves doing any and everything... Staff are also totally fine with people banging weights and not wiping down machines.... There's a lot of "gym bros", youngsters that just make a spectacle bring in all kinds of noise and cameras and misuse some of the equipment, and I've never seen a staff say anything to them about it... I've seen people basically naked flexing and photographing themselves in the mirrors in the locker room which is against rules and staff won't say anything, but if you go into the sauna with your workout shoes they'll kick you out... That's my issue their staff are a bunch of kids that will selectively enforce random rules at random times on a whimsical basis and meanwhile allow all the debaucherous youth to do whatever they please.... So I am going to cancel my membership and go back to EOS where people leave other people alone if they're being respectful and having gym etiquette. Plus EOS has better equipment and you have more serious lifters and less kids. LVAC is good for middle-aged ladies and 20-year-olds and I guess if you want to see a bunch of dudes taking pictures of their quads in the locker room you can come here too....

After the 2-year contract was up still pulled out money. And made it seem like it was a personal choice to have that happen. Overall the gym is clean and has the newest equipment. I would never recommend this place. This is going to be long read. This place is the exact reason our country is obese. Our family has a strong routine of healthy lifestyle and working out why we were looking for a gym while on vacation. Our 14 year old was with us upon entering we were told he couldn't workout because he had no identity with his name, picture and DOB. Think about this, what 14 year old has a a form of ID like that? Sure passport, birth certificate but who travels with that? Think about this, he can walk on a plane but not into a gym? We also have been to multiple gyms in multiple cities and NEVER have been asked for a 14 to have such thing. I am all for signing the WAIVER which we have done at all gyms that states he will not be unaccompanied, and that we are liable for his actions and such forth. We called another gym in this area who said to come on in and welcomed us with a liability waiver. This establishment should really think about what they are promoting, healthy lifestyle begins in our youth, a group WE all should be targeting to become healthy for life!!

I got a free pass online and when we got there they took my ID and asked if I'd been to LVAC before. I told them I'd come under a friend's pass well over a year ago and was looking to check it out again since it's been awhile.and at a different location. He told me I couldn't use the pass. I'd have to join or pay $25 day pass! I told him that actually makes me not want to join. He shrugged and gave me my ID back. I left.

First Impressions Matter. This fitness facility is much more than a gym. Top Notch Operations in every way. This morning I arrived at LVAC (Henderson) at 0600 am. I am approaching my 3 year membership but due to an injury unable to workout for the past year. After a move I found this location near to my home. The gentleman at the front desk pleasantly greeted me and described the facility layout with great detail. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and quality care of the facility and machines. I was able to quickly acclimate myself and had a very enjoyable workout. I also appreciate the fact that a machine mechanic was constantly walking the floor and checking to ensure that all were working safely and properly. Thank You for providing such a high standard facility for us to enjoy. I would like to share a 6 month update on my LVAC experience. First I would like to express my gratitude to the staff who I have had direct contact. Mike, Carlos, Teresa and Alexus. Each has extended genuine care, courtesy, respect and professionalism. Each exemplifies a high standard of service to be honored. I have have expressed the same to Matthew who I believe to be the facility manager. I will be extending my membership on November 29th. I’ve been a dedicated LVAC member since 2016, but after my latest experience, I am utterly disgusted with how this gym operates. My partner and I visited this location 5 days ago, and we were greeted by friendly, understanding staff who allowed us in with no issues at all. Fast forward to yesterday, and we were met with nothing but hostility and rudeness from the supervisors at the front desk. My partner has a membership that, unbeknownst to him, only allows access to one specific location. Instead of explaining this in a courteous and professional manner, these supervisors chose to treat us with absolute disrespect.
The way we were spoken to was nothing short of appalling. They made no effort to offer a solution or even listen to our situation. We explained that we live far from the location his membership supposedly grants access to, but they couldn’t have cared less. It was obvious that they were more interested in enforcing arbitrary rules and making a quick buck than in showing any form of empathy or concern for their long-time customers. This experience left us feeling not only frustrated but deeply disrespected.
What makes this even more infuriating is the inconsistency in how LVAC staff handle their policies. Five days ago, we were treated with respect and understanding, only to be treated like we were doing something wrong yesterday. How can the same gym have such drastically different standards depending on who’s working? It’s clear that LVAC’s management either doesn’t train their staff properly or doesn’t care how their members are treated as long as they’re collecting payments.
LVAC has clearly gone downhill in recent years. They’ve become a money-hungry business that cares more about squeezing every last penny from their customers than providing any semblance of decent customer service. After being a member for over eight years, I expected much better treatment than what we received. It’s shocking how little regard they have for their members, especially ones who have been loyal for so long.
If you’re considering joining LVAC, think twice. Unless you enjoy being treated like you’re disposable and insignificant, I would suggest looking elsewhere. This gym does not value its customers—only their money. Save yourself the frustration and find a place where your business is actually appreciated.

I called the Corporate office to cancel my membership this morning because I am moving to GA. They told me that my membership fee was just charged today and since I have to give 30 day notice, they had to charge me once more in 30 days. I asked them if they can wave the last charge since I was just charged today and they told me they could not. I am pretty upset about this. I have been a member of LVAC for some time, but my experience on October 21, 2024, was completely unacceptable and has left me questioning their commitment to customer service. The red-shirt supervisors and staff at the location I visited were incredibly rude and unprofessional.
First, I was denied entry because my membership supposedly only allows me access to a single gym location, even though I have been allowed into this very same gym on previous occasions without any issue. When I attempted to enter as a guest under my partner’s membership (which permits guest access), they still refused to let me in, with no willingness to help resolve the situation. Their inconsistency in enforcing rules is frustrating, and it seems they just decide when and how to apply them depending on the day.
To make matters worse, I was verbally mistreated by the staff, who showed zero respect or care for me as a paying customer. It felt like they were more interested in enforcing their policy to make more money than actually addressing my concerns and providing a positive customer experience.
I’ve never felt so disrespected as a member, and this kind of treatment is absolutely inexcusable. It’s clear that LVAC prioritizes their financial interests over their members’ satisfaction. I’m highly disappointed, and this experience has left me reconsidering whether I want to continue my membership.
To anyone considering opening a membership at this gym, I strongly advise against it. LVAC cares more about money than they do about their customers.
