Pick any other Lifetime than this one. Spa has been broken for over 6 weeks - constantly under some sort of construction - Wet sauna always closed - dry sauna looks like is was cleaned when Bugsy Seagal ran the Flamingo. Place is always overly crowded. I asked when the spa was going to get fixed, the lady at the concierge acted like she was doing me a favor for even talking to me with her detailed response of “I don’t know”. What they were certain of was raising our rates. I now drive an extra 20 minutes to the Summerlin facility which is much better run (things are actually working).

We’re paying $250 per month. Why is the men’s locker room SAUNA and SPA still out of order. 🤔
Great gym, but a little respect for your male members would be appreciated.

Overall, this is a great gym. There is an amazing equipment selection which fits a variety of workout styles. There are lots of lifting platforms both on the main floor and in the Alpha room. The upstairs is super clean. Most of the gym members clean up after themselves and clean off their equipment. The gym does not get as busy as other gyms such as EOS. The gym is very expensive, but you can justify the cost if you utilize the services. I lift weights, use the child care (which is great) and also take yoga classes from time to time.
I have eaten at the LifeCafe a lot and the shakes and entrees are pretty good. There is now a rewards program where you get a stamp each time you order and eventually will get free food etc.
I utilize the child care services for my 20 month old. You get 2 hours per day. The child care workers are very helpful and good with my daughter. They do not change diapers and will call you when your kid needs a diaper change so keep that in mind if you plan on taking any classes.
Some of the improvements have made the gym better such as moving the Alpha space to one of the basketball courts and the new GTX area which has opened up the gym floor space.
They also recently renovated to include a workspace. The only issue is that it is not enclosed so there are a lot of distractions.
The locker and gym floor has free towels. The locker room provides nice bodywash, shampoo, mouthwash and deodorant.
A couple of downsides:
They recently moved the recovery stuff such as cryolounge chairs, normatech boots and massage chairs upstairs and now they are first come first serve instead of having appointments like before. The cryolounge chairs are the most popular and there are only two which are always occupied. Additionally, one of the chairs is frequently broken. The problem with the first come first serve system is some people hog the recovery items. I have literally seen some people in the cryochairs for the entirety of my workouts. You need to either take reservations or come up with some kind of system to prevent people from hogging the recovery tools.
The hot tub in the men’s locker room has been down for over a month now and none of the staff seems to know what the issue is or when it will be repaired. One person told me there were some broke tiles and that the hot tub would be repaired within two weeks. That was almost a month ago. Another person told me it is a pipe issue and did not know when it would be fixed. Sitting in the hot tub after a hard workout was one of my favorite things to do.
Some of the equipment has issues that do not seem to be repaired. For example, there are a couple of air bikes on the main floor that have been broken since I joined the club. There are a couple of treadmills that are inaccurate in speed and one that shook violently.
There are no childcare services on Friday afternoons/evenings. Monday through Thursday it is 4-7. Additionally, I wish there were more child care hours on the weekend. For example, it is 8-1pm for children my child’s age on weekends. It would be nice if there were longer hours on Saturdays and Sundays. Additionally, parents night out was a big selling point for my wife and I when we signed up. The concierge person never informed us that it is not for children my child's age which was misleading.
The men’s locker room in particular the shower area is frequently dirty. There are numerous times where the showers are disgustingly dirty such as hair everywhere and obvious grime.
I was disappointed with the swim program for infants. I previously had my child in aqua tots and then I did the four week trial at Lifetime when I first signed up. I found the program at Lifetime to be extremely unorganized and unstructured compared to Aqua Tots. There did not appear to be any structure and one class did not build on the last.
Some of the classes are extra money on top of the already very expensive membership fees. For example, pilates on the reformer is extra.

Kristy at the Green Valley location is the best!! She has helped me on multiple occasions and is consistently patient, professional, and genuinely kind. Any time I have a question or need assistance, she goes out of her way to make sure I’m taken care of and never makes me feel like an inconvenience.
This is exactly why I always come to the Green Valley location. Team members like Kristy make the experience stand out and create an environment where members truly feel valued.

They raise the membership price and are now changing out the Gloss Moderne brand to Soapbox, which is definitely not the same quality product as GM. So you pay more but get less. Good job, management. I sincerely hope Management thinks their clientele won't notice the difference and switch back to GM.

Really awesome gym. Great amenities and great childcare. My only complaint is lifetime isn’t willing to enforce their “family locker room” rules. These are the only bathrooms on the first floor my wife can use with our two boys since boys aren’t allowed in the women’s locker room. And 90% of the time we go in there, there’s middle aged men, taking middle aged male poops (20+ minutes). There’s also only two of these bathrooms in the family locker room. Lifetime is aware and told us to “go upstairs to the gym floor to the regular men and women bathrooms”. They aren’t willing to keep creepy middle aged men out of the family locker room. So they’d rather my wife carry out two small boys throughout the entire gym then enforce their own policy. Pretty unreal considering we pay considerably extra for our children to come here.

My wife attended a class as a guest with her friend who’s a member. She enjoyed the facilities and experience and inquired about membership rates after the class ended. My wife is non-White and experienced what seems to have been a racially biased interaction with a staff member who “looked her up and down” and “passed her off to her non-White colleague” saying “she can help you with that.” The non-White staff member seems to have also picked up on the discriminatory undertones apologizing to my wife for her colleague’s behavior. I was not there, but I believe my wife. I asked her why she didn’t report the interaction to a manager, and she said because the offending party *is* the manager. Since I wasn’t there, I don’t have all the details of what exactly happened, but I’d be happy to discuss this issue further with a representative of the company. I’m very disappointed by this as I’ve always been under the impression that Life Time Fitness is a premium lifestyle gym.

I have been a member of this gym for two years, and they increased my membership just because I invited my boyfriend to join for a single month. He didn’t like it, and now I am affected by it?
I am so sad that I will have to quit this gym, but it is not fair at all what they did to me after I had been a member for two years. I like the place, but it is ridiculous to punish a member without notice beforehand.

This gym has been nothing but irritating since I joined. They often raise prices without notice, going up $50 ish per year, this has happened for me and 3 other people I know who go to this gym. Often times if there are classes every machine and squat rack will be taken and the teacher are very aggressive about their being classes going on and you ARE NOT allowed in the area. I have even had a lifetime class teacher speak to me so poorly and treat me with no respect while I was in the middle of a workout (some some with a tribal print tattoo sleeve). So either learn the exact class schedule and remember it by heart or prepare to be yelled at and be upset for the rest of your workout. Policies constantly change, they have no loyalty to long time members and overall just a cash grab.
Even though this gym has a waitlist, it is EQUALLY as busy as LVAC, EOS and other larger gyms in the area if not more busy. There are still younger teenage children wearing their pajama pants and crocs to workout and not any better than many other lower priced gyms in the area. They do offer decent amenities which you typically have to pay extra to add but if you have the money they could potentially be nice, but not for me.
There is also 1 lady in the cafe who has 0 customer service abilities and has given me bad experiences for months. Does not greet you when you walk up or say anything to us, she will just stare at us until we say hi or start our order and her smoothies never taste as good as other workers in the cafe.
Would not go here and consider some other larger more locally owned gyms with cheaper monthly fees and less people! For $320 a month + a $200 start up fee you would expect a little more hospitality and flexibility.

This gym is pretty great. Aside from all the amenities and space, what makes this gym stand out are the employees. Every great business knows that if you invest in your team, you will have greater success. With that said, I’d like to give a special shout out to Ryan, yoga teacher, who puts on one of the best classes I’ve ever attended. Super dynamic, fun & effective, and just a cool dude. Secondly, Sammy who holds down the men’s room, is such a friendly, hard worker that really lifts everyone up. These fellas have wonderful energy and are greatly appreciated. With that said, I kindly and respectfully request for them to be considered for a pay raise. They deserve it. Thank you LT for all you do.

At first I loved this place, but after raising the membership cost SEVERAL times over the course of two years while simultaneously removing the perks that were once included when I originally signed up, and just a total lack of customer service, I decided to take my money elsewhere. One would think that paying an obscene amount of money for a luxury gym they would have higher expectations of their employees and uphold a standard that showed they actually value your business.. but they don’t sadly.

We absolutely love this place.
We just joined a month ago. It was $300 for my wife, $100 for me, and $70 for our 4-year-old for a total of $470 for the family and we thought it was a great deal!
We are here almost every day because our son loves to swim in the pool. At a time when every other gym is closing their pools due to not wanting to pay for lifeguards, LifeTime always has enough for us to feel safe both in their inside pool and outside pool.
The Saturday Parent's Nights are worth it alone! Just about every Saturday we drop our son off for 3 hours so we can go have a date night nearby. At $20 an hour for a babysitter, that's $240 a month we put towards... other spending at the gym, lol.
We probably spend an extra $200 a month here on food, snacks, drinks, etc. but it's comparable to what we get at FoodieFit and super convenient. Money we were spending on meals anyways.
Plus, an extra $100 a month for our son's swim lessons, but that was comparable to what we were paying at AquaTots.
The Tennis/Pickleball area is cool, and the employees are super friendly and helpful.
Coming here has become the default for our family every afternoon when previously it was sitting on the couch.
We're very happy LifeTime members and recommend it to all of our friends.

Went to get a membership today for my wife, daughter and myself. They only wanted to give me pricing, said they didn’t have anyone to give us a tour. Switches mens and women's locker rooms and when some females leave their stuff in the lockers overnight. Female staff members just tell them to "just go in real quick". Which is a double standard, because I can certainly guarantee that if a male walked into the temporary female one, and saw naked women it would be an issue. Absolutely poor management.

I wonder when patrons will start boycotting this business because there's nothing the owner can say to justify continuously increasing membership dues when parking is usually a mess, food costs have gone up for certain options that aren't healthy, mold can be found in the steam and bathrooms, patrons are buying your tennis pros new ball hoppers, there's no limit as to how many courts a patron can book, and the gym floor is usually packed.
Life Time is way too corporate and by continuing to bring in new members, this business is going to lose patrons over failing to provide a wonderful gym-going experience.

They keep upping the prices. $460 for a monthly membership for a family of 2 adults and 1 child. We haven’t even added our second child back on since we only put him on in the summer as he’s too young to work out. That would put us at over $500 a month. We just can’t justify this anymore. It’s a shame because it is a nice gym. But at the rate of the price hikes even individuals with higher income will start to feel the squeeze here.

They are don’t care about you, they only care to charge your payment and if any problems will happens to you , they will put you out without to a fix problem. They don’t value their clients. The system of the club 👎 the main corporate member office which located in Minnesota, the name of person Nan— who is like should “fixing” a problem, nooo they just say to you goodbye. They don’t want listen to you and they rather protect their worker, who is completely behaved unhealthy in the kids-care room than the client of the club, just be careful with the one employmenter there, she can be very uncareful with your baby. She even did not notice how she made her own baby fell on the floor and she attacked me so bad… and is this a woman? Who works with kids?? Wow so rough…and no one even protect me from this strange behavior lady in the club. Yet they made me guilty. I wonder how some people are heartless today.
But it is okay, maybe this happened to us for a good reason and we leave this club.
If they treat you so poorly and don’t value when you are really say truth and being honest, I believe they will get worse in the future. God see everything.
Thank you for reading this. 👏

Awwwwww Life Time, a breath of fresh air! I was a member at Lifetime Green Valley when I lived in Green Valley Ranch years ago. I went through LVAC, EOS and a few other gyms when I moved downtown. None of them could match the exclusivity, luxury and professional atmosphere that Lifetime has.
Now that I am back in Henderson, I’m back at Lifetime and it’s everything I could’ve asked for! The more expensive price point for the membership brings a certain luxury and professionalism that cannot be compared.
Clean locker rooms, soft towels, quality equipment, beautiful outside, resort-style pool and cabanas, steam rooms, private showers, lockers that don’t require you to bring your own lock, a cafe and an outside grill make the membership fee more than worth it!
Great job LIFE TIME! You don’t disappoint.

Lifetime Green Vallley I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and hygiene standards, particularly in the steam room and bathrooms. The facilities were dirty, unkempt, and quite frankly, unhealthy. The presence of mold in the steam room and bathroom was not only unsightly but also concerning for the well-being of patrons.
As a member, I expect a certain level of cleanliness and maintenance, especially in areas where hygiene is paramount. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of these expectations. It's unacceptable for a facility that promotes health and wellness to neglect basic cleanliness standards.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and takes immediate action to address these issues. Patrons deserve a clean and safe environment to enjoy their workouts and relaxation time. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend Lifetime to others."

Changed to a one star until corporate addresses the extremely rude members who leave their cell phones on in meditation class. The instructor asked everyone to silence their phones and watches for the twenty min class. Phones went off Two times in a 20 min. (members with distinguished loud ringtones on their phones) this is a regular occurrence in the surrender class. (Even after instructor makes simple request) I understand everyone has very important lives. When my kids were young, I left their dad or a friend in charge in case there was an emergency. The kids knew who to reach out to.

Lifetime Green Valley has some great cycle instructors but the maintenance team is lacking big time - bikes are always loose and not maintained properly and since I only go for the cycle classes that's a problem. I have let staff know and nothing gets fixed or tightened. Clubs always start out great but as time goes on the management team seems to just let go the club and equipment go - Sad because this club charges top dollar for us to use broken and loose bikes - I have been cycling a long time so I know what is right and I know when staff doesn't care - I have been a member of this club since 2015 so I see the decline.

It’s missing Technogym Pure machines. Even some that the gym in Summerlin has. It doesn’t have the Technogym biceps pure machine. Gyms like the Dragon’s Lair keep adding new pieces of equipment but this gym is missing lots of the Technogym pure line — doesn’t have a quality leg press here. Gym is five stars if they would invest in new machines. Even the popular Rogers pendulum squat is missing. For this price they should be staying updated on the top machines out there. They need to add more equipment.

This gym and company as a whole should go down in the record books for biggest armed robbery by a business!! They charge $260 for a membership and people actually pay it just because the aesthetics of the gym look nice, but in reality they have less equipment than places like LVAC and it's not even close. Not only that, but it's packed during the day. There is hardly ever a spot to do any work on the bench or the machines are occupied. The cherry on top is their shady management. These people are looking to sink their teeth in you and really get you locked into a membership that is unnecessarily difficult to get out of. Don't let the pretty gym fool you!!!

I was initially skeptical of the reviews below mine, but unfortunately, the staff at the gym proved to be racist towards my friend. This incident occurred on June 1, 2023, at the front desk around 10pm.
I was unaware of the rule prohibiting guests after 9:30 pm, which raises another concern because there is no such regulation in Boston Lifetimes. It seems that this club prioritizes new sales over taking care of its loyal customers.
Given the circumstances, we inquired about my friend signing up for a membership, as many of us at WeWork frequent this gym and my friend was genuinely considering joining. The staff member initially informed us that signing up was not possible at that moment. However, after some discussion, she abruptly changed her stance and presented an iPad with an unpleasant attitude, implying that my friend couldn't afford it. This assumption was based on her remark, "yeah, the price points are not for everyone." It's worth mentioning that my friend owns a multimillion-dollar business and is financially secure. Who would want to sign up after such poor customer service?
I was utterly shocked by the staff member's demeanor, prompting me to inquire about canceling my own membership. She promptly demonstrated the cancellation process on the app without any hesitation. Ironically, though, she hesitated when it came to showing my friend the available club options.
I have been a member at Lifetime for three years now, and I can't help but wonder what happened to the friendly staff. It's disheartening to see the decline in the quality of service at this gym. Just take a look at the negative reviews – it's clear that there is a problem. Now that the COVID-19 pandemic is over, I strongly urge the management to hire better staff and eliminate those who exhibit such unprofessional behavior. There are many people who genuinely want to work and provide excellent service.

I LOVE this salon & my esthetician!. Dara has been my esthetician for the last year. She's very professional & attentive to what service I need as my skin is changing due to age. I've noticed a big improvement in the health of my skin over the last year. In conversation, she's often excited about the education classes she takes regarding the newest technology & services that Lifetime incorporates. She is also very sweet & provides a for a nice relaxing environment.

I would never and will never step in a gym where discrimination is tolerated! A place that charges so much for membership should have enough money to train and educate their employees on customer service! Everyone should be treated the same no matter what they look like or how they choose to dress while THEY are working out! Someone's appearance should not dictate the way they are treated and this gym does exactly that! We're in 2023 no one should have to feel judged or criticized by their appearance especially if they aren't bothering anyone!

Disgraceful management at this facility. I cannot recommend based on discriminatory behaviour to people of colour and Hispanic ethnic backgrounds. The tall steroid pumped employee needs to be fired and co workers who approve of his actions alike. This deserves less than 1 star. Beware. America the land of the free - except for those with tattoos or coloured skin according to this facility.

I joined here a few months ago and have been very disappointed. I typically go in the early afternoon and the gym is packed. I would expect this type of crowd after 5 pm, but it's always crowded.
Another issue is that the weight area smells like sewage...especially back by the leg press machines. Not sure what the issue is but it's been getting worse. Also, they offer a very limited selection of classes.

Been a member since 2019. They keep raising the fees saying is to avoid too many people, however since January the place is packed, not really enough machines, classes? Good luck with having a spot, same with lockers. The place is now even dirty and I can only assume is because there is too many people. I sent them a message asking if they will open more classes, the backdoor or even go to back 24/7 but no answer of course…truly disappointed.

If you are considering getting a membership to Lifetime in Las Vegas; read this review.
It’s growing exceedingly painful to stomach paying nearly $2,500 a year for this gym. From the blatant mismanagement to a staff that clearly takes no pride in their work, Lifetime is barely worth the drive at this point.
Before I continue; understand that I have apt experience at both the Green Valley and Summerlin locations; and will be leaving this review across all of their directory platforms.
I frequently come later at night and the vibe is clear for anyone coming after 8PM; unwelcome and rushed. Lifetime used to be 24 hours until the pandemic; but despite restrictions lifting statewide - they never returned to a 24 hour operation which is almost mind-boggling given the town we live in and the price we pay for the gym. The staff always announces the gyms closure 5-10 minutes ahead of time (for example, if it’s 11:40PM they say the gym is closing in 15 minutes). The lifeguard staff are almost adversarial towards patrons - often closing the pool areas before the posted times, turning off the outside jacuzzi heat and jets an hour before they’re supposed to be off, turning the steam room off before closing, and forcing patrons to rush through those amenities because of what I’m assuming is a desire to leave work as early as possible.
The gym is frequently a mess at both locations. There are piles of un-racked weights, dumbbells misplaced, and out of place gym equipment scattered across the gym floor. There is debris all of the floor, the sanitizer stations are constantly empty which is pretty gross, and the sweat towels are constantly empty. It’s clear no one takes pride here - how could you run a “premium” gym and leave it in such disarray? Not to mention the locker rooms are often filthy, disgusting showers with hair clogging drains, used razors everywhere, and filth everywhere it can latch onto.
On top of all of this, the staff needs to be trained in customer service. With the price we pay - I shouldn’t be the one engaging with the staff as I walk in. When I pay top dollar for any experience - I expect the service to be impeccable. At the Summerlin location specifically there is a tall staff member at night who I ALWAYS say hello to and he just stares at me. And at the Green Valley location the front desk girls are often too preoccupied with what I’m assuming is their boyfriends to properly greet guests as they come and go. The cost we pay should demand higher service, they need to step it up substantially.
Then there’s the patrons… you’d expect that with this kind of membership, it would keep the undesirable guests out. But there are young ego-lifting kids who throw there lightweight dumbbells on the ground because they can’t control the weight, old men who use pedieggs in the steam room, and a plethora of rich dudes with ILS walking with their nose in the air. As someone who takes bodybuilding seriously, the peers around me are embarrassing and don’t seem to face any recourse for poor gym etiquette.
We live in a 24 hour town - closing the gym at midnight is a joke. If you finish work at 8, you have to rush through your workout and don’t have time to shower. And I’m not the only one who feels this way; I talk to members constantly with the same grievances.
Lifetime members - we need to demand better. Let management know how poor of a job they’re doing. And if our feedback goes unheeded - let’s move up the ladder to corporate.
I hope this review gets across the right desk and some positive changes can be elicited as a result. I don’t know how much longer I’m willing to pay a premium for a subpar experience with a messy environment, no love for the late night gym goers, and poor customer service. Please do something and do it quickly.

Probably the nicest gym in Henderson Great place and some really nice employees. Lots to offer inside. Highly recommend this gym. Take a tour and see for yourself. Dr. Renée inside LifeClinic is amazing at chiropractic and muscle work. She is probably the nicest and most caring chiropractor I've had. Really takes the time to get to the rooy cause of your issues. Way more than a rack and crack chiropractor. I highly recommend this location for all your wellness needs!!

I love this gym, especially for kids. They offer a kids academy with a large variety of activities.
You can focus on your program, while the little ones have their activities.
They are on the expensive side, and lack a good guest program, but other than that, the club offers a large variety of programs that fit everyone's needs, including tennis and swimming programs.
The club is very clean and well kept, it is open until midnight, and you can do your workout as your schedule permits.

This place is incredible for just about anybody. I have four boys so this was great during the summer. I would drop the kiddos off in their summer camp and then go hit up a yoga or spin class. I LOVED the instructors. The staff in general was super nice and accommodating with the kids. I was grateful to have this place as in option when summer is unbearable. I would pick up my kids after my classes and then we would hit the pool. Life guards always on site, the place is super clean. Pool incredibly clean. You can order food and drinks at the pool. We would bring in sandwiches to save money and once a week order pizza for the kiddos. My husband would join us on the weekends. It was amazing. My kids always ask about going back but our summers have been busy! I would recommend this place to all!

Overpriced and the staff always act like they hate their jobs... I don't understand the attitude when members pay a lot of money to be there. Does it hurt to smile, acknowledge and practice basic customer service skills?!
Also, you should have a map of the layouts of where everything is, such as: cardio, stretch, etc equipments... New members may not realize where everything is at... even just signs that says upstairs are workout equipment, or racketball court this way..... other than that, the place is clean and well maintained!
