This is by far the best gym in the mesquite area! Best climate, high quality equipment, everyone you encounter at this gym are great and willing to help each other better themselves, unlike a few other gyms in town you don’t feel like people are rushing you pushing you off equipment which makes the environment amazing and less intimidating especially for new members that are fresh at getting back in shape! Highly recommend to new and experienced people!

Rafael is an owner who practices what he preaches - “protect your pack”. While on a roadtrip, my friend and I were searching for a gym that would accommodate our late night travels. I reached out to Rafael and was greeted with accommodation and understanding. He was more than welcoming to aid in our unusual predicament and allowed us to use his gym without hesitation. After meeting face to face there was no doubt you could sense how much Rafael cared for his community in providing a clean and well equipped facility. I highly recommend this gym for any members of Rafael’s community as well as anyone who is traveling through Mesquite.
