This is a great place to workout. I had to go to Walmart to get some supplies, and saw there was a gym across the way, so glad, especially glad they have an option to workout for a day. It’s $5. Bring cash if you can, it’s easier. If you have the option to get a workout in, don’t pass it up 💪 ❤️

Just joined this facility. I enjoy being able to workout and remain healthy and fit. The staff is nice. The membership is a decent price for me. The best part is that it is a 24 hr. facility and each member is given an entry key for access. It is clean with big windows and lots of natural light, I really like the atmosphere. Everyone is there to workout, not a social club...at least not much of one :/ ...I am satisfied and have had good workouts recently. I will update as needed.

Awesome old school gym. Free weights, dumbbells, racks, cardio machines and lots of Hammer Strength. Well kept and clean with a welcoming atmosphere. I saw older folks getting swole and teens getting their buff on as well. Cheri the owner made sure to say hello and make sure I was squared away. I even got a hug as I left. Great place to drop in or make your regular spot.

I love going to Mesquite Fitness! 24/7 secure access for members, and your membership won’t break the bank! A wide variety of machines and fitness equipment, lots of room to do your own thing, and no pressure!! Sherry is awesome and made everything easy when my husband and I signed up.

Was in Mesquite 3/19/23. I had been to this club before. I paid $7 for an all-day pass. Gym is well-equipped , plenty of space in between machines , clean , and wasn't crowded at all for a Saturday. May make permanent move to Mesquite , definitely would make this my gym.

● Doesn't have the NO EGO RULES of PLANET FITNESS, or the SUPERIOR ATHLETICISM OF A GOLD'S GYM.

● YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR HERE WITH SKINNY GUYS SPORTING GYM TANKS TRYING TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK BIG. 🤣 😆🤣

● The "trainers" here are a joke: same clients who haven't shown any kind of lasting improvement.

● Judgemental attitudes from the staff (look out for Toni the trainer, she likes to complain if she doesn't like you, and is not objective) and lots of haters here. Just like the town. Not very friendly members, unless they know you.

● The gym is often dank with a stale smell of sweat, and the manager eavesdrops on members.

● Don't make too much noise here, as you'll hear in a REAL GYM WITH SERIOUS TRAINING.
It irritates the staff.

● Equipment, like the boxing area, is usually vandalised by locals here that don't respect ANYBODY. Scale is broken, too.

● Hardly anybody has any gym courtesy here, and will take a machine or weights when your back is turned. And they don't know how to return the weights to their proper location, usually leaving them on the rack.

● Members purchase one monthly plan; but freely give their access card to a friend or family member who want to work out. Despite having signs prohibiting such conduct, the manager doesn't enforce it; this makes it unfair for those who use the card legitimately.

● Positive reviews of this place aren't accurate. They haven't been here long enough to see through the baloney.

I love this gym!! Its clean, they have many cardio options , all the fitness machines , free weights and a workout room for step aerobics, yoga , stretching or whatever exercise you prefer. They also have tanning for a few dollars more a month. Sheri is great and I really like this gym better than the previous one I attended.

We went to Mesquite Fitness for a single day workout, since we were only in town for the day.

The website read $5 per person, but when we went in the gal working said it was now $7. However, she only charged us $5 because their website still read that price.

Not sure we would go back for $7 each, but everything cost more now days. The $7 per person dropped one star off this review.

The gym had decent equipment; free weights, cable, cardio, among other standard equipment. Some equipment was dated, but adequate.

It was a clean and comfortable environment, so that's a plus.

If you don't mind paying $7 for a workout, give this gym a try.

So grateful for this place. Visiting family in Mesquite for the week and knew I'd need a daily gym fix. They've got great weekly rates for us out-of-towners and the vibe inside is wonderful. Respectful, diverse members, plenty of equipment and it was never too crowded. Couldn't have been happier and I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

Me and the wife were here at a hotel for the week We just started a work out plan three weeks ago and wanted to continue call them up and the manager guy was very friendly and gave us an excellent rate. for a one week drop in work out.I would highly recommend this gym.best machines they were excellent high-quality feel the burn excellent results everybody in there was very friendly.We live in Vegas and we are vacationing here every two months so we will be back to this gym regularly if possible.

Great place to workout!!! Nice equipment to workout on. Also a great group fitness schedule (Mon-Fri). Also a great trainer, and group exercise Instructors. There is one thing the club doesn't have yet is a step class, maybe we can it get one soon!!!! If your new in Mesquite, or just looking for a place to get your workout on!
