While I’m not a client of Chris myself, I’ve had the chance to observe him in action regularly—and I’m consistently impressed. His patience, dedication, and ability to tailor each session to the individual really stand out. Kate is wonderful! She is the "real deal", and takes the time to get to know you and your situation, and personalizes it to your needs. And she really knows what she is doing and gives you great guidance. She also keeps things fun, and different, so you dont get bored too. I had a total shoulder replacement last year, and have improved so much since then. So thankful to having her help me through this crazy medical journey. Its been life changing for me, and I'm looking forward to other related improvements as well; exciting! Thank you Kate, you are the best!

I have had the pleasure of working out with both Kris and Kate for the last 7 months. I can’t speak highly enough of them. Between the two of them I get the perfect balance of strength training, endurance, circuit training, HIIT. They keep it so I don’t get bored and are great with tuning into how my body and mind are feeling and customizing the workout accordingly. They are so positive, motivating, and easy to talk to. Would 10/10 recommend!!!

I am so glad I found Kate I Was going to the gym injuring myself needed to learn the right way to work out and when I found Kate I did not realize I was finding more than a personal trainer. Over two years my physical appearance and mental health has changed dramatically with Kate. I have not repeated any exercise you would at any other trainer and have become great friends. Her groups once a month are also great to meet other people she trains to interact and have fun outside the gym I started out once a week and enjoyed it so much and saw the outcomes I train now twice a week. I would never go to a gym anymore

I have been training with Kate for several months and I really look forward to each training session. When I started I wasn’t sure how long I would last but I’m feeling stronger and have much more energy. I plan to continue the personal training as part of a healthier lifestyle. After years of focusing on work and not making time to take care of my body I’ve found a trainer who knows how to get results and makes the process fun. After just 12 weeks my balance has improved, my strength has improved and I have more energy to enjoy an active lifestyle. I’m in my sixties but Kate can train anyone from athletes to senior citizens. If you try a few sessions you will be surprised how quickly you will see and feel the results.

Kate is by far the best personal trainer I have worked with. I worked with Kate for about one year until I moved to Chicago. There are many qualities she has that you could only expect in the best personal trainers. She pays attention to your body limits and at the same time she pushes you to those limits. She puts your safety and physical health as a high priority and makes sure not only you have a great workout routine, but enough time and guidance to recover before next workout. I also like her training philosophy as I wanted a more long term sustainable habit building approach towards my workout routines and diet and she was very helpful in listening to my goals and providing guidance how to achieve them. One of the great things about the workouts is that she always changes the workouts so your body does not get used to them and this would get the most out of the time and effort you put into the workouts. She is also very flexible with scheduling as my schedule was changing all the time and she was very accommodating of that. Kate is a very professional trainer and knows what she is doing.

I really cannot say enough good things about Kate and MT ROSE Fitness. I would give my highest recommendation to Kate as a fitness trainer.
