The gym is good and everything lot of equipment the one problem I have with this gym is the men’s locker room it looks old every time I was it has a foul odor every time I go inside at least change the air freshener

This is one of the cleanest, best quality gyms in all of the USA. The owners are very humble and have great hospitality. The equipment is unmatchable really just the best quality for the best price out there . I would recommend 100/100 times. Thank you New Tech Gym!

This is my favorite gym in Vegas but the bathroom stalls are so small and uncomfortable and I hate the touchscreen treadmills. What ever happened to buttons and stuff why does everything need to be touchscreen? I hate that my speed or incline and change unintentionally if I just put my phone down

I just started my workout journey and decided to check out NewTech Gym in Las Vegas, and honestly, I’m really glad I did. Walking into a gym for the first time in a long time can be intimidating, but the vibe here made it way easier. The staff is super welcoming and they never make you feel out of place or like you’re supposed to already know everything.

The equipment is clean, modern, and there’s a lot of variety, which is great because I’m still figuring out what I actually like doing. Every time I’ve gone in, it’s never been overcrowded, and I don’t feel rushed or judged. Even the people working out are cool — no crazy egos, just regular folks doing their thing.

They’ve got machines that even I can understand, and when I didn’t, someone actually showed me how to use them without making it awkward. The place just has a good energy, and that’s exactly what I needed to stay motivated.

I want to give a special Thank you to the young lady at the front desk who was so kind and professional. She took the time to explain things to me, never made me feel rushed or like I was burden. She made my first moments in a slightly uncomfortable and new environment, welcome and easy..

The staff at NewTech Gym is super friendly and welcoming. They actually greet you, remember you, and make the place feel comfortable. It’s nice to go to a gym where you don’t feel judged or out of place. The whole vibe is relaxed but still motivating.

I also love that I can get through my workouts without fighting for machines. Even when it’s busy, it never feels chaotic. It just feels like everyone’s there to get a good workout in and mind their own business.

Overall, Newtech Gym has honestly become one of my favorite places to go. It’s simple, it’s positive, and it actually makes me look forward to working out. Highly recommend it.

Newtech Gym in Las Vegas is hands down one of the best fitness centers I’ve been to. The facility is spotless, modern, and equipped with everything you could possibly need — from high-end machines to well-maintained free weights and plenty of space for stretching or functional training.

I’ve had a great experience at Newtech gym. The workout environment feels motivating!

Chris, the manager, is always welcoming. He greets me every time I walk in and consistently checks in to make sure everything is going well. His professionalism and friendliness make a big difference.

Anthony, the trainer, has been incredible at keeping me focused and on track with my goals. He knows exactly how to push without overwhelming, and he makes each session count. His guidance has been one of the biggest reasons I’m staying consistent.

Overall, the combination of upgraded equipment, a supportive manager, and a dedicated trainer makes this gym a top choice.

I was genuinely excited to visit this gym as a personal trainer and competition bodybuilder. The facility looks amazing, but my experience with the front desk staff was so poor it stopped me from even taking a tour.
The level of disrespect and unfriendliness I encountered was shocking.
• I stood at the desk for roughly 30 seconds with zero acknowledgment before I had to say hello.
• The front desk girl looked up as if I was disturbing her, smacking gum, and clacking her long nails on her phone and simply said, "Yeah?"
• When I asked for a tour, she explained the manager was at lunch and I could "wait or leave." I chose to wait.
• After about 10 minutes, a helpful gentleman started to approach me, presumably to assist. The front desk girl immediately said "no" and shooed him away.
• The only people she treated with any measure of politeness were other bodybuilders coming in, which felt incredibly selective and unprofessional.
I have never felt so unwelcome at a gym. Given my professional background and commitment to training, I cannot understand why management would allow someone with such poor customer service to represent their facility. I left feeling utterly disrespected.

Man, this gym is viral. I've never seen such a hip gyp like this before. They even sell meal preps at the front desk. The daily pass is like $30 per day with a monthly membership price of $120. There are so many new and amazing machines like NewTech that has rotating bars that make you work out so ergonomically. I love this gym and highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about gainz 💥

I visited Newtech during Olympia week and took an Uber to and from Resorts World specifically because they had announced on Instagram (a day before our visit) that Hummus Fit’s Buffins would be available for purchase. I was disappointed to learn they weren’t actually able to sell any (despite the fridge being visibly stocked) which was misleading by what they communicated in the post. The front desk associate explained that they “couldn’t track inventory,” so the Buffins weren’t available for sale.

We offered solutions, such as paying cash upfront or having him note the purchase to input later once inventory tracking was active, but he simply replied “Nope, sorry.”

After I shared that we had made the trip out specifically because of their announcement on Instagram a day before, he seemed flustered, unsure how to handle the situation, and unaware that they shared an Instagram post about this. While I completely understand the growing pains of a newly opened gym still ironing out logistics, this was a missed opportunity to make it right—whether by offering a Buffin on the house, comping a day pass, or even just showing a bit more empathy and initiative to find a workaround or check with management around what’s possible.

We ultimately purchased two day passes to make the most of what became an $80 round-trip Uber, but left feeling that a small gesture could’ve completely changed the experience. With a bit more training on communication and customer care, the Newtech team could easily turn moments like this into opportunities to surprise and delight prospective customers or build loyalty instead of frustration.

The gym itself was spacious with great equipment. The women’s locker room wasn’t functional at all. It was obvious it wasn’t designed by a woman. While the sinks were free-standing and minimal in design, there were no countertops or areas to place items down nearby or hooks to hang bags in the bathroom stalls. The only solution was placing items down on the floor.

We travel to Vegas multiple times a quarter and love gym-hopping since there are so many great bodybuilding gyms off-strip. Unfortunately, that was our first and final visit to Newtech.

Got a chance to workout at this new gym called NewTech Gym. Not fully open to the public just yet still got some rooms working on. Very spacious with lots of new machines from NewTech and some old school machines as well. Lots of machines to choose from as well dumbbells and curl bars. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the Henderson area.
