Omalza Fitness Las Vegas is your strength and conditioning HIIT style fitness training gym. We offer monthly members that included unlimited classes and free guest passes. All coaches are certified personal trainers in Las Vegas and are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Our classes include boxing, conditioning, kettlebells, kickboxing, TRX, Bulgarian bag, upper body weightlifting and our infamous booty pump. I am not kidding when I say Omalza has changed my life. Prior to training at Omalza I attended a big box gym regularly however I wasn't getting the results I wanted. I started going to Omalza in April 2025 and I am proud to say I have lost 11.5lbs in 3 months, down 8.5% body fat, and have gained 2lbs of lean muscle. I would not have been able to accomplish this without Ian and Crystal's food and exercise plans.

I never felt like I was starving during the process. There was always a healthy focus on eating clean and ensuring I was actually eating enough to see positive results. We checked my results weekly and Ian did a great job of applying small adjustments for me to see maximum progress of fat loss and muscle gain.

If you need a program that will guarantee results OMALZA FITNESS is the place. I’ve always been active and in shape my whole life, and reached my peak fitness a few times in the past with omalza fitness. In the recent years life caught up with me and I got the most out of shape I’ve ever been. I tried numerous trainers, gyms, because I thought I could apply the programs I learned over the years from Omalza without actually going. But it definitely doesn’t work that way. lol. Joining this gym was the best decision I’ve made for my health. When I started, I had never worked out before and was honestly intimidated — but that changed quickly thanks to the amazing support and guidance I received.

I trained one-on-one with Ian for a year and saw incredible results: down 12.5% body fat and up 12.5 pounds of lean muscle. More than the numbers, I now feel confident in the gym and know how to safely and effectively lift weights.

I currently do the group classes, which are just as motivating and well-structured. The community here is welcoming and inspiring. I highly recommend this gym and Ian as a trainer to anyone, no matter where you’re starting from.

I would highly recommend Omalza fitness for anyone at any level of fitness. From beginner or advanced. I used to never train with a trainer and didn’t think I’d need one, I lost my drive, gained weight, and didn’t work out for a couple of years.

Omalza Fitness is the best gym in Vegas hands down. I just successfully completed the 6-week challenge and came away beyond impressed with the entire experience. With Ian's guidance, not only did I get stronger physically and mentally, I was able to lose 1.3 pounds of total bodyweight, lose 7 pounds of body fat and gain 3.8 pounds of lean muscle. After 2yrs of my cardio focused weight-loss journey I finally had the courage to sign up and step into a gym. This time around I wanted to build muscles and get stronger. I have been wanting to join this team, but never felt confident enough to do so. I am glad that I really did it this time! Ian and Crystal are amazing coaches! I immediately felt welcomed. Aside from Ian and Crystal, everyone was there to help and willing to teach proper forms and techniques so I felt really confident in what I was doing. I had no previous experience with the type of equipments being used in the gym, but I learned with Ian's guidance. I just wrapped up 6 weeks of training at Omalza Fitness, and I’m honestly blown away by the results I achieved. In just a month and a half, I lost 11.7 lbs of body weight, dropped 5.1% body fat, and gained 2.2 lbs of lean muscle. These numbers are real, and they reflect smart training, not shortcuts.

One of the biggest motivators was the energy in the gym. Being surrounded by others who were just as focused and driven made it easy to push harder and stay consistent. That sense of community made the whole experience way more enjoyable.

My husband and i joined the 6 week program and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We joined as members after we completed our 6 week challenge - we went 4-6 days a week. Ian is a really great trainer! Everyone in class is so nice and motivating.

I was little skeptical with the amount of food i was expected to eat, but i told my self to trust the process and be patient. I have never been so committed and determined. I usually would quit days in OR have frequent cheat meals.

Sure enough, my body fat % changed & my muscle increased! Trust the process! I can’t wait to see more results.

All the trainers are there to help you! They show you how to use the machine & they make sure your form is good! If there’s a exercise you can’t do they will modify it to make sure you’re still getting those gains! If you’re not sure what to eat, no worries they will give you a meal plan that’s easy to follow! The recipe book they have is easy to cook and delicious! Plus everyone here is nice. You will workout in peace! Not a soul there judging you! Ian and his crew will help you! So I just finished 6 weeks challenge with a Vegan meal plan. And I just want to say it was worth all time and money invested. I lost 9.7% body fat in 6 weeks and gain 5.7lb lean muscles. I I didn't work out for a while and always stop and start again. So I wanted something to help me get back on track and keep me accountable. But I got so much more. I've been Vegan for 3 years. And wanted to find a place where they provide a Vegan meal plan. And so far it was only 1 in Las Vegas. I just want to say don't hesitate and do it. I sing up for membership after my challenge, because all the classes challenging and trainers(Ian, Delmar, Sean, Seth and Kat)are amazing. Ian was helping me with my meal plan and guide me through all 6 weeks. Every week I did weigh in to see where I am at and based on it Ian adjust my meal plan. And I just want to say if your trainer told you to do something even if you think it doesn't make sense still do it and you will get results.

Just finished the 6-week challenge and all I can say is WOW. The challenge is 110% worth the money. What you gain from the challenge is honestly life changing. I lost 17lbs and 6% body fat in 6 weeks! At the beginning of the challenge Ian sits down with you and provides you with a meal plan specific to you and your goals. You have unlimited access to the classes during your 6 weeks as well as constant communication with Ian and the staff! The staff check in with you multiple times a week to make sure you’re staying on your meal plan, getting cardio in and attending classes.

They offer a lot of different types of classes between 5AM and 6:30PM. Most classes consist of stations (~5) and you go through the circuit normally 3 times. No matter what class you attend you’re going to get the BEST workout during a 45 minute session!

If you’re reading this and contemplating the 6-week challenge or a membership at this gym, DO IT! This place is the best!

Right after my first class at Omalza fitness I knew I’d be challenged in ways I haven’t been challenged in years.

The 6 week challenge was a great choice for me to get back in shape. Going to the gym and doing workouts on my own just wasn’t providing the results I’d like to see. I was tired of always telling myself to tweak my diet and workouts here and there and hope to see major changes, except they never came. I knew that if I wanted to achieve the results I desired, I needed to change up the routine.

Going in to the challenge my goal was to loose at least 6% in body fat in 6 weeks. I was able to do that...and then some. Following Ian’s diet plan and overall guidance I was also able to put on muscle (almost 5 lbs) while getting in the best shape I’ve been in years.

The knowledge I gained by following Ian’s advice really changed my point of view when it comes to dieting and working out. I knew diet and workouts go hand and hand, but I’ve never done it in a way where it kind of contradicts everything I’ve ever been told and believed in (eat white rice as part of the diet, uh what?!) but after seeing the results at my first weigh in, I was a believer.
1. Ian knows what he’s talking about.
2. You gotta trust the process.
3. It’s not easy, but I promise you it’s worth it.
In the short 6 weeks I was able to achieve results and reach goals I hadn’t achieved by mindlessly going to the gym on my own.
My cardio is better.
My strength is better.
My diet is better.
I was ready to step outside of my comfort zone and push my limits.
If you are looking to be in the best shape of your life, push yourself in ways you never knew it was possible and gain knowledge you can use for the rest of your life, THIS IS YOUR GYM!

I refuse to settle for less. It’s not an easy process, it takes a lot of self discipline and self accountability. It takes being painfully honest with yourself. It takes sacrifice and pushing your physical and mental limits to the max. If you show up, listen to the advice and leave every ounce of energy on the gym floor, you’ll leave a better person than when you first stepped foot in the door.

I've done several "6 week challenges" and this one was by far the best. I liked the healthy mix of workouts including Boxing, cardio kickboxing, push&pull, weight lifting, and my favorite, conditioning (basically a mix of cardio and weightlifting). In six weeks I drastically improved my cardio and strength! The meal plan is easy to follow and the trainers text you almost daily keeping you accountable for your GAINS! At the end, I chose to sign up with the gym because or it's great atmosphere and the people that made Omalza a fun experience, no matter how much you hurt after a slay fest like 5pm Conditioning class!

Started at Omalza 6 weeks ago and honestly was the kick in the butt I needed (literally). The classes are only an hour (you can find an hour a day to work out) and the meal plan/coaching keeps you eating healthy. I'm now down 22 pounds and 6% body fat. My clothes are all too big for me, I sleep better, play every sport longer and more explosive and just feel better overall. It's a commitment but we all only have 1 body for our entire lives. You'll put premium in your car to make sure it last longer but won't put premium in your body that has to last forever.

I entered the six week challenge after my coworker participated as she raved about how amazing this gym was.

The challenge is to choose between losing 20 pounds or 6% body fat, and I chose the 6%.

To start, the atmosphere of the gym is completely amazing. Everyone is friendly & knowledgeable, and the trainings are consistently pushing you to do your best. I thoroughly enjoyed the Tuesday/Thursday morning classes with the owner, Ian.

For the challenge, you are provided with a detailed & personalized meal plan, and an accountability coach that consistently checks in on your or is available to answer questions that you may have.

My results:
Lost - 8.5 pounds
Gained - 3 pounds of muscle
Body fat loss - 7%

Found this gym through my sister. I signed up for their 6 week challenge and had amazing results. I lost my 6% body fat within the 6 weeks and I learned how to properly prep my meals. After I said Got married last December, I unfortunately let myself go far more than I wanted and lost all confidence. I found the Omazala 6 week challenge on Facebook and thought it sounded too good to be true-6 weeks of classes, nutrition, and a coach looking out for me. I just completed it and met the goal of losing 6% body fat, but it also kicked me into realizing that it was time to take control of my health and nutrition. The variety of classes kept the workouts interesting and the camaraderie with the other participants was awesome to experience. I did the 6 weeks challenge and it was awesome! If you follow the plan, it’s definitely doable. I was 124.9 lbs with 25.3% body fat (5.2”) at the beginning of the challenge. I ended with 117.7lbs and 19.3%. I lost exactly 6% body fat.

So I was very strict with my diet and workout (3-4x week) and actually lost 6% body fat after 4 weeks. (Get a scale for your food, don’t guesstimate.) Then I went on a trip and ate everything lol. The hardest part for me was the last two weeks because I was traveling and had social events. I was able to maintain the fat loss of 6% for two weeks after and I was definitely cheating with food and drinks. Lol. 🙈 Overall, it was a great experience to challenge yourself and everyone at the gym was very welcoming! 💚💛💙

The 6-week challenge at Omazla Fitness is a great opportunity for those of us looking to break back into our fitness journeys. The team at Omalza is great and the coaches are committed to helping all of the challengers reach their goals. The workouts are a mix of HIIT and weight-training and are mainly focused on increasing overall strength and conditioning. They offer their classes at various times throughout the day so no matter your schedule you should find one class each day that works for you. One of the main reasons why I was interested in this particular challenge at Omazla is that they also include a semi-customized (depending on body-type and goal) nutrition plan that when combined with your workouts really allows you to see some change.

I was able to meet (and exceed) the goal of my challenge and am still at the gym as a monthly member.

Hey guys, just finished my challenge out and I’m super excited to say I over came it, this place was amazing, the coaches were super helpful and the atmosphere was extremely motivating. Throughout my first week here I could already see results. Some of the downfalls for me at omalza was location, it was a little far for me to drive everyday, but the fact that I kept seeing results week after week, kept me coming back.
As for meal plans, the meal plan at first was a little hard to follow, I didn’t really understand it and I also didn’t understand how eating more than I was currently eating, would give me the results I was looking for when we’re programmed to think eating less is the way to go. But my coach retro-fitted a custom plan for me, that was easy to follow and got me the numbers I was looking for.
For anyone interested in taking that challenge I highly recommend you do it, you’re going to be pushed to be the best possible you!

Omalza fitness ad popped up while I was playing video game on my cell phone. I saw it many times and the video of people training hard. I decided to try it; that was the best move I have made. I needed a big change cause I was at a place, I could not motivate myself to move and go to the gym (I have a membership).
I was working hard @ my job and @ home but I kept gaining weight and felt tired all the time. When I did workout, I was dizzy so I would stop. I’m 62 yrs old and thought it was because I was getting old. But that was not true.
Omalza Fitness gave me the drive to achieve a goal, “The 6wks challenge”. And that was a new chapter in my life. First day I could not even finish 15 mins of training, it kicked my butt. But I kept it up and saw results; in the beginning of the 2wk, I was able to go through the whole class and lost body fat.

I participated in the Omalza Fitness 6 week challenge to lose 6% body fat and I was successful! Ian and all the coaches at Omalza Fitness are absolutely amazing. Ian was my coach and he was constantly checking in to make sure I was on point with eating all the food and getting the work done. I’ll be honest, it was hard...I had some hiccups along the way trying to adjust my diet to accommodate all my fitness activities, but Ian made the perfect plan that worked for my body and my lifestyle! There are so many classes to chose from and lots of times to fit anyone’s busy schedule so I was never limited by the schedule. I feel great, look great, and I’m so proud of my accomplishment!!! Omalza’s 6-week challenge is just what I needed to kick-start getting back in shape. I was able to lose 9.4% body fat and gain 6.7 pounds of muscle mass within a short period. There are various classes such as conditioning, kettlebell, boxing, weight lifting, and etc. Classes are capped so you don’t have to worry about unmanageable class sizes. There are also classes dedicated to the challenge participants. The trainers keep the classes dynamic so it is not the same cookie-cutter routine/circuit. If you are looking for a group fitness environment/classes with instructors/trainers who care and are willing to help you achieve your goals; Omalza fitness is worth checking out.

I was looking for a 6 week challenge to get myself to get back into the gym and for the accountability. I loved that we had a coach during the 6 weeks and every week I received texts of asking how I was doing and words of encouragement. The variety of classes are great and it enables you to work on different areas in different ways. I will say the challenge is tough, they expect big results, but like they say, as long as you stick to it and concentrate on achieving your goals in the 6 weeks, you can be successful.

Everyone in the gym is nice and it is a smaller gym, which I like. Definitely a hard challenge, but I was successful.

We joined Omalza Fitness’ 6 week challenge on a whim, hoping to redeem ourselves from previously-failed weight loss attempts. We walked up for out first appointment and saw so many people pushed to their limits that my girlfriend was almost too intimidated to walk in, but we’re glad we did - the Omalza Fitness gym community is a positive and encouraging group of individuals. There's a decent variety of classes that are all guided to allow people with varying levels of fitness and fitness acumen to all participate together. With the support from the Omalza staff and the Total Nutrition staff, 6 weeks later, I have lost 18 pounds of body fat (7.5%, 18.8 lbs total) and gained 2.4 lbs of muscle. If you can carve out time to bring your fitness goals to fruition and the class schedules jive with yours, this is an excellent place to start.

Just recently completed the 6 week challenge and man oh man was it a challenge. Coming into it I was really tired of all the different types of diets I had tried and I wanted something that was consistent and was actually going to work. The first week was the hardest for me because it was all new to me, I never thought eating would be a problem but that was the biggest hurdle for me. As the weeks passed I got better and better at the nutrition and physical demands with the help of my accountability coach and all the coaches at Omalza. So just recently I completed the Omalza Fitness 6 Week Challenge and let me tell you it’s quite the challenge. I walked into Omalza Fitness unmotivated, needing a change in my lifestyle and wanting to feel that fire again of when you complete that final rep. From the moment you walk into Omalza Fitness everyone greets you and treats you like family. Everyone is there for you and they all want you to succeed. From having an accountability coach who is always there checking up on you and motivating you to having a set meal plan set up just for you. Coaches are amazing always pushing you because they know of the potential everyone has once they walk in through those doors. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants that change in their life and wants to feel that fire again. I once again feel motivated to work out again and take care of my body. I have completed the 6-week challenge at Omalza Fitness and it definitely was a challenge and a major lifestyle change for me! As a student and major foodie, I definitely did not prioritize being consistently active and eating more healthy. I joined with my cousin and sister, so it was definitely helpful to be in the process with others. After barely completing this challenge successfully, it made me want to continue this healthy lifestyle as best as I can (of course still being able to eat a little more freely, but having more self-control!) after seeing the before and after pictures they take of you. It didn't feel like much at times, especially with the fluctuating numbers, but there are slight/major changes you'll notice in which you don't want all of that hard work to go away. :) I could not continue with the gym after the challenge because of school schedule and cost unfortunately.

RESULTS:
6.4% of body fat lost
2.9 pounds lost
3.3 pounds muscle gained

Dislikes:
I had doubts at times with the number of calories I had to intake and especially when the meal plan changes so late in the week at times (but I understand that handling so many clients can be difficult). The in-body machine that weighs your percent body fat (PBF) was not very accurate as it fluctuates its numbers within minutes, which can be very stressful for me.

Likes:
Trainers are very nice, attentive, motivating, and helpful. The challenge includes a meal plan and offers unlimited class access to the gym with an accountability coach who overlooks your progress. Classes were challenging and very rewarding. There was a family feel as everyone motivates each other and starts to know one another! Being able to always be able to communicate with your coach with any questions you may have!

Before this challenge, I had completely fell off and lost my body confidence. I wasn’t in a good space physically and I was ready for a change. I was a bit intimidated by the challenge, however I knew that I wanted change and I knew that Omazla was the place for me. First and foremost, the classes were all very good, especially the weight lifting classes. I truly appreciate how each coach made sure that I was lifting to my maximum ability, held me accountable, and helped me with my form- they truly pushed me to levels that I didn’t think me or my body could reach. Secondly, the meal plan was probably the hardest part of the challenge. Before this challenge, I thought my version of “healthy” was healthy, and it turns out that I was doing more harm to myself than I ever intended too. I went from eating once or twice a day to 4-5 times a day. I cut out all of the foods and processed foods , and replaced them with the foods that were listed on my meal plan. I completely felt the difference within my performance on the court and while lifting weights. Additionally, I didn’t think that I would be able to meal prep the right way, however I completely surprised myself. I found joy in cooking my meals and eating them.

Overall this has been an amazing challenge. It has showed me who I truly am and where I am destined to be. I have fell in love with my body, and have built self confidence overall. Additionally, I have learned so much about food and how to take care of my body. I feel well educated and so prepared for the future. By no means was this challenge easy. There has been ups and downs, but definitely more pros than cons! This challenge will push you to your limits, in which you will realize just how capable you are! So don’t give up, and don’t be intimidated! Keep your eyes on your “why” and trust the process! There was many times when I felt like I couldn’t go anymore, but my “why” was bigger than giving up! Everybody’s journey is different, but never give up on your path!!

Finished my 6-week challenge with 6.2% fat loss, 5.1 lbs weight loss and 3.6 lbs muscle gain. It has been quite a struggle for me to get here. I was on track for the first 3 weeks. However, I gained some at the end of the 4th week, set me back to 3.3%. It definitely put me in the panic mode. I felt so defeated and thought that I wouldn't be able to reach the goal. Thanks to everyone at Omalza for believing in me and supporting me. Special thanks to Ian Omalza, my accountability coach for guiding me through this challenge. He made sure that I finished my food and came to work out regularly. With all the right advice and support, I was able to lose almost 2% in 1 week, put me back on track by the end of 5th week. My last week was definitely the hardest week, full of frustration and confusion. However, I was fortunate to have all the advice from everyone I've met during this challenge, I was determined to finish what I started. Overall, this challenge has offered me so many new perspectives about fitness. I have gained lots and lots of respect for everyone who has guided me through this. Just finished my 6-week challenge and I could not be happier with the results. Rewind to 6 weeks ago, I had just recently gotten engaged and was looking for a gym that could help me get back into the normal fitness routine. One morning I was on Social Media and saw an ad for Omalza Fitness 6 week challenge. I reached out to them and was scheduled for a complimentary consultation. After going over the details of the program I signed up. All the classes and trainers at the gym are amazing. Boxing/Kickboxing with Delmar is a great cardio workout and he is very detailed in the exact moments and is always checking to make sure you are performing the movements correctly. Kettle Bells with Sean is great and you are guaranteed to wake up sore the next morning. Conditioning classes with Duron were one of my favorites, he always found a way to make you push yourself to your limit, and found a way to make working out fun! Ian was my coach for my six-week challenge and he was always checking in on my to see how I was doing and coaching me along the way. Even my co-workers at the Law Firm I work at noticed a difference and are wanting to sign up and join do the challenge as well. Overall I lost a total of 11.1% body fat, 12 lbs and gained 4 lbs in muscle! It feels great to be back in shape again. I am looking forward to seeing what further improvements I can make! Hello everyone! I just finished the 6-Week Omalza Fitness Challenge today and I feel amazing! The whole experience has been transformative and rewarding, to say the least. I love this gym so much and all the people who made it possible. I've heard/seen great things about it through a family member and various ads on social media so when I saw it on FB, I knew I had to jump on it.

For me, I wanted to challenge myself and get leaner. I didn't have any weight to lose so I chose the 6% body fat lost. At first, I was hesitant about all the meals I had to eat and the protein shakes I had to drink. I thought to myself, those are way more than I was eating and protein shakes are just supplements I don't need. Plus, I would have to give up my wine and margaritas! 😲 But, they know what they are doing so I trusted the process and it works!

The bundle deal of the nutrition plan, group classes, and accountability coach made my goal so much more attainable and fun. I started taking 3 classes for the first half of the challenge and took 4 by the end of it. I like pushing myself with every workout and the coaches are right along with you-pushing, motivating, and encouraging you to do your very best. The coaches here are great teachers and mentors. My coach, Ian, has been checking in regularly with me on my progress. I ask him questions and concerns I may have. It's important to keep that line of communication with your coaches as they are there to help and keep you on track. There were a couple times my coach and I had to adjust my diet because my metabolism has gotten faster and I needed more fuel to hold me up. It has been a series of trial and error but I finally got a hang of it and glad to make it to my challenge.

I would like to thank all the wonderful coaches-Ian, Dave, Sean, Maria, David L. and the
whole Ofit family for this great experience. I tried different classes every time and I thoroughly enjoyed myself with each one. You guys kicked my butt and made me sweat like no other and I love it!

Well I am soooo super excited to say I not only completed the 6 week challenge but I met all my goals....I lost 11.4 lbs, gained 2.8 lbs of muscle and met the 6 % body fat percentage loss goal!! All this at the ripe old age of 53!! I thought at times that maybe I was just too old to do it when I saw all the 20 and 30 yr olds there but I just needed to realize that I was on my own journey!! I may have needed to make some adjustments to a few moves in the classes but for the most part I kept up with everyone...So never say “ I can’t do it” because if I can do it you can too!! But I can’t leave out the amazing staff, the awesome coaches....David Nelson was always cheering me on and super supportive!! I joined the 6 week challenge to get a jump start into exercising again. I was working out last year up until October and didn’t work out again until the end of February when I started this challenge. In 4 months, I had gained back almost all of the weight I had lost in the 10 months of exercising and needed something to get me motivated again.

The 1st week of the challenge was tough, my body was in pain and I was craving other types of foods. I continued taking 4 classes a week and stuck to the meal plan. As the days went on it got better, I didn’t crave any foods and had less and less body aches.

At the end of the 2nd week my numbers didn’t change and I reached out to the coaches asking what should I do. They said I needed to double my carbs for my breakfast and lunch meals. I did that and my numbers started progressing in the right direction. At the end of my 4th week, my body fat was down 5.9% overall, with the goal being 6% or more.

Then on my 5th week, my muscle mass went down (not what we want) and my body fat went up to 5.2% overall, I started to panic and reached out to the coaches again. This time they said add an additional protein serving, double carbs to dinner and add in an extra shake after dinner daily. My body was needing more fuel, but wasn’t getting it so it started storing fat again.

My last week was tougher finishing the meals, I was really stuffed, but I decided to continue on and it did make the difference in raising my muscle mass. I made it to 6% in body fat on my last weigh in.

Final results:
Weight: -3.6 lbs.
Muscle mass: +3.8 lbs.
Body fat -6.0%

Thank you to all of the people at Omalza Fitness. I attended classes with David N., Sean, Ian and David L. It was definitely a great learning experience for me and I’d do it all again. As others have said, it’s important to communicate with the coaches about any concerns or changes, give your best at each workout and eat all of your meals.

I had such a great experience with this gym. I did their 6 week challenge and loved every second of it. I lost 8.2 lbs, gained muscle and lost 6.1% body fat! The trainers are great and the workouts are all just the right amount of tough to get you that good sweat going on! My favorite part of my experience was having an accountability coach. Each week my coach would check in on me and my results from my weigh in. Because I’m so active my meal plan had to be changed quite a bit to find the balance of what my body needed to lose fat and gain muscle. My coach never gave up on me and we did it! The past 6 weeks have been a roller coaster for me! My challenge ended as of 3/24. The coaches at this gym are the most encouraging and positive role models you will ever come across. They do more than teach you, they work out along WITH YOU! They show you that you can do it. You just have to LISTEN! There are times where I would give in and some how they pulled more out of me. They taught me to eat better and treat my body the way it DESERVES. Omalza has given more than just a place to work out. They gave me heart. Heart to push for more, to set goals and ACHIEVE THEM. Love this gym! I did the 6 week challenge and accomplished my goal. The diet was easy to follow, and included easy to eat, delicious food. I never at any point felt like I was hungry, and even when I upped my cardio and wanted to do more classes at the gym, my accountability coach adjusted my diet to make sure I was eating enough foods to help in the fat loss process and helped to gain muscle. The coaches/trainers were very helpful, and supported me along the way. At the end of 6 weeks, I lost 6.2% body fat, gained 3LBS of muscle and lost a total of 6lbs body weight. I learned so much from taking this challenge and can’t wait to continue taking classes and being a part of this gym. I love it! Hi everyone!

I've just completed my 6-week challenge at Omalza Fitness. I was definitely reluctant to start at first because I’ve heard stories of how difficult it was to adjust to the Ofit lifestyle. But after much inspiration from another challenger and meeting with Ian for my consultation, I decided to sign myself up.

I’m not going to lie, after being explained the guidelines and shown the nutrition plan that came with the challenge, I was super nervous. I’m still a student, work extra full-time in hospital and emergency medicine, and have other extracurricular activities that I take part in, so I was afraid that I didn’t have the time to commit. With my busy schedule, I was only used to eating one large, not-so-healthy meal a day for dinner and even with going to my local gym 5-6 times a week, I wasn’t seeing any results. Then I started the challenge at Omalza.

Their nutrition plan is personally set up for you and adjusted by your Accountability Coach as they see fit based on your weekly progress. And let me tell you, it was a lot of food to eat at first that I was not used to. I was hesitant to follow the diet because of how much food they require you to consume on a daily basis, but I told myself to stick to it. Initially, I felt like I was eating the same three boring meals and two protein shakes every day, which got super tiring. Then I started finding more creative, tastier ways to meal prep and it made eating much more enjoyable!

With all that being said, I’m happy to say that I was able to successfully lose a total of 17.6 lbs of body weight, 10.4% of body fat, and overall gained lean muscle! Not only do the Omalza trainers provide you with strenuous, yet gratifying fitness classes, but they also teach you so much about what’s best for your body. Everybody there treats you like family and we all have the same long-term goal. I definitely recommend joining this gym if you’re interested in maintaining a happier, healthier lifestyle.

So...
I kept randomly seeing this place(passing by it and on social media) ....but never thought more about it since I was already going to LVAC and doing dance classes. And while I'm built with a large winter coat(chunky), I was slowly making progress on my own but also hit a bit of a plateau after losing about 20ish lb on my own over the span of 2 years.
My friend(Tiffany B.) had gone thru the challenge and ended up signing up about a year ago and I saw how her body transformed. And while I wanted to give it a try I kept putting it off. But, then my sister(Zoe C.) told me about Omalza and how she was interested in doing the challenge and the rest is history.
I felt incredibly insecure and skeptical because I had already gone thru a weight loss transformation before and had a predetermined mindset about how things were supposed to go(gym,staff,nutrition and personal success)but after the 6 weeks I couldn't be happier or more wrong about my initial thoughts.
Ian was my accountability coach and did just that and more(despite his already busy schedule and just having another addition to his fam) he reminded me to show up, we yelled at each other about rice and why it's important to eat... and honestly he actually gave a sh*t. Not only did he push me physically in the gym, but he helped to shift my mindset so that I could push myself in a way that I hadn't in a long time.()
And the trainers...
I was really only able to make mornings work for me on tue and thurs cause this place is about 20 min away for me while lvac is a skip away down the street...
Duron is literally the kind of coach I had been looking for since moving to Vegas. He pushes people just enough, plays bomb music at 5am, and really focuses on safe form(something I was taught back home) I knew he was legit from the first class.
And Maria... first off...I don't care to take fitness classes with women BUT not only is her body the epitome of goals but she is hilarious and makes her class so . Her class is the most intense but alot of the time I danced around with her even though my body ached and my sweat was sweating. She is straight fire!
Omalza is a hefty bet to place on yourself, but it's the best bet you'll make...
Again... personal opinion.
Side note: My sister accomplished her goal of losing 6 percent body fat and I crushed my goal of losing 25 lb.

So, I have been thinking of joining this gym/6 week challenge since August 2018. I knew I couldn't fully commit due to going out of town, having my second child in April 2018, and going to school/working. Honestly, I was just skeptical in general if i could get this done. I kept telling myself... "I know what i'm doing- I can do it on my own". After yo-yo dieting (when you try a bunch of diff crash diets or diets you find on pinterest over and over again) and doing the same things at the gym, my weight stayed the same and there were no definite results. After telling my sister about this challenge, my interest in the challenge was sparked again.. Despite having the same amount of things on my plate with my two children, trying to pass my nursing school admissions exam (which i passed ), and work, I had no trips planned so I figured I would do it with her. (side note- my sister lost a total of 25 pounds and won as well! )

This was by far the BEST decision i've made to hit my post baby weight goals and overall the best fit life challenge i've done. I started off at 149.3 pounds and i'm about 5'1 and by the end of the 6 weeks I lost a total of 15.7 pounds. In a 5 week span... yes, 5 weeks, not 6. I lost a total of 7.1% body fat. I was able to achieve these results with the help of my amazing accountability coach (Ian). He was/is very easy to talk to and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. There was a week where I was behind and I thought I wasn't gonna pass, BUT the communication and the advice he gave me helped SO much. I was able to express my difficulties during the challenge and he was able to guide me to succeed. The good thing about having an accountability coach is that they can help guide you with the food intake you need to match the amount of workouts you put in.

Also, the classes. They have conditioning classes, Booty (leg day) classes,Boxing, weightlifting and this AMAZING ROPES class taught by one of my favorite trainers at Omalza. But, every trainer is honestly great, helpful, and they push you to do better in each class. I have an introvert personality so for them to make me feel comfortable is honestly really surprising and incredible. The people that you're working out with are on the same page as you. Everyone is working for the same thing- to be fit! There is no shaming and there are allllll different kinds of body types. The time of the classes are very manageable as well. There is a 5 am class for the workers that start at 8am and there are 7pm classes for the workers that finish at 5pm. There are also classes throughout the day. Are you worried about not being able to take your infant or child with you?! Bring em! I brought my 9 month old daughter with me to a bunch of classes and she was able to watch me work out :).

The best advice I can give someone that is in the challenge or considering the challenge is to listen to your accountability coach, EAT (yes, I said EAT!) , and go full force from the first week and just KILL IT! I swear you'll see results.

I did the 6 week challenge at Omalza fitness. They gave us a meal plan and texted us regularly for up dates. The classes are fun but difficult. I loved the boxing and kickboxing classes for cardio. I learned so much by taking this challenge and I will definitely continue on going to this gym.

SIGN UP FOR THEIR 6 WEEK CHALLENGE! Best decision if you really want to hit your goal this year of getting the body you want without dragging it out. Challenge yourself and discipline with the best coaches who are knowledgeable, helpful, and available.

I probably picked the worst time to do the 6 week challenge, with Chinese New Year and the Super Bowl both landing within the 6 weeks; however, I was still able to enjoy both events while being able to lose body fat during that time. I worked with both Ian and David who were both helpful when educating me about meals and nutrition (emphasis on nutrition, NOT diet). The meal plan they provided was flexible in that I did not have to follow a specific recipe if I didn't want to, as long as I stick to what was on the list. It made things easier and I was able to get a bit creative through the weeks.

I lost a total of 11 lbs and hit the 6% body fat goal, it was the best feeling ever! I can't say it was the easiest process. It took hard work, determination, lots of sweat, tears (if you had Ian as your instructor), and making sure you get to class on time if you had Sean as your instructor. I have always hated going to cardio classes and have always avoided cardio. However, there were a variety of classes offered and each class was well planned out beforehand by the instructors and after surviving a few of them, I actually started getting better at the different exercises, which increased my appreciation for cardio.

Lastly, I want to say that this has all been an experience and it wouldn't have been the same without the community at Omalza. If you are looking for a gym that is filled with hard working individuals, who also have full time jobs outside the gym, who are encouraging when you want to give up, and who will help hold you accountable for your goals, then you should definitely check out Omalza!

After the first week my numbers stayed the gym. I was doubting myself since my body fat was already in low at 18% BUT Attending classes with an adjustment to meals plan diet, I was able to lose 3% in one week. For the final result was 17lb weight loss and 7.1% body fat loss. Trust the process 💪🏼

THE BEST GYM WITH THE MOST AMAZING STAFF AND TRAINERS! I decided to try out and do the 6 week challenge just because I’ve never done anything like this before. I wanted change in my life and this gym definitely did that for me! I feel so much better, I actually enjoy working out now because of Omalza, and I learned so much about nutrition that I used to be so confused about.

I fully respect all the trainers and their hard work each and everyday, not only towards themselves but also with helping everyone else. You can really tell that they all care about our growth.

With this gym, you never work out alone which I love! So there’s always someone there to lead and push you. I took the classes about 4 times a week. They’re quite hard BUT no pain no gain! There’s no progress in life without hard work!

I joined the 6 week challenge and I believe they are one of the most experienced & committed teams around. I trained 3 times a week, really enjoyed the variety & challenge they put into the sessions. They have high quality, diverse group classes, the equipment is in good condition and staff and trainers are very nice, enthusiastic and well prepared.

My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete most exercises and generally push myself harder throughout each session.

The best gym experience I've had hands down. While doing their 6 week challenge I learned why I wasn't getting the results I wanted. Sometimes in life you stop working out for one reason or another and can I just say how unfair it is the rate muscle is lost compared to how long it takes to gain?! I started working out again but wasn't seeing the results I longed for. I was struggling with gaining the muscle and strength back that I used to have.

My first experience with Omalza is when I was asked by a friend to come in for a group training session. By the end of the session I was more sore than I had felt in years and I loved it. I was able to go back once more after that but sadly that was it. Fast forward 9 months or so to 6 weeks ago.
I was browsing through Facebook one day and up popped the 6 week challenge. Without hesitation I jumped on the chance to join. Within the first week I lost 3.3% body fat and felt amazing! I recently finished the 6 Week Challenge at Omalza Fitness and saw some positive results. I lost 8% body fat and 17 pounds over the duration of the challenge.

Overall, I think that it was definitely a good start to getting my fitness levels back up while losing body fat and weight in the process. I’ve heard a lot of rumbling about how the diet was the hardest part of the challenge, but I think it was really easy to follow. I definitely am in the minority with this mindset, but there were plenty of good options for satisfying meals.

The workouts themselves got easier as time progressed. I found myself struggling at the beginning, as is the case with most workout regimens. The last few weeks they got easier and I found myself wanting to do more and more classes to feel more challenged.

The only negatives I would say is that I wish they offered more of a variety from day to day with the classes. It’s the same classes on each day of the week so if you can only make it certain days, you are kind of stuck in the same repetitive routine. I also wish that they offered classes on the half hour. That would make it a lot easier to attend more classes after work hours.

But I did enjoy the experience and definitely plan on keeping up with the program moving forward. Just a few minor details to be worked on here and there.

This gym is awesome! I just finished my six-week challenge and I’m down 12lbs, up 5 lbs of muscle with a total of 6% body fat loss. This program really works if you stay consistent and push yourself! All of the trainers are great and they really push you and keep you motivated to see results! They offer a ton of classes in the morning and evening to work with your schedule. I first walked through the doors of Omalza Fitness at 230 lbs. By taking group classes and working out with a personal trainer, I lost 50 lbs. However, I hit a plateau. They have no magic pill, but if you're willing to put in work the trainers are more then willing to educate you on how to be a better you. I was definitely hesitant to start this 6-week challenge with Omalza fitness. The challenge was to drop 6% body fat in just 6wks which sounded a little too ambitious for me but I signed up anyway. They set me up with personal training, a nutritionist, and daily coaching to help reach my goal. So in 6wks I basically went from 195lbs to 177, dropped 7.3% body fat and didn’t lose a pound of muscle mass. Excellent Gyme!

Did the 6 week challenge and it was great. I play Ice Hockey several hours a week and after the challenge I was moving so much faster in game! I lost 4.1% body fat. I was supposed to lose 6% but I was out of town for 2.5 weeks for work trips and still lost that much fat as well as about 15 pounds. I will be continuing to do conditioning and working out at the gym with a goal to lose another 10% body fat for hockey.

The proof is in the pudding!!!!

Started off this journey/challenge at 18.3% body fat and was able to shred 6.2% of major fat to drop down to 12.1%. I have to admit it wasn't easy but if you want something you have to go after it. Shot out to all the coaches at Omalza Fitness and the rest of the Ofit fam for all the support and encouragement.

Let me tell you that this is the best gym experience you will ever get. The staff is amazing and the personal trainers and classes you will love but will hate oh so dearly but in a good way because the classes utterly destroy you! When you hear six-week challenge, some of you may think but what if I do not reach the end goal? How is this gym different?

At this gym not only are you given a nutrition and fitness coach who motivates and messages you frequently, but you are given many classes taught my exceptional and kind trainers. My very first class I could not complete the warm up. By the end of the first week I was barely winded by the warm up. By week two, I did not need a break between the exercises which I required before. The dramatic increase in physical endurance and ability to complete different tasks at higher weight or a more challenging manner was impressive. Each class and Each coach gave such different and helpful aids to the overall goal.

Jesse is a great motivator and helps you accomplish each task. David will help you lift more than you thought you could and laugh while you do it. Sean challenges everyone to put forth their entire effort possible and does scale back for individuals who may not be at the level as the rest of the class. Delmar focuses on form and then increases difficulty and makes the classes so positive and fun. Duron makes each class fun while pushing you. Ian is always there is welcome and encourage while making sure you work. Kelcie will work out alongside you while you are sweating. There are so many more coaches, but these are the ones I was able to grow with. You would be surprised by the availability and variety of classes. Even classes by the same name are different by coach and week.

6% body fat seems like a large mountain to climb but within two weeks my pants were falling off me while I was in class! Complete strangers were telling me I did not look like the person in my work bio. I have not felt so capable, so skinny and so challenged in a very long time.
The diet is tailored to each person's needs and is adjusted as needed depending on your body's response. Stick with the nutritional guide and the classes you will be surprised by yourself.
I have continued on after the challenge at this fantastic gym and with a personal trainer. I am thrilled to say!

I just completed the 6wk challenge and I must say it was a great experience. I didn’t reach my goal, but I was able to jump start my fitness goals and hopefully will be able to reach them. The gym is located near Rainbow/215 so it’s easily accessible. The trainers are great, lots of variety in the different types of classes, and the people who attend have such a great vibe. If they had more mid afternoon classes avail I would’ve definitely stuck with them, but my current work schedule isn’t a good fit at this time. If you’re looking for a new gym, with a great vibe, I would highly recommend Omalza Fitness. Eating is made easy as well with OFit Meals by Chef Shanti. Her meals are amazing!!

Just completed the 6 week challenge and I have to say the classes were intense and to the point. Classes are at all times of he day so there is no excuses. In 5 weeks I was able to get to my goal of losing 6 percent body fat and that was with only 3 classes a week and with a nutrition diet. 5 years ago, I had previously trained with the owner, Ian Omalza, before he had his own gym. I always loved his up beat personality. He pushes you hard and so does his new gym. I did the 6 week challenge after being on a long hiatus from working out and eating good. It was time for a new routine and I’m glad that I completed his 6 week challenge. I was able to jump-start my workout routine, get back into the swing of things and work with their in-house nutritionist to accomplish my goals. Recently just finished the 6 weeks challenge. Probably one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time.
The classes are challenging and the coaches really make sure you feel the burn . I was sore for a whole week after my first class and that’s when I knew this was going to work.
Dieting was probably the hardest part of the challenge for me but going to the classes and seeing everyone so motivated, motivated me to keep going and not give up.
Big shout out to the coaches for being so nice, encouraging and making the classes fun! Especially Dave for always giving that extra push!
Finished the challenge with 7% bf loss , 8 pounds weight loss, and put on 4 pounds on muscle mass!

Love this gym! I have been up and down with my weight for the last 3 years. I tried different programs and nothing seemed to stick. I didn't have the accountability portion and nutrition that I most needed until I joined Omalza's 6 week challenge. I also had a great coach, David, to help me with my food and workout goals. The nutrition aspect prior to joining Omalza were always things like "cut carbs or don't eat this food group." Or you google what your macros should be and they're totally different on every website. Those are not long term at all. Instead they told me to eat more carbs and protein and eat clean. It was nice not having to track my macros, just eat my meals. I followed their directions and consistently kept losing weight. All the trainers are great at Omalza and all the workouts are intense. They also have a bunch of different classes to choose from- my favorite is boxing. I'm at the end of my 6 week challenge and I decided to join the gym. I love it and I get to continue the support from all the trainers. I'm currently a dental student so I know what a busy schedule is like, so there's no reason anyone else with a busy lifestyle can't accomplish what I have been able to at Omalza. So if you're serious about losing weight, tired of making excuses, and ready for some long term lifestyle changes, this is the place for you :)

Omalza set me back on track. I was slowly gaining weight after having my second kid (maybe due to my thyroid issues and lack of exercise, diet, etc.) After I had my total thyroidectomy for thyroid cancer, I started gaining even more weight. I went back to the gym but I wasn't seeing much progress. My friend posted a pic of her at this gym and how she could fit into her prepregnancy clothes. I was intrigued. I thought it over for a few weeks and decided to sign up for the 6 week challenge. During my meeting I had brought up my concerns to Randy and Shannon about my thyroid issue. Having no thyroid can really mess up your body functions as it controls a lot...we were hoping it would reset my body through this challenge. Shannon even told me I can come to her to change my diet if something wasn't working.

Fast forward to after 3 weeks of the challenge. I had lost about 5% body fat and I knew I had to keep going. I started off obese on the body fat scale and now I'm about average. Today I finished the challenge and I have to say I kicked ass by losing 7.9% body fat. Haha. They have these hard classes which you really can make it what you want out of it. I only was able to take classes with Ian, Dave, Del and Sean but all of the different classes rocked! I modified on my own if my 35 year old knees started to hurt and I pushed my self to my limit every time. I had an accountability coach, Shalene, who would check in weekly and I was able to ask her questions about my diet as well.

Overall, Omalza continues to improve its system of doing things, like maximum class sizes, etc. but it has been a great experience for me. If you aren't fully invested in getting fit then this isn't the place for you. You have to go all in to get some gains!

I completed my 6 week challenge at Omalza Fitness which began on Mother's day as a gift from my beautiful and wonderful daughter. Omalza Fitness is the first gym that I have come across that actually have certified nutritionists who takes time to reply and answer any questions that I had. The trainers I have encountered and worked out with are invested with everyone who comes in to join their class. They make me feel that I matter and belong. There is no judgement, the trainers are sincere and have always found alternatives, due to some physical limitations, so that I can get a good work out that benefits me overall by the end of class. Although I did not meet my 6% fat loss, I've gain an abundance wealth of knowledge, starting with myself, who I have ignored for many years that shifted the focus on my children. Knowledge of how nutrition (knowing what kinds of food, portions and food prepping for the week) plays a major part and with exercise, I can continue to reach my goals in living a healthy life where my kids, especially my daughter, will not have to worry about me being there in her future. The Omalza staff made me feel at home. Ian, Duron, David, Delmar and Shannon gave me advice, guidance and most of all encouragement to keep going even when I was doubting myself. Thanks to them I have a new view and way of living my life which is a continuous journey and now have incorporated in my daily routine. This was the best Mother's day present I have received and I am blessed to have a conscientious daughter and Omalza Fitness be a part of my Journey to healthier life.

After doing the Omalza 6 weeks challenge, I lost 7 percent of my body fat (15 pounds of fat). One thing that made a HUGE difference was the food plan they provided. In the first week, I could barely walk or exercise because my legs were dead from the Buns and Guns class. I thought my first week’s weigh in results would be disappointing since I had to skip on a lot of the classes that week to recover, but I actually lost 3 percent of my fat and gained muscle with changing my diet alone. I learned how to eat to nourish my body because everything I thought I knew about eating right was wrong. It isn’t about eating less and starving yourself. It’s about eating enough, sometimes more if you’re burning more calories in the day than usual and NEVER SKIPPING A MEAL.

The classes are amazing and everyone is so encouraging and motivating. You get to work out with other six week challengers and gym members. I personally loved seeing how I improved and got stronger every week. I couldn’t do push ups or do rope pulls on the sleds. Now I’m really excited that I can do regular push ups and add weight to the sleds and keep challenging myself to do better for the next class.

Just ended my six week challenge with omalza fitness! Omalza 6 Week Challenge definitely challenged myself in ways I never pushed myself before. Not only are the workouts tough but each trainer has a different style which makes the workouts interesting every time. Joining Omalza had to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. I started as a 6 week challenger, couldn’t handle even the simple workouts. Over the next couple weeks, I started to notice some changes and was able to lose 6.4% body fat by the end of the challenge. I feel stronger, healthier, and my self confidence is building. I also gained more knowledge about health and nutrition than any other gym has given me.

I am usually the type to be shy and feel socially out of place in gyms, but at Omalza, I always felt included because everyone was so welcoming. All of the coaches are encouraging and push you to your limit. I love that every class is different, so you’ll never get bored. If you decide to join, definitely try all the different classes! This place is AMAZING! After being diagnosed with bone cancer, in my left knee, and 3 surgeries later, I completely gave up on working out. Fast forward 4 years and 20 pounds later. I found it extremely hard to loose weight. I tried pilates, personal training at EOS, and Zumba, but all of them would make my knee hurt so bad and the instructors wouldn't have time or patience to accommodate or give me alternative exercises. Due to amount of trauma in my left knee, I can't do a lot of the conventional exercise like everyone else and to this day my knee still bothers me to walk. But then I found Omalza fitness!

I can't say enough good things about this place! I found them through Facebook, when I saw their six week challenge ad. Having lost hope in ever being able to workout and loose weight properly, I decided to send them a message. Within hours I got contacted by Kelcie and made an appointment that same day! Kelcie is awesome! She explain everything and didn't sugar coat anything. She clearly told me that if I wanted to loose weight, the gym would help, but if I wasn't going to be serious about it not to waste my time. I signed up for the six week challenge and I ACTUALLY met my goal!

The instructors and staff are great! They genuinely care! Each class I attend, I always insured to let them know I had knee problems and can't do some of the exercise. They would say no problem and thank me for letting them know. Omalza is no joke, you work your butt off! They would push me to my max, but always insuring I wasn't in pain or hurt. If they could tell I was having a hard time, they would modify exercise for me. I had never been to a gym where they genuinely cared about you. By the end of my second week everyone knew my name and would always say hi. The six week challenge was honestly hard for me; going from not working out at all and eating junk food everyday was a complete change. But I manage to do it! I completely change my diet, which was honestly the hardest part for me, and would go workout 3 to 4 times a week here. By the end I lost 4 pounds and 6.7% of body fat (in March) and I'm still losing more weight. This gym gave me the support and knowledge I needed to start my fitness journey. I'm forever grateful!

(to be fair, this occurred May 7th) Upon arriving here, I was waiting(ignored) for a good 10-15 minutes, before the rude receptionist finally decided to address my girlfriend and I. When she finally speaks, it's solely to ask for a name and if my girl had an appointment, which we did. Then she proceeds to continue her interactions with a woman whom she just spent an eternity talking too, all while we are STILL waiting for our appointment. This place is a damn joke, after the 6 week trial, if you've lost 25 lbs, you don't have to pay him the outrageous hundreds that you now "owe" the gym. This place seems to cater to folk of a certain skin complexion, we were the only people of color in view, and I believe Stephanie (the receptionist, was her name) made sure of that. Avoid this place at all costs, unless you don't mind waiting around for a "free" group fitness class. It's hard when you are just trying to lose weight, and you have ignorant idiots like these with prejudice, that are 'running the game'.

Omalza Fitness is such a unique gym - the trainers definitely know how to get the ball rolling on your fitness journey. I've been going to the gym for two years and it hasn't become dull in the slightest. The trainers are friendly and willing to slow movements down so you can full grasp the concept of each exercise, while maintaining form and not hurting yourself. They offer classes: such as boxing, bulgarian bag, conditioning, kettlebell, and beginning weightlifting. They also offer personal training in either one on one settings or with a small group of 2-4. All of the regulars are super friendly and it's great to have a fun, but competitive atmosphere. If you're just starting your fitness journey or need some new stimulation, give Ofit a try - you won't regret it!

I’m been coming to Omalza for almost a year now and love it. I first started with unlimited group classes, then did Personal training with Ian and most recently the 6 week fitness challenge. I learned the most about how my body changes with proper nutrition and regular classes in these past 6 weeks. While everyone is different eat and the journey will go up and down, the key is consistency!

With the 6 week challenge we were to follow the meal plan and attend at least 3 Omalza classes per week. Total Nutrition partnered with Omalza and we did an In Body Test weekly that measured our weight, Body Fat %, muscle mass and so much more. Jake from Total Nutrition was extremely helpful. Omalza provided us with a meal plan, grocery list, recipes, at home workouts, an accountability coach to check in with and unlimited group classes. The formula was set up for us to succeed, and many did. With any workout plan, one must have the motivation to change, and the proper tools. Not only does Omalza provide the proper training and techniques, but they bring together many like minded individuals who want to improve and support each other. Everyone I’ve met through Omalza has a growth mindset and literally cheers each other on when we need that extra push. It feels like a family and I really feel supported and challenged when I’m there. The hardest part is getting out of bed and coming, but once you’re there you’re sure to see results!

The trainers are the best of the best. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and know how to help you reach your goals. In my opinion, Ian and Sean are the most challenging, so be ready to work and sweat if you take their class. Del is really encouraging and explains movements very clearly. You’ll get an effective workout with Dell. Duron gives a lot of variety to his classes and make it fun. Kelcie really pushes you, and works hard to make sure you get a good workout! Mae is really upbeat and makes the workout move quickly. Dave and Austin gives a great combination to their workouts and makes sure your foundation is solid. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and motivating if you choose to do personal training or group classes.

The location of the gym is easy to get to, right off the freeway and parking is abundant. The Gym is new, a good size and a lot of useful equipment. There are various rooms including a kitchen and lounge where you can bring your kids. There isn’t a baby sitter, but I see children who are fine to entertain themselves for an hour while their parents workout near by are just fine. There are 3 bathrooms, but it’s good to mention there are no showers.

Personally, I’m used to a lot of yoga and Pilates type classes, which is great, but I’ve seen the greatest improvements while going to Omalza. This is mostly because we do a lot of weight training and I’ve built so much muscle, that I burned a lot of fat quickly. I was afraid to get too bulky, but that wasn’t the case. I learned in order to lean out, I need to build muscle. I know this because we were to get measured weekly and I could see how much muscle I’m building. The tests taught me a lot about how my body responds to certain foods I eat and how the types of workouts I did that week affect my results. Personally, I needed to eat a lot more protein than I’m used to because it’s easy for me to lose muscle. Everyone is different in their fitness journey, so one can’t compare apples and oranges, but I’m glad I found Omalza and it works for me. I hope to continue group classes because I like the group atmosphere and support. I would highly recommend Omalza if you’re looking for results with personal training and group classes.
