The cozy atmosphere, supportive community, and invaluable camaraderie makes working out less intimidating and the highlight of my week. My favorite added bonuses are the eclectic music playlists and contentious question of the week. This place is a hidden gem.

Jake is working to keep my husband as strong and agile as possible. While local physical therapists have told him to get used to the progression of his disease, Jake keeps pushing him to keep moving…the only known treatment for SCA-3, a rare genetic disease causing a deterioration of the cerebellum, the part of the brain that controls balance and movement.

Training with Pantheon is by far one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I started my training one year ago with the goal of becoming healthier overall and didn’t know where to start due to anxiety I had at other gyms. I started one on one training with Megan and have gained so much confidence in the gym only after a few months. I mostly see Daniel for small group now and he really pushes me to achieve my goals with each session. I like that it still feels like one on one training but you get to train with the rest of the amazing clients too. We have a lot of fun during our sessions and it really does become the best part of my day!

Training at Pantheon is unlike any other gym/ trainer I have experienced. It is like Cheers... everyone knows your name, has a smile on their face and is genuinely happy to help. From the start, Charlotte was super open about the process and made everything so easy. I did 1 on 1 and group lessons with Daniel and I cannot say enough great things about him and my experience. I have learned so much from him and he really takes the time to curate each lesson to the items that need to be worked on. He pushes you to be great and not only steps in to make any posture corrections, but takes the time to really explain the why and how of it all. When I started looking for a trainer, I had little gym experience. I wanted to gain knowledge and confidence with gym equipment and lifting weights. Joining will be the best decision you make. It’s hard to find a good gym where you feel comfortable. I did the trial to make sure it would be a good fit and have never looked back. It doesn’t matter where you are with your fitness journey. They will welcome you with opening arms and guide you through the process. This applies not only to the coaches but the clients too. I could go on and on about how amazing Charlotte and the entire team are at Pantheon. I have always struggled with feeling comfortable in a gym setting, and was never one to “enjoy” working out. I have been a client of Pantheon training systems since June 2023 and my trainer is Megan. I research all the personal training facilities in Reno sparks and this facility stood out to me. I like the fact that it is a personal one on one training that it’s not like any gym where you are on your own. It is truly a personal gym and you have a personal trainer. The owners Charlotte and Zack are exceptional. My trainer is Megan and I totally relate to her. My reason for looking for a personal trainer was to find a way to address my osteoporosis and hopefully revert my progression. I been seeing Megan twice a week and after one month of seeing her I unfortunately broke my ankle due to an accident and had surgery. I was unable to do personal training for two months but resumed back in September. I took my dexa scan in November and my results showed I reverted my osteoporosis to osteopenia and I am thrilled. I will continue my personal training with Megan for many years going forward. But if you are looking for a top rated personal training gym this is the place to go. I worked with Zach for about a year or so and he was very helpful. I could text him questions he made work out plans for each day I was supposed to go to the gym. Would make new plans and adjust them as needed. He showed me every exercise and explained why it was beneficial. He also helped me with my eating habits and we made a nutritional plan. It's clear he not only knows what he is talking about but continues to do research and learn so he can provide better services. The Pantheon gym is such a safe and welcoming environment - all the team members are friendly, knowledgeable, and make you feel like you’re immediately part of the community. As far as the workouts go, there are no cookie cutter pre-set moves or training programs here. Charlotte emphasizes functional fitness, and easily adapts any moves to your individual needs, based on your skill level, injuries, or areas of focus. She has taught me form from the ground up, and even with online coaching will jump on a video call to help correct my form or answer any questions. When I first started training with Charlotte, I felt very self-conscious going to a gym and didn’t feel like I fit in. I was always nervous to workout at larger gyms because I felt judged if I was doing something wrong, or not lifting heavy enough. Charlotte built my confidence up to the point where I now feel comfortable walking into any gym and getting in a solid workout on my own. I have even started to reach out and encourage others in my apartment gym that look scared or nervous to be there - Charlotte and the Pantheon team have helped me realize that no one should feel like they don’t belong in this community, no matter their skill level or familiarity with the equipment.

I have been training with Charlotte for almost a year, both in-person and online after I moved out of state, and cannot say enough good things about her coaching. She will meet you where you are, no matter if you are a yo-yo dieting self-conscious mess like myself, or an experienced athlete looking to train to a specific goal, all with no ego or judgment. She helps you set goals that will make you the best version of yourself, but are personal and individual to your lifestyle, all with kindness and compassion. To start, the company itself is extremely welcoming. I train with Charlotte but am able to have great conversations with the other trainers as well. Everyone says hello and goodbye no matter who you’re there to see, it seems small, but that’s great customer relations if you ask me.
Charlotte is an amazing trainer. I started seeing Zach 3 years ago and have been seeing Charlotte the past year and a half. She has helped me learn to read labels to lower my sugar intake. Since seeing Charlotte my A1C went from 7.1 to 6.3 and my Glucose from 163 to 128! I am now in the pre-diabetes range! I have lost 25 lbs and 11 inches! I am 23 pounds to my goal weight! Both Zach and Charlotte are very supportive, sweet, and encouraging. Especially when I get down on myself! I have also recently been nursing tendonitis in my foot. Charlotte has helped me incorporate some of my PT exercises into my weekly exercises with her. Thanks Charlotte and Zach for helping me to become a healthier person!

My trainer was Zach -- and during my time with him, I came to the realization that this isn't just about fitness and health. The trainers at Pantheon specialize in that, but it's also about bringing more structure and order into your life. I had a pretty vacuous understanding of what they were training and this meant that every day I got to learn something new. Whether it was regarding exercises or the human body, or discipline yielding success. The success that I have found in my current position, while is white collar work -- I credit to what I have learned training with Zach. These are people who present philosophies to introduce to your life that have a dense amount of efficacy.

My exercises were incredibly structured, as well as getting a deep explanation of what each exercise did for me -- both mentally and physically. I think if you were to go to a commercial gym and just have a trainer who makes $11 an hour you wouldn't get those benefits. This keeps you motivated and you begin to desire wanting to train with them.

They get a personal investment in you -- because you represent them. I'll never forget my time with Pantheon and with Zach. Thank you for all of the success you have brought into my life.

I started with Charlotte nearly two years ago at a time in my life where getting through each day was a physical struggle on its own. Over a two year span she has transformed me into someone who is comfortable in the gym, feeling healthier and more confident than I ever had, and given me back the ability and energy to play with my kid each day. She has been more than just a weekly fitness motivator, but also a constant force in my life continually encouraging the best of me in every aspect. I now have the confidence to know that if I were to leave her services, I could stand on my own two feet with all the knowledge and encouragement she has passed along; but I will continue to stick around simply for how great of a human and coach she is.

I'll start this out with saying I drove an hour to train with Charlotte... all the way from Gardnerville to Reno, that's how much I loved training with Charlotte. I've always had this irrational fear of the gym, so when I reached out to Char for help she really made me feel comfortable with going to the gym she trains at. I hadn't stepped foot in a gym in probably 6-7 years at this point. Everyone in there was SO kind. I was so negative about myself in a funny, comical way seeing as I had NO gym experience and didn't think I could workout to save my own life. To BOTH our surprise, I could do a lot of things people my size couldn't do. We found my strengths and weaknesses, where I was most mobile and where I wasn't mobile at all, and started there. I could definitely tell if I skipped a workout with Char that's for sure. My back pain literally went away after my first few sessions, and she showed me what to do if I had back pain at home. She not only taught me how to workout, but also how to love myself, find self confidence, and not be so negative. I started showing up wondering what we were going to find out I was good at instead of me making fun of what I was awful at. We always knew it was a good workout when she'd ask "how are you feeling" and I'd laugh and say "I die." I honestly felt like I got done in one session what I do by myself in one week at the gym alone lol. In the best way. When Covid hit, she still stayed the BEST coach, sending me videos of herself at home letting me know what workouts she wanted me to do. Checking in more often than most of my friends even. She worked with me non stop, and will always remain a good friend in my eyes... because of her Zach and Jake, I'm going to be honest, is the ONLY reason I bought myself a gym membership. The three of them made me realize I most likely wasn't being judged, and if I was who cares. I've never experienced such kind, genuine, helpful people. As a "big girl" seeing attractive people at the gym always made me super uncomfortable but after meeting them my view has changed. A group of people I'd usually avoid ended up being my biggest hype team! People who genuinely just want to see you succeed, compliment you on your form when you feel like you look really dumb. Pump you up with confidence every time they see you. If I had all day I'd write a book about the amazing experience I had training with Charlotte, and I can't wait to be able to go back.

I’ve trained with coach Charlotte off & on for several years & through doing so, have also come to know coaches Jake & Zach very well too. Lucky for me, even through life changes (having several pregnancies/kids, financial changes, a pandemic, etc.) coach Char has always been there to support me in my health journeys, both as a signed client & even when I have had to stop training. The Pantheon Team has never once made me feel guilty for having to stop training but I must say, other gyms have in the past. Pantheon is truly focused on the client’s health, lifestyle & overall happiness. These three coaches have a knack for getting to the root of your fitness “why,” making you feel very comfortable & accepted, then working with your goals— not perpetuating the typical gym grind mentality. I’ve never felt heard or valued by any trainers or at any gym... until Pantheon. Not only do they help with correcting & perfecting movement, creating unique workouts & building a custom & sustainable fitness journey, there’s also a true focus on internal health— both nutrition & mental health. I've been training with coach Charlotte for just about 3 years now, and I know I could never go back to a gym without her. I've struggled with egocentric fitness environments in the past and I can tell you that Charlotte and the rest of the Pantheon team facilitate an environment that is welcoming and open. There's no shaming or ego - only education and a real, genuine connection. With that connection, my barriers come down and because of that, Charlotte is able to help me with the things I secretly struggle with. Some people think that fitness trainers are all bulldozing laborers with challenger voices and a lot of "there is no try" memorabilia, but I've had greater results with the empathetic, human relationship I have with Charlotte. It's important to note that the Pantheon Team is incredibly knowledgable. Not just about general movement, but they heavily focus on getting movement right so you can avoid potential injuries. Also, Charlotte trains me for MY lifestyle, not the lifestyle she thinks someone with a personal trainer should have. I'm an adventure wedding photographer for a living, so I'm on my feet a lot and I am constantly hiking with all my gear. On the flip side though, I spend a lot of time at my computer editing and helping to plan weddings. Since my lifestyle is neither overly active or overly desk stagnant, Charlotte trains me for both. I am more mobile, my posture is better and less of my body hurts post-wedding since training with her. I absolutely recommend training with her.
