I’ve been attending Pilates by Tracy since February this year.

Jenny is the best instructor. She has a lot of patience for people like me who are new to Pilates. She dedicates her entire time to ensure that it’s all worth the effort.

If you’re seeking a dedicated Pilates instructor, I highly recommend Jenny. I absolutely adore working with her! Her positive energy and engaging conversations make Pilates a delightful experience.

Tracy, the owner of the studio, is very easy to communicate with regarding scheduling. She’s straightforward, which I appreciate.

Tracy is an awesome Pilates instructor. There are no more than 3 people in any class, with options for more individual sessions if needed. I have never done Pilates before, and I am so much stronger and healthier for it. Tracy is knowledgeable, with years of experience working with all types of clients. She gives you personal attention to help maximize the results of every session. She is the best!!

Tracy is an absolute expert at what she does. I knew nothing about Pilates and most of what I thought I knew before about Pilates was wrong. It has been an education for me and she is the perfect teacher. Every time I walk into her studio I instantly feel I can put my trust in her. She is not going to make me try something that will result in an injury and she is not going to let me get away with being lazy. She is so very knowledgeable and motivational. Tracy is the best! My husband and I take duet sessions with her and always leave feeling great. We love the Cadillac/Reformer machines as they allow us to progress at our own individual speeds while still offering a challenge. We both have different strengths and weaknesses and Tracy is able to modify the movements so each of us gets the best results possible. Highly recommend!
