Managers here are rude and won't let me have my bag anywhere in the gym besides the locker or behind the desk. It has all of my valuables and I want to keep it on me. Its a small bag and they made a big deal about it so I left. Never coming back to this location.

Of all the gyms I've been to in this country, this is the most disgusting and disorganized gym I've ever visited. The bathrooms are always filthy, and there's always a woman inside the men's restroom. There are no signs saying you can't be on your phone in the weight room, and many guys do it without any supervision. The weights aren't in their proper places, and the floor is completely uneven. It's the worst gym in the country.

It's always clean, never too crowded, and has a great atmosphere.
I want to give a special shout-out to two amazing employees: Angie and Keisha.
Their customer service is top-notch—they always greet guests with a warm smile and a great attitude. Every time I visit, I see them working hard, staying professional, and being genuinely friendly to everyone.

Do not come to this location unless you want to be falsely accused by the staff of sexual harassment. They send women into the men’s restrooms and showers while men are in there and if you happen to be in there while they are working they will BAN YOU. Even after she saw my father in there she still didn’t leave the restroom then accused him of sexual harassment. Shame on you.

Planet Fitness is a masterclass in corporate indifference, wrapped in purple paint and hollow promises. Two points, simple enough.

First, the cancellation circus. You cannot call, click, or email like it is 2025. You have to walk in and cancel in person, like a medieval tax office. I bought a house across town, and it kept slipping my mind. I finally showed up on September 15th to cancel, thinking I was in the clear since my membership renews on the 18th.

Second, the fine-print screwjob. The staff tells me that because I didn’t cancel by the 10th, I’m locked in for another cycle. So even though I walked in three days before renewal, I’m still stuck paying. $24.95 down the drain, thanks to a policy built to trap people. The workers just parroted “rules are rules” like robots, no judgment, no common sense.

I’m not wasting hours on hold to beg for $24.95. I’ll try a chargeback and probably lose, buried under whatever fine print I never read. But what would be right is simple: don’t renew someone who shows up in person to cancel before the date.

Keep the $24.95. I’ll keep the lesson
