This is one of the best Planet Fitness locations I’ve been to. I travel the country and have a PF membership cause they’re everywhere and it is cheap enough to have. The staff here is above and beyond every time in friendliness and courtesy. The gym is clean and tidy, they’re always picking up and organizing the equipment. I have a Lifetime membership and if this gym has all of the amenities that Lifetime provides I’d choose this location hands down. Thank you to the wonderful staff for being awesome!!

Melissa wasn’t just the best employee you’ve had in years—she was the heartbeat of this place. The gym was clean and had a lot of new equipment I hadn't seen at other PFs. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The shower's were clean and they have private changing rooms. I was a little surprised they had a rain shower (overhead) and a lower body shower head. Definitely a great facility.

Whenever my wife and I travel, one of the first things we consider is if there is a nearby fitness facility. Thankfully, my wife booked an Airbnb in close proximity to a Planet Fitness. Although we are not members, we were able to obtain free day passes via the Planet Fitness app. Upon entering the gym, we were warmly greeted by two employees at the front counter. After checking in, we explored what I observed to be a very clean facility.

Being that I have been working out for 22 years, I have grown to appreciate being in an environment that feels safe for everyone; especially considering the fact that I was once the scrawny guy that people poked fun at in the gym. I have heard people complain about Planet Fitness not having dumbbells heavier than 75 pound; however, I think the pandemic has taught folks that you don't need 100+ pound dumbbells to build a visually appealing back or chest. Also, it eliminates those individuals that love to endanger the toes of others by unnecessarily throwing around heavy dumbbells. I also loved the well-maintained equipment, it made me realize that some of the equipment at my home gym is not functioning properly.

After finishing our cardio and weight training sessions, my wife and I took advantage of the secluded stretching area by doing a core routine. I appreciated the mirrors that are surrounded by vanity lighting, they definitely added 10 pounds of muscle to my physique (I'm kidding...but they are really nice)! From the workout floor to the restrooms, this facility appears to be well-maintained; there are cleaning stations everywhere, so you would have to be a filthy mcnasty to make a mess here. I will definitely bookmark this location for a return visit whenever I'm in Vegas!

I'm giving this spot a major thumbs up for atmosphere. It’s super clean, organized, and actually feels cozy no weird, stale gym smell here. I genuinely enjoyed my workout! My only gripe and it's a specific one is the girl with the nose piercing. The two times I happened to catch her eye, she was full-on mean mugging me. Not sure what her deal was but that kind of energy was a total buzzkill. Other than that specific thing, the experience was great, and I'll be back!

I demand an immediate correction regarding an employee at your Planet Fitness, I recently visited one night & was on a massage chair relaxing until I was hit with the smell of pot! a young woman I’ve seen in the day time out of uniform was asking me for the tv remote I asked for at the front desk & I tell ya she reeked unequivocally of marijuana.
This is not only highly unprofessional but a disgrace to your facility's standards. As an officer, I can confirm the odor was so potent it would have caused a K9 unit to react. This employee's behavior and odor constitute an unacceptable contamination of the environment.
Management must address this severe lapse in discipline and professionalism immediately. Because my lord.
I will say though not all the employees are like this young woman, there’s a new young lady who’s always wiping or sanitizing things down and I really appreciate seeing young people still working hard at their jobs in an era of lazy workers. I love this gym nonetheless. ——Patty C.

I pay four memberships all vip for four separate individuals to come here. The new manager did not even offered my 13 year old who has come here as my guest the chance to try out the massage machine and was standing there sleeping on a drink while in front of people waiting. Rude. He is certainly in the wrong line of work. Melissa on the other hand was rol notch with everyone. Nevermind that the people I pay memberships for are all on the spectrum as it is my daughter who hasn't come for a while w me and want d to rey again today and who is also on the spectrum. Left a bad taste. I am also a board member for a foundation for adults on the spectrum so this Friday at our normal board meeting I will let them know that if they come in do not deal w Devonte or Devonte. The "Manager" . Have been coming here for three years, never experienced someone so condescending and rude while laughing and staying that I can call who ever I want because he is changing how this location works period. This was my first time coming to this gym as a guest of my mom, and let me tell you! It’s so spacious and clean! I thoroughly enjoyed working out here. I will definitely have to come back and get a Black Card membership of my own! Thank you Marz for letting me try the Hydro Bed! I loved it. 😉

The actual gym itself is wonderful and the low stars do NOT reflect that but I feel it necessary that I speak on management. Again, the gym is atmosphere and members are amazing! The management (deontae) and regional manager (shanina) on the other hand are very condescending and have no conflict resolution skills or customer care etiquette and do not believe in the customer is priority. Shanina actually called me to apologize for Deontae not being "friendly" when that was not my issue at all. She then followed up with letting me know that a different locations manager will be getting reprimanded for providing me with courtesy .79 cent eye stickers. I PAY ENOUGH FOR BLACK CARD MEMBERSHIP THAT IF I FORGET MY OWN PAIR A ONE TIME COURTESY PAIR IS NOT A REASON TO REPRIMAND SOMEONE. That is providing excellent customer service! I like how spacious this gym is. You can be there at a busy time but it wouldn’t feel crowded at all. The equipment is always clean and working properly. One thing I’d like to see if possible though is if they’d consider switching out some smith machines for ones that go straight up and down, not the kind with that weird slant if that makes any sense. Other than that, this location is one of my favorites to work out at!

I’ve been going to Planet Fitness for a while now, and overall it’s a decent gym if you know what to expect. The biggest pros are definitely the price and the convenience. The membership is super affordable, and they have plenty of locations that are usually open 24/7, which makes it easy to fit a workout into a busy schedule.

The equipment is basic but gets the job done — lots of cardio machines, decent weight machines, and some free weights, but don’t expect a huge selection of heavy weights or specialty equipment. If you’re into powerlifting or heavy compound lifts, Planet Fitness probably won’t be enough for you.

Great Gym. However, I was disappointed that I left a case of Alani Energy for a fellow member and they never received it. The case was marked with the members name on it with a receipt and my business card. I believe the staff may have consumed it. Two verified that the member received it. Going during the day during the summer is awful. Ever since they allowed teenagers to workout for free its always packed. (Most of them just stand around chatting and not even working out.)
Whats worse is everytime I go there they are more kids taking pictures and recording with no respect for the privacy for others.
The children running the front desk also won't do anything about it because they are friends with most the teenagers. I wish they took they had a no pictures or recording policy that they actually enforced. I wish they would take away the free for teenagers thing.

I'm the only one left of my friend group that goes here. Because of the teenagers my group has all quit and gone to eos or lvac.

I love going to this gym it always is so well put together and taken care of. I noticed however that when I went into the hybrid tanning room in room two that there was a little table instead of the chair this time. I really like the chair to lay my clothes on because I can throw my shirt on the back of the chair but the little table didn’t allow me to do that this time. I just wanted to say I love this gym but would really prefer the chair to the little table…just saying ☺️

Extremely Frustrating and Unprofessional Experience

I’m beyond frustrated with Planet Fitness. This is now the third time they’ve wrongfully charged my account. I’ve tried to settle the matter in person, but every time I go in, I get the runaround, especially from the manager, Andrew. Instead of taking accountability or providing real help, he keeps dodging the issue with vague promises and no follow-up.

I’ve been more than patient, but enough is enough. This isn’t just a billing mistake, it’s starting to feel like theft. I’ve kept all records and am considering taking further action if this doesn’t get resolved immediately. Be very cautious with giving them access to your account.

This Planet Fitness location is very convenient, always clean, and the front desk staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. I also appreciate that it never feels overcrowded—there’s always equipment available when I need it.

My only concern is the growing number of teens who tend to treat the gym as a hangout spot. Many sit on equipment while scrolling on their phones, making it difficult for others to use the machines. They also gather in groups to chat, sometimes bringing skateboards and large gym bags into the workout area, which poses a safety hazard. I hope management can address this to keep the environment safe and focused on fitness.
