The service staff is very bad. After I signed up for membership, the staff didn't even bother to introduce me to the place. They acted like they didn't want to work. And I was the one who had to ask them to see what the place had for exercising. If you are the manager, you can check the camera that I signed up for more at 6 PM.

I've had multiple scooters stolen from in front of planet fitness on the bike rack thats supposedly isn't theirs. Bike rack is visible to the front desk so I find is weird no employee says something to a stranger cutting a chain lock. At this point I assume a employee works with the man stealing them cause they just can't seem to ever see the man taking off with the scooters.

I love my local gym. I come here usually after a hard shift at work so it's just a big stress reliever. I love that it's 24/7 because I usually go late anywhere from 8pm to as late as 2am, it's always there for me to go to. The staff is especially great. Modesto always is so friendly and motivating to me so it's refreshing to go to the gym and that staff happy I made it in that day. Always a good session, even if it's light or heavy. Doesn't hurt that I can grab a nice massage in the chairs even if I don't feel like lifting.

Nice location near the strip, convenient to access. The facilities are all the basics honestly one of the smaller PF gyms I've been to. Staff are friendly and the facility is very clean.
Only complaint is there is not hot water, I saw reviews from a year ago stating the same thing and it's still a problem.
As a black card holder I've noticed this can be an issue from location to location with some downright telling me they keep it off on purpose.
Not sure if that's the case here but it's a definite letdown when locations actively neglect or try to discourage members from showering after working out. Personally I can stand a cold shower but I know some that would choose not to shower at all.

We want to leave a review for Jordan and Modesto the night crew. They are always upbeat and greets us with a hello and a smile. We go to all the gyms in Vegas and this is our favorite. By far the best kept gym in Vegas!

Hands down, one of my favorite Planet Fitness locations in town. The gym has a great variety of machines and free weights to satisfy any level of lifter.
There’s a full stretching zone, plenty of stair steppers, bikes, and ellipticals, plus a killer view of the Las Vegas Strip.
Don’t forget about the massage chairs and tanning options available for Black Card members.
