I hired Linda on 31 Dec 15, determined to regain some of the strength and energy I lost and to lose some of the weight I gained during the past 17 years since my retirement from the US Army. Today was day 90 and my results were great. I work out with Linda one hour two days each week. The workout is targeted and consists of TRX, weights, cardio and resistance training. I walk for 30 - 45 minutes on the days when I do not workout with Linda. I have lost pounds and fat, toned up many parts of my body that used to giggle and sag, and have gained muscle mass. I have lost a full dress size. Linda monitors the foods I eat, the water I drink, and my early morning weigh in through MyFitnessPal and coaches and encourages me to do well. Her workouts vary Since this is a life change for me, I am glad that I am reaching my milestones in a reasonable and maintainable manner. I am certain that without Linda's advice, knowledge and support I would have continued on to a dismal unhealthy future. Deciding to hire Linda was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
