At 63 years young, staying mobile is everything. Over the past year, I lost 30 pounds — but along with that, I realized I’d lost a lot of muscle. I knew I needed to build strength to keep my body moving. I tried the big box gyms, but the atmosphere just wasn’t for me. Then I started seeing a friend posting her workouts at PRSVR on social media. I was intrigued and decided to try the one-week trial.
After the very first class, I knew I had found my home.
I’ve been with PRSVR for about two months now, and my only regret is that I didn’t start sooner! Coach Guillermo is incredibly knowledgeable about everything from fitness to food and beyond. He’s built a supportive, welcoming community of like-minded people all working toward the same goal: to be stronger and healthier. He pushes us every day — but he also makes it fun, thanks to his great sense of humor.
This is the place to be to get stronger, healthier, and enjoy the process. I highly recommend PRSVR. Come check it out! You won’t regret it!

I've been going to PRSVR gym for over a year now and i can honestly say that this was one of the best decisions i have ever made for myself. The coaches, the community are so amazing and i'm proud to be part of it. Guillermo has done an incredible job in creating his team of coaches that truly care about the health and fitness of their clients. They are so knowledgeable about nutrition and always make sure they give you the best guidance in your fitness journey. Their group classes are so much fun, it's amazing to see how people are supporting and pushing each other. Coach Ross's kettlebell class is one of my favorites, targets your full body, the movements that he teaches every time are awesome! Coach Emma's dance class will make you love dancing even more, the energy is so electric! They also have Self Defense class once a month that i really recommend for people to come and try.
For anyone struggling with their fitness journey or needing a motivation to start one - PRSVR is the perfect place for you!

As I reflect on my journey at PRSVR, I can't help but recognize the profound impact it has had on my overall well-being. His personalized training sessions have not only helped me recover from my injury but also built my strength and confidence. I’ve learned to embrace the process, knowing that progress takes time and patience.
The nutritional guidance I received at PRSVR has been a game-changer. I no longer view food as the enemy; instead, I see it as a source of nourishment that fuels my body for both workouts and everyday life. The workshops on meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking have equipped me with the skills to make informed decisions, ensuring that I enjoy my meals while still staying on track with my health goals.
Beyond the gym walls, I cherish the relationships I’ve built with my fellow members. The monthly outings have allowed us to bond over shared interests, whether it’s hiking, cooking classes, or simply enjoying a meal together. These experiences have fostered a sense of belonging that I had been missing for years.
As I continue my military career, I feel empowered and ready to take on new challenges. The confidence I’ve gained at PRSVR transcends physical strength; it has instilled a belief in myself that I can achieve anything I set my mind to. I am excited about the future and grateful for the support system I have found here. PRSVR is more than just a gym; it's a transformative experience that has reshaped my life for the better, and I can't wait to see what else lies ahead.

I can't say enough good things about the online coaching I've received from PRSVR gym!
Coach Guillermo has been absolutely instrumental in helping me with my running as I am training for an upcoming half marathon. Thanks to his guidance, my paces have improved significantly. He leads with heart, shows up with passion, and genuinely cares about seeing others succeed. His energy is contagious and makes me want to push harder every time I train.
Coach Ross has also been incredible—especially when it comes to mobility. He's extremely knowledgeable and his expertise and support have made a huge difference in my overall performance and recovery.
Both coaches bring something unique to the table, and I’m beyond grateful for their leadership and encouragement! Highly recommend!

I've been going to PRSVR since January this year. I started off doing the free week pass they offer & I was super impressed with the gym, staff, & environment they've created. From day 1 everyone has been friendly & encouraging. You can tell they are truly passionate & CARE that you see the results you want & push you to get there. They have 2 group classes, one at 5:00AM & another at 6:30PM M-F. Saturdays they have a group class at 8:00AM. They have so many other random one-off or reoccurring classes that are free to members. Like every Saturday they do Mobility & Flexibility. Each week they target different body parts/muscle groups. That is by far one of my favorite things this gym offers. I originally was in the market looking for a new gym due to injuring my hip flexor for a second time. This class as well as tips from Guillermo have been a game changer for me. They've also had classes like Basic Nutrition Seminar where we got to learn the basics of nutrition. They had the Women's Seminar class where we learned about the hormonal cycle, menopause, pre & post-natal, etc as well as a FREE women's self-defense class. They just started introducing a kettle bell class for members as well as weight training! They organize group outings with the gym to do things like hike, the spartan race, easter egg hunt, etc. Lastly they also offer 1 on 1 training!

I recently attended a kettlebell class, and it was an intense but rewarding experience! Coach Ross was highly knowledgeable, guiding us through the correct form and technique to ensure we were lifting safely and effectively. The class was a perfect mix of strength and endurance, with exercises that targeted different muscle groups, helping to build functional strength and improve overall conditioning.
The energy in the class was motivating—everyone seemed to be pushing their limits in a supportive and encouraging environment. Coach Ross provided modifications for different fitness levels, so it was friendly to both beginners and experienced athletes. I loved how fast-paced it was, keeping the heart rate up while incorporating full-body movements!
By the end, I was drenched in sweat, feeling accomplished and strong. Whether you're new to kettlebells or a seasoned pro, this class has something for everyone. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve their strength and get a great workout!!

I've been to the gym a few times. Recently I took a kettlebell class. You don't have to worry about equipment being in use. It's all there. The personal trainers are highly attentive and motivating! I felt much better after the workout than I did before. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the best gym you could ever be part of. You join as a member, but become family. Poyo, Ex, Dree, Ross make getting your goals ez, they make it fun. Not your standard personal trainer that is using you for free gym time.
I wish I was introduced to this level of personal service sooner. Poyo works with you one on one to build your individual program.
This gym is definitely bringing out the best in me.

By far the BEST gym EVER! I’ve been able to get the results I wanted and live a more fulfilling lifestyle since attending in 2022. Reintroducing fitness and nutrition back into my life seemed to be a struggle of mine until I met the coaches and members. I was immediately welcomed into the community built around this gym. I was able to get specific about goals and the results I wanted. The coaches are completely understanding and will make sure to reconstruct any workout to fit your needs. This place completely reignited my appreciation for fitness and nutrition. Most importantly, there is definitely a sense of belonging, regardless of age, fitness level, etc.

This gym and the people in it have completely changed my life. Guillermo, Ex, Dree, Coach Ross, and Hannah have truly made this gym one big family that brings a whole community together. They all played a part in helping me build myself back up after having children. The way they treat their customers and ensure their facility is always clean is phenomenal. This is such a community based gym. I love that they have an Endurance team that does runs together, they do community events often and even partner with different local businesses to come to the gym/events. The owner is super generous and is constantly letting us try new 1st phorm supplements when he gets them. They have a great selection of drinks and protein snacks at the front and if you do an evaluation Guillermo is very thorough and asks all the valuable questions to help you achieve your goals. The trainers are also very motivating and have a great sense of humor but also push you to your best.
