Results Transformation Center was created to nurture those in the community who are seeking a more fit life, but cannot find the help and support they need to be successful in traditional mainstream membership clubs. Results the training gym exists for one reason, and that is to constantly challenge and lead our members to achieve the highest level of sustainable fitness they can reach. We have an obligation to our members to provide a safe environment and to help as many as we can reach their goals and beyond. At Results Transformation we believe that Fitness Is Motion and Motion is Life! When you walk in the doors to our Results Transformation Center, we want you to feel the love.

I've been attending classes here for quite a few years. I've done a number of challenges and have lost the weight required. I like the workouts and most of the coaches are amazing and patient as I have to modify many movements due to 2 neck fusions and multiple other surgery's. I'd recommend the gym to anyone who likes group workouts. I know with Covid things are extremely volatile for small business owners and I hope the gym can stay afloat! Monthly price is getting higher than I'd like to see but I still have almost a year left before I have to make a hard decision about renewing! Hopefully things will settle down and we can go back to a normal life sooner than later!

I joined in late december to start the 6 week challenge and I don't regret a moment of it! My mom introduced me to this place and she had and continues to have amazing results. The work is hard. It requires you to be accountable for showing up at least 30 days and sticking to a meal plan but I have never felt this great!
The group atmosphere at the 5 am class I attend is absolutely amazing. Lots of motivation going on and I truly believe that every coach cares about your successβ big and small. During the challenge I lost 14 lbs and it was amazing to see the changes in my body. I enjoyed it so much that the challenge is over and I continue to show up and put in the work. The challenge allows you to set up some real long lasting habits that are better in the long run.
If you have questions or concerns you can always reach out to the coaches and they will happily help you and answer any questions you may have.
My only gripe is that the price is a little high given that you aren't given protein powders or anything like that. It was a lot to come out of pocket for it but it was a decision I don't regret.

My first challenge and it was a great experience! The team was so supportive, took time to educate and explain the process and provided guidance every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with the trainers, the workouts, the meal planning and the process. Also the supplements they offer actually taste good! If you have weight to lose or just need to get back to the shape you know you are capable of, I would highly recommend giving RTC a try. You won't be disappointed!

Turning 60 was a wake up year for me! I knew it was time to build and strengthen muscles for the years ahead! Results Transformation is the place to do it! I love the professional coaches, variety of workouts, cleanliness, staff, great music and vibe! Everyone is so helpful and supportive. Through the course of workouts no muscle is overlooked. I have never felt better or stronger than now and owe it all to the Coaches at RTC. I am working muscles I didnβt even know I had. They encourage, direct, push, correct and always offer a modification to your workout. I am most impressed that whether there are 3 or 25 in the class the professional training attention does not waiver. The weight is slowly dropping but more importantly I have lost inches and having fun doing it. I would give RTC 5+ stars and am forever grateful to all the staff for my health today!!! Never knew 60 could feel so good! Thanks RTC

For me this workout "Challenge" style was what I needed to get going again from 2-year hiatus from doing a daily workout of any kind. Some people need to be held accountable or have something on the line to come everyday, I am one of those. This particular challenge was 20lbs in 6 weeks, 30 days of working out, out of 42 days (6 weeks). Was I sore, of course, the first 5 days were the hardest as you are trying to do what others have been doing for months or years. Then you realize do what your body can do and adapt the excercises if needed. The instructors do, when asked, provide alternatives, but speaking up needs to be done. By the end of the 6 weeks I was feeling better, able to do more as expected. Is this for everyone of course not but it is a motivating atmosphere and allows to get a sweat on in every workout.
Challenge Round 2 update:
This was part 2 of back-to-back "Challenge" style workouts. To recap from first challenge, this was what I needed to get going again from 2-year hiatus from doing a daily workout of any kind. Some people need to be held accountable or have something on the line to come in everyday, I am one of those, bet me I can't and my motivation is in gear. This part 2 was the same as my first challange, which was lose another 20lbs in 6 weeks, 30 workouts minimum in 42 days. Part 2, second 6 weeks, was easier in that my soreness went from severe to just certain areas of the body every so often, minimal recovery time. I mentioned in first challenge review that you need to realize what your body can do and adapt the excercises if needed, this is a group excercise session. The instructors do provide alternatives, but speaking up needs to be done if doing warmups and such because going from one movement to another is fluid. By the end of the 12 weeks I was at my goal for myself as well as completing both 6 week challenges. So a total 42 pounds in 12 weeks. All the benefits that go with it, feeling better, able to do more as expected. Is this for everyone, of course not, but it is a motivating atmosphere and allows to get a sweat on in every workout. As well the challenges change to time of year and or what the gym is doing, so just because I did a double challenge does not mean that this is even available. Check out the deals and see what fits your desires. I want to thank all the staff at Reno South Results as I stuck to this one gym from start to finish. Anddddd remember sugar is the protein killer.

I was so nervous to start the famous 6-week challenge at Results but very quickly found I had no reason to be nervous at all! The staff is very knowledgeable, welcoming and mostly fun! People of all ages and abilities are encouraged and routed for! Itβs a wonderful gym full of possibilities and support. I 100% recommend to anyone looking to make a change in their health or something just looking for a change in routine.

It is hard to get in there and get going after being lazy for so long and not working out. But The coaches are amazing and worth every penny! They help you adjust the workout and get it to work for you. They are motivating and keep you coming back. They have great ideas on supplements to keep you from getting sore.they have two locations but I highly recommend the one in South Reno because the people are amazing. They need to figure out that one diet doesn't fit all people but they wonβt give up on you at all. I plan to stay with them for a long time!

Results TC is the best thing I have done for myself. I have fun working out while getting healthy. The Coaches, Care Coaches and Fitfam make it fun. I just finished a 6 week alumni challenge. It was just what I needed to get back on track after a busy fun summer. The Coaches and Fitfam help push me to do better and always keep me accountable. If you are looking to lose weight, get in shape, and meet amazing people come try Results. I promise you will love it.

This gym has TRULY changed my life!! I just successfully completed a 6 week Alumni Challenge and reached a total of FIFTY pounds lost on my journey with Results! I never dreamed Iβd find this kind of consistency in a healthy lifestyle. The support and encouragement I have received from the staff and members here have helped me push myself farther than I imagined I could go! Iβm SO GRATEFUL for this program.
