Great place for gymnastics, the coaches are excellent! They also have a "circus " class called VIA lisanna is the best instructor ever, if you want your child in a "one on one setting" VIA is a great choice! Still 5 stars

I called to find out information on classes and she gave me the price for one thing. I asked about something else and she rudely told me. You have to come in and get a brochure cause I don't give all the prices over the phone... 🤔 okay. So I asked if I could find the info on their website and she said no its in the brochure, then with all the attitude told me the price of the second thing I asked about. Why not just give me the price when I asked the first time instead of angrily telling me you don't give it over the phone anyway.
Just based off the woman who picked up the phone i don't even want to try this place out. Maybe be a little nicer to the people who are calling for information on joining your business 🙄

Unfortunately I feel like they care about getting paid more than the kids. Signed up my daughter after Groupon but they registered her incorrectly so she wasn’t on the instructor roster. We had her there already a couple of months you’d think the teacher would know her. Anyway we dropped her off went to Costco which is near and got a call that they pulled her out of class because she wasn’t on the list. I actually paid for an extra class but because of being dissatisfied by their process pulled my daughter out requested to cancel the autopay with no refund so they got their $$$ we’re out a few lessons but don’t care because I’m not sending my daughter back.

Salcianu gymnastics has been the most wonderful experience for my daughter and her love of gymnastics. Her coaches are the most compassionate, loving and patient coaches we have ever had in this sport. They built her confidence back to an elite level of gymnastics competition and restored her love for this sport. It is so fabulous to see my daughter smile again, while she is doing what she loves everyday. They have by far the best elite gymnastics program in the Western United States.

I grew up doing gymnastics and came to this gym on a Friday night after 730 for their adult open gym hours to get some of the rust out and just to change up my workout, I was turned away at the door for being too old.. I am 28. They talked to me like I was a child molester and said they didn't feel comfortable letting me train. I am saddened that their is no where else like this to train around here.

No thanks ! Customer service sucks no greeting at all , I was ready to enroll both of my kids . Lady at the front desk ignore me for 10 minutes straight ..Horrible Customer service The old lady at the front desk wasn't friendly at all . $120 alone just for membership fees plus monthly fees , I will gladly take my money to another gym .

I do not currently attend this gym, however at the beginning of the season, I attended a competition at this facility. We were told that it was going to be a very small competition and wouldn't take very long. I am Xcel Platinum and we were competing against one or two other gyms. There was also Xcel Gold in the same session. The meet was planned very poorly and took nearly 5 hours to finish including awards. They didn't have enough judges for the amount of events, so we were left waiting for insane amounts of time between events. This wait time combined with the fact that the A/C was running made for a very bad performance from me and all of my teammates. I was very disappointed as were my teammates because this was our first competition as a Platinum. I hope that next year, they will take the proper measures to ensure everybody has a good experience.

This is the first time that my daughter and I have ever been in a Gymnastic class . She is 9 years old and she has never tried anything like this, she was in jiu jitsu for quite sometime about 3 years ago . She decided to change it up a little and try something different . I googled gymnastics and and this place was the second one that came up so I took my daughter for a free class last week. I was not sure of what she was expecting it to be , she was a bit nerves when we arrived . I stayed for the hour of class in the parents room , with was very comfortable (loved it), I saw my daughter as she was doing her thing and I could see she was really happy and willing to follow all of the instructions Nicole was giving her .Nicole was very nice and she has a lot of patience with all the girls. As soon as the class was over Nicole came over and told me all about how my daughter did. My daughter was so excited about telling me everything she did and was asking me " will I be coming tomorrow and every day" , she loved it so, I'm now enrolling my daughter to this Academy , and I know it will be a great thing for her and I .Looking forward to something new.

I had a very bad experience with Karen about billing. In June Karen billed me after being informed that my daughter would be in Europe through August. Karen billed me nonetheless for June on auto pay which I never authorized. I asked Karen to refund the charge. Karen gave me an explanation that made no sense. Somehow her billing system let her bill me but it wouldn't cancel the charge and credit me. Karen wanted to keep the money. I didn't like this since why should she keep my money hostage. I may not enroll my daughter. So I reported the charge to my bank's fraud department who got my money back. Anyway, I called today to enroll my daughter who has been a paying customer for over 1 year. Karen refused to enroll my daughter over the charge she made in June but which were reversed by my bank's fraud department. I told Karen she was being spiteful. As the representative of the academy Karen was being very unprofessional over $70 in unauthorized charges. Karen needs to take a lesson in humility. When you do something wrong and get caught why make matters worse for yourself through spiteful and rude behavior. As a role model for the children and their hard worikng parents Karen gets an F. There is something amiss with Karen. I easily enrolled my daughter into a gymnastics academy closer to my home. Equally as good with a more polite staff.

My sister has attended two classes. The first teacher was not a good fit for my her. The second class she tried with a different teacher - she LOVED. The staff was very professional and accommodating.
