Gym is much too small for this HOA; they need at least 2x the equipment they currently have. Showing up anytime other than late evening makes the gym pretty much unusable as they do not have enough equipment for the population, even after ensuring non-residents no longer enter.

I like Skye Fitness. I only gave it four stars because it is the only included gym for a quickly growing area. Additionally, only 1 out of maybe ten treadmills have been working for over a month. Furthermore, the pool area should be open longer throughout the year.

They have six treadmills, and unfortunately, five of them are currently out of order. It's frustrating not being able to use the gym during peak season (January), especially considering the year-round HOA fees. This situation could be prevented with backup parts, regular maintenance, or spare treadmills.

Besides this, the gym is clean and has huge windows overlooking the mountains.

Clean, spacious. It seems that there's an excessive amount of unused space in the cycling room that could've been put towards more machines in the main exercise area. Perhaps they'll get more bikes in there in time. The ladies locker room is nice. It would be nice if there were soap dispensers in the showers but overall, it's a nice setup

The workers here are truly exceptional. The equipment is decent enough to maintain cardio and strength...I don't expect a replica of Gold's Gym. Although, I do wish that the company could add more frequently-used machines. Where? One must ask...perhaps the HOA can budget an expansion? I've noticed the protective, plastic cover around the cable on the cable machine showing signs of wear and tear. Typical, yes...but why not have another one of those cable machines to reduce the downtime in availability?

And finally, sorry dog lovers...I do wish that pets weren't allowed in the gym area - not even as a thoroughfare. The idea of dog hair floating around in the air when I'm trying to workout isn't cool. Not to mention, I mysteriously get dog hairs on me after laying on the ground to stretch....and, my daughter is allergic to dogs so she doesn't utilize the gym that often.

Other than that, this place is still 5 stars because of the workers, scenery, and I don't have to see guys starting at themselves in the mirror every 5 minutes.
