I was passing thru town and dropped in to try a pound class. I was welcomed by 2 great instructors,had an absolute blast doing a new and fun drumming dancing workout...highly recommend!!! Im 65 and did it at my own pace!!

I'm so happy to have a very nice yoga studio in Mesquite and to date have really enjoyed the afternoons and evening yoga classes. The classes I've attended are good for any level (the yoga instructor gives easy to hard options for poses) and are challenging but fun. The studio is lovely with mats, blocks, and other equipment provided. A couple of the classes do sound bowls which are an interesting and different experience. If you like doing yoga, you'll like Studio 4.

Love studio four fitness! My favorite classes are upbeat barre, high fitness, high yo, and an occasional shine dance class. Such a friendly and fun environment! Perfect atmosphere for group fitness! From yoga to high intensity, there’s a class that’s just for you.

O M G WHERE DO I START!? I had been anxiously awaiting for a yoga/dance studio in Mesquite!! We love Sundays with Kimmy, Wednesdays with Natalie and actually every class we’ve attended had been amazing!! The ladies are knowledgeable, fun and overall a calming experience! I appreciate each technique and look forward to continuing to support local !!!
