We help real people burn fat, build strength, and boost confidence through high energy group classes and personalized coaching. We also offer one on one training, online fitness and nutrition coaching, and supportive community events. Your first class is free.

I went to David with help honing my nutrition, since i do crossfit 5 days a week and training for a marathon. I personally believe in doing whatever type of workout you want, some will say that lifting will make your running suffer and whatnot. I told David i wanted to do both, he listened and we came up with a nutrition plan that allowed me to tackle all this training and not make me feel tired, ensuring i got the right amount of nutrition, calories and protein. As an added bonus i gained a lot of muscle and lost weight while lifting heavier and never slowing down. David listens and comes up with a plan together. Tell him your goals, work with him, be honest with yourself and get after it. I highly recommend him for your nutrition goals!

Had a great workout here! David was super welcoming and made sure I knew all the workouts. Every Sunday at 3 pm David invites veterans to join him for a free workout. I’m so glad I decided to join. The workouts are tough but tailored to your experience level. Everybody was really cool and welcoming. Would def recommend Triple Threat to friends and family looking to get back in shape!

I’ve been going to the Sunday afternoon veterans class for a few weeks now and I’m already seeing results. Coach David is great at pushing us and keeping us motivated. I would highly recommend to any military veteran who wants to attend, feel free to show up any Sunday at 3 p.m.
