Fantastic gym, everything you want for a serious workout session. Staff is attentive and helpful, owner was even onsite and available to answer questions. Easy access on the south end and has showers onsite. Definitely will return when I'm in the area again.

Got a day pass here and it was awesome. Clean gym, the owner was very friendly, lots of equipment in great condition. I can’t believe we don’t remember the gals name working the front counter, but huge shout out to her. She was very helpful on the phone when we called and very friendly at the gym. She made us preworkout drinks and checked with us if we wanted post workout shakes before she clocked out. Would come here again!

Amazing facility, it’s not often I go to a gym where EVERYTHING WORKS PROPERLY AND SMOOTHLY. Nice people and vibe. The music isn’t too loud or soft. I’m grateful for this gym. The owner is also a pretty cool guy. As a visitor I value stuff like that.

Yaks is great! It’s so hard to find a gym in Vegas that isn’t crowded, dirty, and/ or full of people sitting on machines scrolling Instagram. As a woman, it’s always a challenge to find a gym I feel truly comfortable in so I can focus solely on my workout but this is the ONE!! You won’t regret giving this place a try.

I absolutely love Yak's! If you are looking for a gym of nice, supportive people, that is always clean with properly cared for equipment, Yak's is for you! I have been working out here for 3 months now, after signing up for the 6 week program. I not only lost weight, but I have toned my body and feel much more confident about my overall health, especially my diet. Their team takes the time to review the plan that is right for you and will support you throughout your journey. I personally am coming back from an ACL & hamstring injury. The small group classes are perfect for adjusting exercises to help each individual grow in the areas they need. I can't say enough good things about this gym! Great gym. Yak is a great guy, knows his stuff. The gym is quiet, ive never seen more than a handful of people in at a time. He also offers suplement like protien bars, shakes and powders. If you would like a VIP experience to push you to the next level this is the place.

Chris is the man! Awesome gym, best equipment, and fantastic training staff! I bought the 6 week transformation and the result was 16lbs of body fat loss. Upon my first ever arrival to 'Yak's Fitness' I was not bothered, the equipment was accessible and came with clear directions and watch-throughs via QR code.

After 16 mins of use of the treadmill, I was greeted by an enthusiastic and sincere man.
Chris approached me and began to tell me more about the gym, exclusivity and the promotions available.

10/10 this location has given me the Best by Far experience when it comes to private workouts.

I started with a workout program training 3x a week and continued because I very much enjoyed the trainers, Stefan and Kim. They were great and helped me build a stable foundation of fitness for myself with the workouts they've taught me to understand the right forms to target areas I want to work out. I've seen progress with my body and have noticed how much I've toned out. The gym is clean and the equipment is well-kept.

This is a fabulous gym. I was a guest at Mandalay Bay (which has jack squat in the way of workout facilities, crazy for a 3,400 room hotel, but whatever). I found Yak’s on Google and they are a perfect 1.5 warmup run away from the Mandalay Bay. Equipment all new and well maintained. Staff nice and friendly. A weekly pass at Yak’s is less than the price of three beers at the damn casino. Giddy up!

Started my gym fitness routine at Yak's Fitness. This gym has on hand trainers the best equipment I've ever seen and worked out with. The equipment and gym is clean, uncrowded and it has various equipment to which you can have a full body workout. Yak's gym is the best in town located in Town Square on the LAS VEGAS STRIP

Update! Still 5 stars. Wife and I both go here and we really like it. We talk about the cleanliness all the time. Such a great environment! The equipment is top notch and always clean/set for the next person. The environment is calm and professional. As of yet, it’s never been busy to where I have had to wait for anything. I almost don’t want to let the secret out about this place, so I can enjoy it all to myself!
What really tops it all off for me is the owner. What a great guy. For me that’s a huge selling point of any business. I am definitely the type to never step in a business again if the customer experience was off or unacceptable. I’ve permanently boycotted a couple poorly ran places that I frequented daily.

There is a membership cap so u never have to worry about it getting ridiculous busy . When I go in the evening I have the gym all to myself.
Give it a shot!

Update: it’s busier now but still have the gym all to myself at night.

Cons:
1. There is nowhere to sit and rest. The two tables w/ chairs are backpack and coat racks. Very nice lockers in the bathroom but no one cares to use them.

2. During the day there are always slob people that excessively sweat all over everything than just go to the next machine, leaving it for you to clean up.

Overall it’s still a great place to work out and love that I can pay $1 to park right by the door.
(There is free parking as well)

Awesome gym, and the owner is a great guy. I’m not a local but this is my go-to spot to work out when I’m in Vegas for work. It beats every single hotel gym on the strip by a mile.

Has everything you need, including plenty of barbells, squat racks, deadlift platforms, benches, dumbbells, machines, basically everything you could want in a gym. Extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. Will continue to go here whenever in Vegas.

6 weeks challenged! BEST DECISION EVER! I am on my 3rd week, I have nothing else to say but everyone has a welcoming vibe, definitely its a VIP feeling! Everyone its knowledgeable on the fitness aspect and nutrition wise ! I am a beginner into this world ! Coaches , Chris and his Wife make me feel comfortable ; everyday I learn so much from them ! I finally gave up on the chain gym next to my house due to the crowd & signed up here. I’m generally here around 5pm during the week and I have not experienced having to wait to use anything thus far. I will gladly pay a little more to be able to actually work out while I’m here. This is the type of place where people come to work out and leave. Nobody is skulking about or bothering anybody else.

Both locations are incredibly clean and the equipment is top notch. You can tell that the owner takes great pride in his establishment & the patrons respect the space because of that.

There is a great selection of weights and machines to use, as well as lots of cardio equipment. Lots of mirror space and great lighting around the gym. I have never experienced this gym being too busy or crowded. Also membership is a very reasonable price compared to some other gyms in the area.
