With a long layover in Vegas, disappointed to learn ZERO level Fitness closed for business early 2025. Will try an offsite gym 5 miles from LAS.

Itโs a shame they lost Rebecca, if she were still in charge this place wouldnโt be closing. Zero Level was never run better and nobody cared more. Someone in charge really fumbled and now theyโre facing the consequences, unfortunately it affects us all and they fail to realize that too. Even the new people act like they want nothing to do with it. Sad to see it go.

I love this gym so far! Kari has been awesome! Has been extremely helpful since day one and knows how to push me in the gym. Makes me feel like a kid all over again getting right in the gym when sheโs there too because she has so much energy that makes it IMPOSSIBLE to ever walk in there discouraged. Gym is very ducked off and low key โ which I enjoy. I just wish it were open 24 hours along with the airport itself because I work late lol other than that, itโs perfect and convenient!

Love this gym! I spend a lot of time here. I am a flight attendant and I commute. That means I usually have time before I work or after I work and go home. Right now I have four hours before my flight home, so I hop on the treadmill, I lift some weights, I will stretchโฆAnd then shower before I head back into the terminal. I have also taken naps here. It has everything I need and I donโt have to leave the airport! They are under new management and it They are really been cleaned up. That used to be my only complaint, it was a little dirty. Not anymore! I stop in here if I have more than two hours on either end of my trips. I donโt care that the equipment is a little bit older, a weight is a weight. It gets the job done.

Moved out of state, havenโt used the membership in 2 years. Noticed that they charged my card for yearly membership and was told they couldnโt refund my money even though the renewal 2 weeks ago. I know a lot of flight crew uses this gym, well I hope they see this review and they take their business elsewhere with these bad business tactics.

I did not use the gym, but they saved my overstimulated brain from certain doom when I had a four hour layover and nowhere to rest before my red eye flight. I rented the sleep room for 2 hours because they were only open for two hours more, but as the other commenters said, the first stay is $50 for up to five hours.
Very nice staff, they warned me about the closing time before I even paid. Their vending machine water bottles are 2 bucks, objectively the cheapest water in all of Las Vegas airport. Oh! And they had a little salt lamp. And the ability to turn up the speakers in the room to drown out your thoughts with the soothing tones of classic hits such as Foreignerโs Head Gamesโbut also the ability to not.
They had clean restrooms, you can shower, I did not because I needed to sleep.
Thanks Zero Level Fitness! I really hate airports. You made my life a helluva lot easier, and thatโs definitely worth $40.
EDIT: for direct access to the zero level fitness sleep area, take the elevator by baggage claim #10 down to level 0, and just go straight. I spent like 10 mins trying to find the right elevator :โ)

Had a 12 hour wait from check out at airport to my flight, google searched and found this facility, rooms were very much what I needed to sleep and not gamble all day ๐. first time visit 50$ for up to 5 hours, could hear the music from the gym but I just put my headphones in and drowned it out. ear plugs would work. alarm did startle me but expected, showers and towels included in stay, and the clerk (casey??? maybe??) was super kind and helpful, showed me right to my room. 10/10 so happy to find this bc I come to vegas and always have a significant layover or wait for my flight and will be using again.

Rebecca is amazing and doing her best to keep the place running. Super friendly and helpful. Great equipment and price for day use. However the locker room needs TLC badly. Down saunas, broken locker doors and was dirty. Also the day use ones no longer lock there just open was afraid my stuff might get stolen. I know she mentioned to me they're short staffed. So hopefully she finds more staff soon, get the locker rooms fixed up and if you promote the place more you'll be busier with more $$$ coming in. I found out about it while researching the airport online.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful (met 3 on April 18). SLEEP ROOM ONLY: The accomodations are not fancy or quiet, but if you're not picky it's a great value. Bring noise cancelling stuff. It's in a basement of T1's airport baggage claim so think budget. Sheets visibly stained but not unwashed. Bring your bags, saved our crippled bodies from sleeping at the airport. Reserve ahead!

Itโs pretty cool! I think $25 might be a little steep for the value. Itโs got a neat airport theme and is pretty well equipped with some oldie but goodie bodybuilding equipment, all the basics and a few more. Everything is pretty well maintained and itโs fairly clean. The lockers are nice but the restroom STINKS LIKE HELL. Better figure that out. Oh they had a little display board to keep track of departures, nice! Staff was nice and friendly and Iโd maybe go back again if I get delayed.

I literally never leave reviews but people should be warned about this place. DO NOT book hereโฆsadly I see the other reviews say the same. The general manager is extremely rude and they WILL steal ur money and refuse u service and come up with made up rules not told before hand and deny if u call them out on it. I lost $100 here. If you have a long layover There are cheap hotels nearby. These people will convince u to book with them and take ur money. GO ELSEWHERE. NOT WORTH IT. Iโve reported them but I hope this review saves someone

I have never written a review before but I have yet to be treated like this by an employee hopefully this is my last, the front desk lady NEEDS TO BE FIRED, I was turned down service because my card declined and she told me to leave when I just wanted to call my bank in her words "you cant loiter here". I am an airport employee with access to the whole airport. extremely apathetic, no social skills and just a plain rude lady.

I was a member of this gym for five years and several management changes. Cleanliness, dependable hours of operation and friendly staff were the standard until recently. I fly in/out of Vegas once a week and saw they had a full service gym for passengers. Waited in the lobby for a long time. Once the first desk girl showed up, I asked her if I could see the gym before purchasing the membership. She asked if I worked here, I said โNo I fly in here once a week.โ She quick to say then no then we canโt show you the facilities. So rude.
That doesnโt make any sense.
Every gym allows tours of the facilities before signing up. Also she didnโt have to look me up and down like a criminal for inquiring about the gym.

I come here regularly to work in between flights. My card didnโt charge to the clerk who was at the desk and she wouldnโt even take the cash nor another card for just a day pass. Completely refused servicing as if I have stolen or there was prejudice because how I looked. I even called the manager and the number for the contact was blacked outโฆitโs ridiculous I had to deal with such horrible service as a regular gym goer. If you need to go to the gym, donโt waste your time or money with the airport. Especially, the woman who working Oct 3 @4:15 is extremely prejudiced. Itโs really sad I need to find a new gym because of impolite behavior and horrible service.

This place survives because it is the only place with a fitness center, showers, and sleeping rooms in the airport. The room looked nice but the person at the front desk was apathetic with zero people skills who would only say don't do this, or don't do that.
I came out of the shower and sat down to gather myself and look at my phone to see where to go next. I was there for under a minute and the staff declared I was loitering. After paying for a day pass to use the shower, he gave me a holey towel went on a journey to look for a face towel. After a while, with a stack of varying size towels I asked him if he could just give me one of those. He said it wasn't allowed.
The women's shower wasn't filthy but not clean either. It looked like it didn't get much use so it's just left there. The sauna doesn't work.
He went on another journey so I decided to look around. He comes back and says, "I can't have you wondering around, people are sleeping here." Mind you, I've never visited this place and have no clue what's available.
I would recommend it if you need the services for the convenience of location but come with zero expectations. I'm glad I checked it out but I felt like a hobo coming to this spot. The staff's nasty attitude brings down the place several notches.

I had plenty of time to kill before my flight and decided to get a workout in. Thankfully, I found Zero Level Fitness inside the airport. Great experience overall 10/10. Thank you Freddy and Zero Level Fitness!

They were kind enough to cancel my previous booking and refund me when I had a change of plans.
When I missed my flight they had space and I was able to book last minute for 10 hours.

Place has gone downhill in a hurry... If you're spending money on a day pass take the time to read all 12 signs at the door to make sure the amenity you're paying for isn't out of service (they won't tell you ahead of time, they expect you'll read all the signs). Out of 3 showers, only one has a working soap dispenser and it's been empty for days so plan accordingly. Also don't touch anything in the shower without an up to date tetanus shot

@ 0845 on the 17th of Aug 2023 a White lady with glasses at the desk was being a Karen. Someone told me to walk out the security area from where my gate was to come and check into the room, when I got there, this lady told me they were all booked, when I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager, then I said I would talk to the the owner, she said she was the owner. This is a bad representation for the business and customer service is very awful, don't support this establishment

Killer that there's a gym at the airport. $25 for a day pass is a great deal. Unfortunately the sauna is down at the moment but great way to kill a long layover. Super friendly service. Sounds like if there's 10 people here at a time that's busy. Place to myself right now :) Cardio machines, free weights. separate floor area. All airports should have a gym like this!

A place to sleep in the dark, in private, and for extended periods of time. Katt was super hospitable and it's a great place. Absolutely amazing place to sleep. They have a little salt lamp so you don't have to turn on the bright one to keep the room pretty dark. The only noise is from the gym music and weights but even then it is fairly quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the blankets and sheets where nice and clean and surprisingly soft. The alarm might go off in your room and since it's a small room it might be Very loud but they do warn you before hand that it might go off. The people at the front desk where always supper friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Over all 100/10 would recommend this and would definitely come back.

Stayed at the rest room since I had an early flight. The rest room is fine size wise. The bed was like a cot (very thin mattress) and there was only 1 very thin pillow. Sheets were clean and comfortable. Alarm went off at 130am which freaked me out but nothing they can do since it was an airport alarm test.

This fitness center claims that they are dedicated to airport employees and associates. I'm one of them. I went to the center and simply asked a favor if I could please use their locker room just to change back into normal attire and I even offered to purchase something at the service counter to which they refused. I had to pay like everyone else just to briefly use their locker room. They are stingy and are absolutely NOT dedicated to airport employees and their associates! I would recommend anyone to find a more suitable gym right outside the airport property.

This was, beginning to end, an absolutely fantastic experience. The Zero Level Fitness team was very helpful and the facilities were exactly what I hoped. I slept well for the 6-hour layover and was very convenient.
I left my earbuds there, Freddy, working at the front desk, contacted me promptly about it. Kat was also very helpful in arranging the earbuds to be mailed back to me.
All in all, I couldn't ask for a better experience, the team and the experience epitomized helpfulness and support. I look forward to more long layovers in Las Vegas!

Got stuck with a 12 hour lay over because of a delayed flight and called ahead to reserve two sleep rooms here. It was my first and last time that I'll ever stop in at this place. On the phone was told everything was completely available and that I didn't need to make a reservation even though I wanted to make them so that we would have a spot but the woman on the phone assured me it was necessary, I should have never listened to her. Walked in 15 minutes later to be told everything was booked except for one room and that if I wanted the second room it would be 5 hours before it was available. I explained what I was told on the phone just a few minutes ago and the lady at the front desk, who I suspect was the same lady I had just spoke with on the phone, clearly didn't give a care. I'll never bother with this place again simply because she couldn't be bothered to at least offer an apology or understanding at why I would be upset. I'll also be telling anyone I can to avoid this place anytime your flying through Vegas with a lay over and recommending other options as the entire experience left a very bad impression on me. If I could give it a zero I would.

I had a big gap between the end of my event for work and my flight. I had a big suitcase and a large tote and no vehicle, and I didnt want to drag everything around. I searched online for sleeping rooms in the airport and found ZEROlevel fitness. The room is pretty simple but it met all of my needs. I was able to complete some work, take a nap and relax prior to my flight. They do warn you that because it is a gym you will hear music and other noise. It's true, I heard the gym music the entire time in my room, but it didn't bother me. Just an FYI for light sleepers. Overall, this is a great space and I would use it again if I need it.

This place saved me. I got stranded in the airport for a full day because I lost a flight. The airport has very few couches or lofts to sleep, so a flight attendant recommended me this place as they have sleep rooms (which are really offices adapted as rooms). I ended up having to stay at the airport overnight due to an extremely delayed flight. I was exhausted. I found the information for ZEROLevel online and decided to check out the sleeping rooms. The lady who checked me in was SO friendly and made it a breeze to get a sleeping room.
The rooms are simple and exactly what I needed. They come with phone charges and small fan and a nice bed. I slept soundly for three hours. I was so thankful as i otherwise would be too worried about my belongings sleeping in the airport when traveling alone.
They also offer a gym, sauna, nice bathroom and locker room and I believe they have showers as well.
Very affordable also.

What I most recommend is its sleeping room block. Its room block provides private, clean and tidy space to sleep. Purchased time-based manner, you can use this room block for short-term sleep. In my case, I arrived McCarren 10pm and had to move to Gold Coast Hotel until 5 am the next day. If I had sought hotel in strip, I might waste time moving to hotel, only for 4-hrs of sleep. Thanks to this facility, I earned some more time to sleep and saved money. Strongly recommend to any people in the same situation as me.

Friendly staff/trainers. Place has everything you need. I work out btw 12am-3am and practically have the whole place to myself. There might be issues with overcrowding but like I said I never had that problem. Clean facility and clean bathroom.
Only con: Lack of locker availability. When I leave I keep a locker lock so when I get back the next day I have a locker available.

At first I was so shocked - a gym in the airport? Such an amazing concept. The staff was very helpful and they have everything you need to get in a workout before your flight. Highly recommend stopping by if you have a few hours to kill.
