I love going first thing in the morning, it's a great way to get a nice workout before the day begins. Iβve been going after work also, the 430 crowd is a riot! Everyone there is always in a great mood and ready to assist if you need it. They really get to know you and ask how you're doing and can recognize the members as people and not numbers. Nicole and her team are awesome!!!

The trainers are very nice, motivating, and knowledgeable!! The gym is spacious and is always clean and pristine! The workouts are different everyday which is a huge bonus! No complaints at all!! Strongly recommend to anyone considering going

The owner here is amazing. She pushes and motivates you without making you feel like you aren't already doing it. Like you aren't less than. You know that "gym" feeling of not belonging? You will never feel that way here. Everyone just makes you feel at home right away. The workout is amazing. Something you can stick too. 9 rounds. 3 minutes each. They change up a little day to day. I feel stronger every time I go. I feel like this is something I can stick to. Very clean and affordable.

I love the atmosphere 9 rounds provides. It's a great workout, that's fun and you have the added benefit of a trainer. It's important to know that you're doing exercises correctly. The trainer's here are great!

I am always promoting people to go to 9Round. I love my 9Round family! I have never stuck to workout routine as long as I have with this gym. There is great staff that encourages the members and the competition among members is amazing also.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but hands down these are the best workouts I've had since my wrestling days in High School (a very long time ago). Go in whenever I want (no class schedules), workout is done in 30 minutes, monitor my heart rate and calories burned, work one-on-one with a trainer and get pushed to my limits. Some days I don't "feel" like going, but LOVE how I feel every time I leave! Thank you Nicole Roberts and the 9Round team for always pushing me! If you're thinking about joining, stop thinking and just do it!

I joined this 9Rounds right when it opened, it has great location, accessible from Webster St. (Rt 3) and Maple St. (Rt 28N). The trainers there are great, most of the time the owner Nicole is there and she is very engaging! This 9Rounds is bigger then most other 9Rounds, the extra space between the stations is awesome. They also have a separate changing room from the bathroom and its nice to have extra space to change. The music is great too!

This place makes working out so much fun! The trainers all help keep you moving while making the whole experience a lot of fun. I'd recommend anyone looking to get in better shape to sign up, you can't find a better place to burn more calories in less time than 9Round!

I can't say enough good things about 9Round in Manchester. Since joining in January, I've lost weight, toned, and strengthened my entire body. I feel more confident in my own skin than I ever have and it is the first workout I've found that I truly look forward to; I often go twice in one day. The trainers are friendly, skilled, knowledgeable and encouraging, and fellow members are like family. I would join this gym 10x over again and encourage everyone to give it a shot!

Amazing place. I sweat every time and the trainers are so encouraging. They kick my butt but I love it. They are helpful w getting my form right on my bad side. They work w my disabilities as well. I love this place. It makes me feel so strong.

My home away from home with a group that is more than clients....we are family! The trainers, members and the atmosphere they bring to the workouts are absolutely amazing. The daily workout is always different and keeps it fun and engaging! With 9 three minute stations with 30 second active rest in between, it is just the right amount of time you need to achieve your goals! 9Round has helped me achieve many goals and push my fitness to the next level! 9Round has made me stronger mentally, physically and emotionally!

Best gym ever!! Workouts designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Owners have decades of fitness instruction experience. 30 minute Workout is comprised of 9 three minute rounds focused on cardio kickboxing exercises with a 30 second active rest period in between each round . There are no class times and a personal trainer is available throughout your workout. You will be challenged, you will sweat and your will burn a lot of calories . Awesome experience with awesome people

I have never been excited to workout in my entire life! I love the pulse system. It keeps me motivated. Nicole is super friendly and Tony knows how I get under my skin in a good way to push me further. I have noticed a marked improvement with my cardiovascular health and Iβve only been going since January. It is not inexpensive, but that is the other part that keeps me going, gotta make it worth it. I had a membership to other gyms that were cheap... I just blew off the gym because it wasnβt a big investment.
I am not a fan of group classes... this is not group class, it is you in a room the same time as other people but you arenβt doing the same thing as them. Also the no class times is what has really worked for me. I used to enjoy spin class but if I didnβt get out of work exactly on time, I wouldnβt make it. I no longer have this excuse!
