I've been a member at 9Round since September, and absolutely love it there! You're basically getting a personal trainer for lower cost. It's a quick 30 min workout that leaves you feeling great at the end! As someone who recently finished a grad program where I sat and studied all day every day (putting on extra weight and no time for working out), I highly recommend! I've noticed a huge difference in not only what I've lost, but especially in toning my arms and abdomen. 10/10!

Life changing. This gym has been an outlet to get my aggression out. I come in when itβs convenient for me; the workouts are challenging and differ every day. To top it off, the trainers are patient and have created an environment that makes it fun to workout. Cant recommend this place enough, itβs my second home.

9round has been the most enjoyable workout program I've ever tried, and I have never sweat so much and felt so good after exercise before. I've tried everything from the elliptical, running and weight training but this is by far the best. Also, the trainers at the Seabrook 9Round are awesome!!

I love the flexibility of 9Round Fitness. Itβs nice to know that I can show up to work out on my own schedule and not have to stress about signing up ahead of time or paying a cancellation fee if something comes up during my day. The 30 minute workouts are quick but TOUGH and effective. So happy I found this gym.

This is such a great workout. Good variety and balanced between strength, cardio, and core. Loved it and loved that I could walk in whenever I wanted to work out and could get right in with a trainer. Kendra and her trainers are great. I definitely recommend this workout. It is effective and the 30 minutes goes by quickly. Definitely give them a try!

I had a great experience at 9R. Kendra is an attentive and kind trainer. I would recommend trying this workout. I love it and find the bags very therapeutic both physically and emotionally :). Because letβs face it - Itβs nice to kick something sometimes and get away with it!
My only feedback would be that it would be great to have access to the entire 9 Rounds of instruction before beginning. It takes some of us a couple times to view it before it sinks in. Maybe post it on group Facebook page that morning what workout will be so we can view the workout instructions ahead of time. I think this will help expedite the workout so we can maximize our 3 minutes. I will be back in the winter. β€οΈ

I've tried many different kinds of exercise (yoga, pilates, spinning, running, etc.) but 9Round is the only workout I've been able to stick to! Everyday is a different workout and the trainers are so nice, enthusiastic and knowledgable. I always look forward to my 9Round workouts. Whether you're just trying to get back into shape or are already fit you'll get a great full-body workout. I've improved so much since I joined 6 months ago and I have no plans of stopping anytime soon!

We came to Seabrook, NH on vacation and still wanted to work out while away. We are members of the 9Round in Citrus Heights, CA, and were very excited to meet Kendra and her high energy, upbeat staff. From the moment we walked in, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They paid attention to our particular challenges and helped us push ourselves in ways that provided us with extremely rewarding and satisfying experiences every visit. Itβs like having personal trainers teach and motivate to push ourselves. We left sore and sweating, with a smile on our face, eager to return to the next challenging workout. We have been to several gyms and health clubs over the years but always struggled with finding the time. This program only takes 30 minutes per visit, AND it feels pretty badass putting on those gloves and kicking and punching for 30 or so sweat drenched minutes. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!
