The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and genuinely uplifting.
After every session I leave there feeling stronger calmer and more grounded..

I lalso ove that they bring in specialty yoga instructors. it adds a fresh perspective and a unique style.
Their retreats are also incredible. It's the perfect mix of relaxation, reflection and rejuvenation.

So if you're looking for a class that supports your body and your mindset, this one is truly exceptional 🙏💛

Absolutely loved my experience at Active Zen Yoga in Laconia! As someone visiting from out of town, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming community here. I had the pleasure of taking a class with Leslie and another with Catrina, and both were nothing short of amazing.

The classes provided the perfect balance of challenge and comfort, allowing me to push my limits while also feeling supported. Each instructor brought their unique style and energy, making the sessions both invigorating and relaxing.

I’m currently heading to my third class, and I can’t express how much I wish I could stay longer to become a member! If you're looking for a place that feels like home while also offering top-notch yoga, I highly recommend Active Zen Yoga. It's truly a gem!
