Do not sign up here! There is never anyone there to be able to cancel the membership. Email will go unresponded to and the phone number does not seem to connect you with a business. You will not be able to get out of this membership. Also it’s a barcode to get in so if you haven’t been in awhile you won’t even be able to get in to use the machines.

If you looking for a work out this is the place and you are told when you were trying to cancel you must cancel before the eighth and you can send a certified letter or you can come in the hours have changed. There is one person working at the desk and it is not impossible to cancel if you follow the instructions, certified letter sent in before the eighth or come in and cancel in person. If you send a certified letter it guarantees you will have your account canceled and if you’re charged, you are reimbursed.

Impossible to cancel membership, every time I’ve tried to do so I haven’t been able to. Absolutely no option to cancel online, and every time I’ve tried to go in to cancel there hasn’t been any staff there. And when I do actually want to go to the gym that I’m being forced to pay for, my barcode never scans so therefore I can’t even go in. Plus, my bank account was hacked a month ago and coincidentally, All Out’s website has also been hacked, and it leads you to 50 different websites and redirects that are all shady. Not crazy to assume that they correlate. You should be able to cancel easily, and you shouldn’t have to worry about your data being stolen 🤷‍♂️

It is nearly impossible to cancel membership. I've called and emailed countless times over the last 3 YEARS and they are still charging me. Now they're listed phone number isn't even connected. By far the worst gym experience ive ever had. ​​They are crooks. Just sign up elsewhere to avoid this happening to you.

This gym is less than impressive and nearly impossible to cancel membership. They are quick to take your money and slow to cancel any recurring payment. I have canceled my membership and am still getting charged. Their phone number is "out of service", no one will answer any emails or contact submission forms that I have sent in. I have gone multiple times during what is supposed to be staffed hours and there is no staff there. It seems impossible to cancel membership - I recommend not even signing up and taking your business elsewhere.

I've been satisfied with this place until recently. I now feel it is very unsafe and will be canceling my membership. The hours during which it is staffed are minimal which is unsafe enough. I visited today Monday when it is supposed to be staffed and there was no one there. Two years post pandemic and there was absolutely nowhere available to wipe down machines. Not safe .

Doesn't even exist but says the business is open. Even their website says the gym is open and allows you purchase a plan. Stopped by after signing up and spending money on a plan and looked through the windows. There's no equipment inside and the walls are ripped out with wires hanging down. What a scam.

Fantastic place. Clean and the staff is more than willing to help out any time of the day or night. Never have I had a bad experience. I honestly can't say enough about this place. It's local, it's clean, it's friendly and open when you want it to be. Fantastic job Anthony.

Place is a scam. Terrible customer service and terrible equipment. Hidden fees and charges and makes it as difficult as possible for you to cancel your membership. Went to college and tried to cancel over the phone, they would not let me. They informed me I must drive back and do it in person. After 6 months of charges with no use I drove 3 hours to cancel where I met the manager for the first time in over a year. Just to get informed by him I could have sent a letter. Disgusting business practices… no chance this place lasts more than a year

After working out at All Out Fitness for two years, I am so unbelievably disappointed to have to report how saddened I am at their current state. I understand businesses remodeling and moving to make the environment better, but after signing up at the beginning of the summer to work out on my vacation between college, I was charged every month for services that were not available for almost the entire month of June into the beginning of July, and charged a $60 ‘annual fee’ at the beginning of August that was not disclosed to me when I signed up. (I suppose that one is my bad, but is it really an annual fee if I only signed up for 3 months?) I just don’t understand that part much. But besides my rather aggravating issues with the payment system, I was so heartbroken to see that their ‘remodel’ was moving to a far smaller location with some seemingly mis-matched and used equipment. I very dearly miss the old location with the previous equipment, but I just don’t think I can afford to stick around to see this remodel through to the end. It has been several months into what was supposed to be a two week remodel and my disappointment with this gym and it’s owner is immeasurable. All Out Fitness had a major redeeming quality of being very local and close to where I lived, but even now with all of their issues I can’t recommend this gym to any of my friends anymore like I have done so much in the past.

One of the reasons I did not continue to attend is the experience I had with the trainer, good man knowledgeable, friendly. His style of training not something I could connect with or work with. No other options for trainers. Now that I have an injury I can't return until after my membership is up.
Do to training experience I will be going to a different gym when it is time to return.
Also no option to pause membership when someone is injured,doesn't sit by well with me.

This is a great gym with reasonable monthly fee and absolutely drama free place unlike many other gyms like the Zoo, Express fitness or planet fitness. Super easy to cancel and renew. My only quibble is that they don't have a squat rack or a platform to deadlift. Get rid of one of the Smith machines and put a regular squats rack please.

Great gym! Friendly people, affordable, decent equipment, easy to avoid crowds, and you can cancel anytime unlike at Planet Fitness, of which I've heard makes cancellation nearly impossible. I live in Concord and go out of my way to drive here 4-5 times a week (only takes 10 minutes from downtown). Only thing missing at this gym is showers and a non-assisted squat rack, but for $13/mo including the annual fee and with no contract, this is a non-issue. The staff are also diligent in sanitizing equipment, even if wiped down by the previous user. I highly recommend you give this local gym your business.

Great (Clean) gym with a diverse array of equipment. Plenty of free weights, resistant training equipment, as well as cardio equipment. Two large bathrooms (no showers). Staff is super friendly and they're open 24/5, open till 7 on weekends. I highly recommend this gym.

I found this gym via a Google search when I was in town for a visit. I am so glad that I picked this one out of the list that came up. I only had 45 minutes to work out and Anthony made it super easy to get checked in and buy a one day guest pass - I think it took less than 2 min. Super friendly, impeccably clean, machines in perfect condition, has everything you need for your workout, good music. I had a great workout and was on my way. This will be my go to place when I'm in town visiting.

I’m very happy I signed up because it’s not a big gym which I like. I’m big with supporting the local businesses and the monthly fee is very responsible. It’s a clean gym, great hours, good music, all the machines are in good shape or new. The owner & staff are great, they’re always friendly and helpful.

Completely relaxed atmosphere. There isn't 40 million people there at once. Anthony is personable, friendly, accommodating and nice. Great place to work out. But, don't go when I go so when I get there there isn't a million people there at once.
