ATX Fitness Therapy is a private fitness and recovery studio in Portsmouth, NH, led by Certified Athletic Trainers specializing in mobility, strength, and injury prevention. We combine manual stretching, myofascial release, and our proprietary Functional Intrinsic Training (FIT) method to correct imbalances, restore movement, and improve performance. Through one‑on‑one sessions, postural re‑education, and personalized strength programming, we help you move better, feel stronger, and stay injury‑free—bridging the gap between physical therapy and fitness.

Savannah/Josh were better than good, they were OUTSTANDING!!!! Josh’s program goes well beyond normal massage with deep muscle release, combined with associated specific stretching. I suffer from an extremely bad back ( two lower spine surgeries for ruptured disks and cervical disk replacements) and feel much better after (5) visits…I highly recommend their program and services...

I have been seeing Josh for almost a year. First for recovery from an illness now for knee replacement and secondary surgery. Without a doubt, Josh can do more in a few sessions than PT has in the past four weeks. He listens and understands exactly what your needs are. I HIGHLY recommend him!
