Auria Wellness is truly a healing sanctuary located in Southern NH. As soon as I enter this warm space, my energy shifts, and I instantly become more grounded and at ease. The owner and founder Jeffrey is truly a healing arts master with a wealth of skills and knowledge. His energy draws you in and his ability to help others heal is undeniable. They have many amazing yoga classes, a red light therapy room, Reiki and other healing modalities, as well as incredible workshops, trainings, soundbaths, and guest presenters. Even though Auria Wellness took over a known established yoga studio, as its name implies it is now offering more. Jeffery is providing his passion for the healing arts to his studio. From gong healing, breathwork, Reiki, and more the studio offers a variety of classes for anyone interested in experiencing the energy of healing. It is a blessing to have this for our community. He also opens his doors to others who also share his passion So, if you have not checked this out, it is truly worth experiencing any one of the classes/workshops offered at Auria Wellness.
